Abstract

一种封装结构(22)及显示装置(2),封装结构(22)包括框架(221)和支架(222),框架(221)的侧壁(2212)边缘沿框架(221)的侧壁(2212)方向设置有至少一个第一卡扣(2211);支架(222)的侧壁内表面凸出设置有至少一个第二卡扣(2221);其中,当框架(221)插装在支架(222)中时,第一卡扣(2211)与其相应的第二卡扣(2221)卡合。

Description

封装结构及显示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种封装结构及显示装置。
背景技术
随着智能移动终端的普及,显示面板技术得到广泛应用,比如将显示面板技术应用在汽车技术领域中,实现车载显示屏。
如图1所示,显示装置1包括显示面板11、光学膜材12、导光片13、反射片14、框架15以及支架16等部件。其中框架15上设置有卡勾151,支架16上设置有与卡勾151匹配的卡槽161,通过卡勾151和卡槽161将整个显示装置1固定在汽车上。
然而,现有的显示装置1中,需要在支架16上预留卡槽161来固定卡勾151,即需要支架16具有较大的厚度,导致显示装置的边框过大。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种封装结构及显示装置,可以降低显示装置的边框宽度。
技术解决方案
本发明实施例提供了一种封装结构,其包括:
框架,所述框架的侧壁边缘沿所述框架的侧壁方向设置有至少一个第一卡扣;
支架,所述支架的侧壁内表面凸出设置有至少一个第二卡扣;
其中,当所述框架插装在所述支架中时,所述第一卡扣与其相应的所述第二卡扣卡合。
在一实施例中,所述第一卡扣包括:沿所述框架的侧壁方向设置且与所述框架侧壁处于同一平面的第一连接件,设置在所述第一连接件一端端部两侧的第一凸台和第二凸台,所述第一连接件的另一端与所述框架的侧壁边缘连接。
在一实施例中,所述第一凸台的凸起方向和所述第二凸台的凸起方向均沿与所述框架的侧壁平行的方向设置。
在一实施例中,所述第二卡扣包括:
从所述支架的侧壁内表面凸出设置的第二连接件和第三连接件、设置在第二连接件上的第一凸起、设置在所述第三连接件上的第二凸起,所述第二连接件与所述第三连接件相对设置,且所述第一凸起与所述第二凸起相对设置,
所述第一凸起、所述第二凸起、所述第二连接件、所述第三连接件共同形成卡槽,所述卡槽用于收纳所述第一卡扣。
在一实施例中,所述第一凸起和所述第二凸起上均设置有,供所述第一卡扣的第一凸台和所述第二凸台插装对位使用的导向斜面。
在一实施例中,所述第一连接件包括:具有弹性的第一子连接件和第二子连接件,所述第一凸台设置在所述第一子连接件的的一端,所述第二凸台设置在所述第二子连接件的一端,
所述第一子连接件的另一端和所述第二子连接件的另一端均与所述框架的侧壁边缘连接。
在一实施例中,所述第一连接件还包括:设置在所述第一子连接件和所述第二子连接件之间的导向件,所述导向件的一端与所述框架的侧壁边缘连接。
在一实施例中,所述第一卡扣以及所述第二卡扣的组成材料均包括高分子材料或者金属材料。
在一实施例中,所述高分子材料包括亚克力、聚碳酸酯以及丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料中的至少一种。
在一实施例中,所述金属材料包括铝合金和/或镁合金。
本发明实施例还提供了一种显示装置,其包括背光模组、显示面板以及封装结构,
所述封装结构包括:
框架,所述框架用于承载所述显示面板,所述框架的侧壁边缘沿所述框架的侧壁方向设置有至少一个第一卡扣;
支架,所述支架用于承载所述背光模组,所述支架的侧壁内表面凸出设置有至少一个第二卡扣;
其中,当所述框架插装在所述支架中时,所述第一卡扣与其相应的所述第二卡扣卡合,使得所述背光模组和所述显示面板相对设置,并且使得所述背光模组设置于所述支架和所述框架之间。
在一实施例中,所述第一卡扣包括:沿所述框架的侧壁方向设置且与所述框架侧壁处于同一平面的第一连接件,设置在所述第一连接件一端端部两侧的第一凸台和第二凸台,所述第一连接件的另一端与所述框架的侧壁边缘连接。
在一实施例中,所述第一凸台的凸起方向和所述第二凸台的凸起方向均沿与所述框架的侧壁平行的方向设置。
在一实施例中,所述第二卡扣包括:
从所述支架的侧壁内表面凸出设置的第二连接件和第三连接件、设置在第二连接件上的第一凸起、设置在所述第三连接件上的第二凸起,所述第二连接件与所述第三连接件相对设置,且所述第一凸起与所述第二凸起相对设置,
所述第一凸起、所述第二凸起、所述第二连接件、所述第三连接件共同形成卡槽,所述卡槽用于收纳所述第一卡扣。
在一实施例中,所述第一凸起和所述第二凸起上均设置有,供所述第一卡扣的第一凸台和所述第二凸台插装对位使用的导向斜面。
在一实施例中,所述第一连接件包括:具有弹性的第一子连接件和第二子连接件,所述第一凸台设置在所述第一子连接件的的一端,所述第二凸台设置在所述第二子连接件的一端,
所述第一子连接件的另一端和所述第二子连接件的另一端均与所述框架的侧壁边缘连接。
在一实施例中,所述第一连接件还包括:设置在所述第一子连接件和所述第二子连接件之间的导向件,所述导向件的一端与所述框架的侧壁边缘连接。
在一实施例中,所述第一卡扣以及所述第二卡扣的组成材料均包括高分子材料或者金属材料。
在一实施例中,所述高分子材料包括亚克力、聚碳酸酯以及丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料中的至少一种。
在一实施例中,所述金属材料包括铝合金和/或镁合金。
有益效果
相较于现有的封装结构及显示装置,本发明的封装结构及显示装置通过将第一卡扣设置在框架侧壁边缘沿框架侧壁的方向,并将第二卡扣沿支架的侧壁内表面凸出设置,以使在框架插装在支架时,第一卡扣与相应的第二卡扣卡合,从而减少了支架的厚度,降低了显示装置的边框宽度。

本发明的实施方式
以下各实施例的说明是参考附加的图式,用以例示本发明可用以实施的特定实施例。本发明所提到的方向用语,例如「上」、「下」、「前」、「后」、「左」、「右」、「内」、「外」、「侧面」等,仅是参考附加图式的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用以说明及理解本发明,而非用以限制本发明。在图中,结构相似的单元是以相同标号表示。
在本文中提及“实施例”意味着,结合实施例描述的特定特征、结构或特性可以包含在本发明的至少一个实施例中。在说明书中的各个位置出现该短语并不一定均是指相同的实施例,也不是与其它实施例互斥的独立的或备选的实施例。本领域技术人员显式地和隐式地理解的是,本文所描述的实施例可以与其它实施例相结合。
本发明实施例提供了一种显示装置,请参照图2,图2为本发明实施例提供的显示装置的结构示意图。该显示装置2包括显示面板21、背光模组23以及封装结构22。
显示面板21可以为液晶显示面板,也可以为有机电致发光显示面板,在此不对显示面板21的具体类型作具体限定。如图2所示,背光模组23包括光学膜层231、导光板232以及反射片233。导光板232包括入光面和出光面。光线经导光板232的入光面进入,被导光板232内部的印刷点漫反射,其中一部分光从出光面出射,使光线由点状发出向面状发出扩展。光学膜层231可以包括扩散片、棱镜片等多层光学膜片。其中,扩散片用于将光线扩散。棱镜片用于提高光线的亮度。反射片233用于反射光线。
如图2所示,封装结构22包括框架221和支架222。其中,框架221用于承载显示面板21。支架222用于承载背光模组23。
如图3所示,框架221的侧壁2212边缘上沿框架221的侧壁2212方向设置有至少一个第一卡扣2211。其中,第一卡扣2211可以与框架221一体成型,也可以采用胶体,或者匹配的螺丝、螺母固定在框架221的侧壁2212上。第一卡扣2211的组成材料包括高分子材料或者金属材料。其中,采用高分子材料制成的第一卡扣2211具有强度高、柔韧性好的优点。在一实施例中,高分子材料可以包括亚克力、聚碳酸酯以及丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料中的至少一种。在一实施例中,金属材料包括铝合金和/或镁合金。采用铝合金和/或镁合金制成的第一卡扣2211具有重量轻,强度高,弹性模量大的优点。
如图3-6所示,第一卡扣2211包括:第一连接件2211b、第一凸台2211c和第二凸台2211d。其中第一连接件2211b沿框架221的侧壁2212方向设置,且与框架221的侧壁2212处于同一平面。第一凸台2211c和第二凸台2211d设置在第一连接件2211b一端端部两侧,第一连接件2211b的另一端与框架221的侧壁2212边缘连接。第一凸台2211c的凸起方向与第二凸台2211d的凸起方向均沿与框架221的侧壁2212平行的方向设置。其中,第一凸台2211c和第二凸台2211d的凸起方向可以相同也可以相反。
第一连接件2211b由至少一个子连接件构成,如图5所示,第一连接件2211b只有一个子连接件,如图3或6所示,第一连接件2211b包括两个子连接件,如图4所示,第一连接件2211b除了包括两个子连接件外,还包括一个导向件。
在一实施例中,如图3、4或6所示,第一连接件2211b包括:具有弹性的第一子连接件2211e和第二子连接件2211f。其中,第一凸台2211c设置在第一子连接件2211e的一端,第二凸台2211d设置在第二子连接件2211f的一端,第一子连接件2211e的另一端和第二子连接件2211f的另一端均与框架221的侧壁2212边缘连接。第一子连接件2211e和第二子连接件2211f相对设置。在一实施例中,第一子连接件2211e和第二子连接件2211f相互平行设置。
在一实施例中,如图4所示,第一连接件2211b还包括:设置在第一子连接件2211e和第二子连接件2211f之间的导向件2211g,导向件2211g的一端与框架221的侧壁2212边缘连接。在一实施例中,导向件2211g、第一子连接件2211e以及第二子连接件2211f相互平行设置。其中,导向件2211g可以辅助第一卡扣2211快速扣合。
支架222的侧壁内表面凸出设置有至少一个第二卡扣2221。具体的,第二卡扣2221朝第一卡扣2211方向,凸出于支架222设置。第二卡扣2221与第一卡扣2211相互匹配,通过第二卡扣2221与第一卡扣2211在框架221的侧壁2212上扣合,可以将框架221插装在在支架222上。
第二卡扣2221可以与支架222一体成型,也可以采用胶体,或者匹配的螺丝、螺母固定在支架222上。第二卡扣2221的组成材料包括高分子材料或者金属材料。其中,采用高分子材料制成的第二卡扣2221具有强度高、柔韧性好的优点。高分子材料可以包括亚克力、聚碳酸酯以及丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料中的至少一种。在一实施例中,金属材料包括铝合金和/或镁合金。采用铝合金和/或镁合金制成的第二卡扣2221具有重量轻,强度高,弹性模量大的优点。
在一实施例中,如图5所示,第二卡扣2221包括:第一凸起2221a、第二凸起2221b、第二连接件2221c以及第三连接件2221d。其中,第二连接件2221c和第三连接件2221d从支架222的侧壁内表面凸出设置。第一凸起2221a设置在第二连接件2221c上,第二凸起2221b设置在第三连接件2221d上。第二连接件2221c与第三连接件2221d相对设置,且第一凸起2221a与第二凸起2221b相对设置。第一凸起2221a、第二凸起2221b、第二连接件2221c以及第三连接件2221d共同形成卡槽,卡槽用于收纳第一卡扣2211。
进一步的,第一凸起2221a与第一凸台2211c匹配,第一凸起2221a的凸起方向与第一凸台2211c的凸起方向相反。第一凸起2221a用于卡住第一凸台2211c,以将第一凸台2211c锁紧。第二凸起2221b与第二凸台2211d匹配,第二凸起2221b的凸起方向与第二凸台2211d的凸起方向相反。第二凸起2221b用于卡住第二凸台2211d,以将第二凸台2211d锁紧。
在一实施例中,第一凸起2221a具有弹性,第一凸起2221a在不受外力作用时处于非形变状态,在第一卡扣2211插装入第二卡扣2221的过程中,第一凸起2221a受第一凸台2211c的挤压处于形变状态,在第一凸台2211c插装入卡槽后,第一凸起2221a恢复非形变状态。
第二凸起2221b具有弹性,第二凸起2221b在不受外力作用时处于非形变状态,在第一卡扣2211插装入第二卡扣2221的过程中,第二凸起2221b受第二凸台2211d的挤压处于形变状态,在第二凸台2211d插装入卡槽后,第二凸起2221b恢复非形变状态。
具体的,在第一卡扣2211插装入第二卡扣2221的过程中,第一凸起2221a和第二凸起2221b向彼此背离的方向扩展。
在一实施例中,第一凸起2221a和第二凸起2221b上均设置有,供第一卡扣2211的第一凸台2211c和第二凸台2211d插装对位使用的导向斜面m。
在一实施例中,第二卡扣2221包括凹槽2221e。该凹槽2221e用于容纳第一凸台2211c和第二凸台2211d,并将第一凸台2211c和第二凸台2211d锁住。
第一子连接件2211e具有弹性,第一子连接件2211e在不受外力作用时处于非形变状态,在第一卡扣2211插装入第二卡扣2221的过程中,第一凸台2211c受到第二卡扣2221内壁挤压后使第一子连接件2211e处于形变状态,在第一卡扣2211插装入第二卡扣2221后,第一子连接件2211e恢复非形变状态。
第二子连接件2211f具有弹性,第二子连接件2211f在不受外力作用时处于非形变状态,在第一卡扣2211插装入第二卡扣2221的过程中,第二凸台2211d受到第二卡扣2221内壁挤压后使第二子连接件2211f处于形变状态,在第一卡扣2211插装入第二卡扣2221后,第二子连接件2211f恢复非形变状态。
具体的,在第一卡扣2211插装入第二卡扣2221的过程中,第一凸台2211c和第二凸台2211d都受到第二卡扣2221内壁挤压,使得第一子连接件2211e和第二子连接件2211f朝着靠近彼此的方向收缩。
当框架221插入支架222时,第一卡扣2211与其相应的第二卡扣2221卡和,使得背光模组23和显示面板21相对设置,并且使得背光模组23设置于支架222和框架221之间。
本发明实施例提供了一种封装结构和显示装置,通过将第一卡扣设置在框架侧壁边缘沿框架侧壁的方向,并将第二卡扣沿支架的侧壁内表面凸出设置,以使在框架插装在支架时,第一卡扣与相应的第二卡扣卡合,从而减少了支架的厚度,降低了显示装置的边框宽度。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种封装结构,其包括:
    框架,所述框架的侧壁边缘沿所述框架的侧壁方向设置有至少一个第一卡扣;
    支架,所述支架的侧壁内表面凸出设置有至少一个第二卡扣;
    其中,当所述框架插装在所述支架中时,所述第一卡扣与其相应的所述第二卡扣卡合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的封装结构,其中,所述第一卡扣包括:沿所述框架的侧壁方向设置且与所述框架侧壁处于同一平面的第一连接件,设置在所述第一连接件一端端部两侧的第一凸台和第二凸台,所述第一连接件的另一端与所述框架的侧壁边缘连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的封装结构,其中,所述第一凸台的凸起方向和所述第二凸台的凸起方向均沿与所述框架的侧壁平行的方向设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的封装结构,其中,所述第二卡扣包括:
    从所述支架的侧壁内表面凸出设置的第二连接件和第三连接件、设置在第二连接件上的第一凸起、设置在所述第三连接件上的第二凸起,所述第二连接件与所述第三连接件相对设置,且所述第一凸起与所述第二凸起相对设置,
    所述第一凸起、所述第二凸起、所述第二连接件、所述第三连接件共同形成卡槽,所述卡槽用于收纳所述第一卡扣。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的封装结构,其中,所述第一凸起和所述第二凸起上均设置有,供所述第一卡扣的第一凸台和所述第二凸台插装对位使用的导向斜面。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的封装结构,其中,所述第一连接件包括:具有弹性的第一子连接件和第二子连接件,所述第一凸台设置在所述第一子连接件的的一端,所述第二凸台设置在所述第二子连接件的一端,
    所述第一子连接件的另一端和所述第二子连接件的另一端均与所述框架的侧壁边缘连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的封装结构,其中,所述第一连接件还包括:设置在所述第一子连接件和所述第二子连接件之间的导向件,所述导向件的一端与所述框架的侧壁边缘连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的封装结构,其中,所述第一卡扣以及所述第二卡扣的组成材料均包括高分子材料或者金属材料。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的封装结构,其中,所述高分子材料包括亚克力、聚碳酸酯以及丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料中的至少一种。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的封装结构,其中,所述金属材料包括铝合金和/或镁合金。
  11. 一种显示装置,其中,所述显示装置包括背光模组、显示面板、以及封装结构,
    所述封装结构包括:
    框架,所述框架用于承载所述显示面板,所述框架的侧壁边缘沿所述框架的侧壁方向设置有至少一个第一卡扣;
    支架,所述支架用于承载所述背光模组,所述支架的侧壁内表面凸出设置有至少一个第二卡扣;
    其中,当所述框架插装在所述支架中时,所述第一卡扣与其相应的所述第二卡扣卡合,使得所述背光模组和所述显示面板相对设置,并且使得所述背光模组设置于所述支架和所述框架之间。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一卡扣包括:沿所述框架的侧壁方向设置且与所述框架侧壁处于同一平面的第一连接件,设置在所述第一连接件一端端部两侧的第一凸台和第二凸台,所述第一连接件的另一端与所述框架的侧壁边缘连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一凸台的凸起方向和所述第二凸台的凸起方向均沿与所述框架的侧壁平行的方向设置。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其中,所述第二卡扣包括:
    从所述支架的侧壁内表面凸出设置的第二连接件和第三连接件、设置在第二连接件上的第一凸起、设置在所述第三连接件上的第二凸起,所述第二连接件与所述第三连接件相对设置,且所述第一凸起与所述第二凸起相对设置,
    所述第一凸起、所述第二凸起、所述第二连接件、所述第三连接件共同形成卡槽,所述卡槽用于收纳所述第一卡扣。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一凸起和所述第二凸起上均设置有,供所述第一卡扣的第一凸台和所述第二凸台插装对位使用的导向斜面。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一连接件包括:具有弹性的第一子连接件和第二子连接件,所述第一凸台设置在所述第一子连接件的的一端,所述第二凸台设置在所述第二子连接件的一端,
    所述第一子连接件的另一端和所述第二子连接件的另一端均与所述框架的侧壁边缘连接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一连接件还包括:设置在所述第一子连接件和所述第二子连接件之间的导向件,所述导向件的一端与所述框架的侧壁边缘连接。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一卡扣以及所述第二卡扣的组成材料均包括高分子材料或者金属材料。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的显示装置,其中,所述高分子材料包括亚克力、聚碳酸酯以及丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料中的至少一种。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的显示装置,其中,所述金属材料包括铝合金和/或镁合金。
