Abstract

The present invention relates to a system and a method for automatically updating a medical data warehouse in real time, and a recording medium thereof. The method comprises the steps of: collecting, by at least one data source, at least one piece of data; extracting, by a server, from the at least one data source, at least one piece of preset data corresponding to cohort research information from among the at least one piece of data; performing, by the server, data pre-processing on the extracted at least one piece of preset data; analyzing, by the server, the pre-processed data to obtain cohort research information; and updating, by the server, the cohort research information in a data warehouse.
