Description

一种具有可拆卸连接部的防爆风机 技术领域
本发明涉及风机加工设备技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种具有可拆卸连接部的防爆风机。
背景技术
现有的轴流风机一般是通过在主筒体的底部焊接支腿,支腿焊接在支架上或者是通过螺栓固定连接在支架上,其安装方式单一,只能通过支腿底部进行固定,而无法满足轴流风机固定安装在支架的竖直壁板上,无法满足一些特定环境的安装需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有可拆卸连接部的防爆风机,它在主风筒的侧壁安装连接长形板和延伸连接架进行竖直壁面上连接,其连接方便,同时,其也可以根据需要通过底部连接座进行底部安装,其安装方式多样,可以满足不同的安装要求。
本发明解决所述技术问题的方案是:
一种具有可拆卸连接部的防爆风机,包括主风筒,主风筒的中部设有防爆电机,防爆电机的输出轴上固定有叶轮,所述主风筒的左右两侧的壁板的内侧壁上均压靠有内连接板,主风筒的左右两侧的壁板的外侧壁上均压靠有外连接板,内连接板、主风筒的壁板和对应的外连接板通过固定螺栓连接固定;
所述外连接板的中部外侧壁上固定有连接长形板,连接长形板上成型有连接通孔;
所述连接长形板上固定有延伸连接架,延伸连接架的主连接板与连接长形板之间夹持有弹性降噪垫。
所述内连接板紧贴主风筒的内侧壁的壁面为弧形壁面,弧形壁面紧贴主风筒的内侧壁,内连接板与固定螺栓的转动部相压靠处为竖直壁面。
所述外连接板紧贴主风筒的外侧壁的壁面为弧形壁面,其紧贴主风筒的外侧壁。
所述固定螺栓的螺杆部插套在对应的内连接板的插孔、主风筒的壁板的通孔和外连接板的通孔中,固定螺栓的螺杆的端部螺接有两个相互压靠的固定螺母,其中一个固定螺母压靠在外连接板上,主风筒的壁板夹持在内连接板和外连接板之间。
所述延伸连接架包括主连接板,主连接板的外端成型有与主连接板相垂直的垂直延伸部,垂直延伸部的端部成型有与主连接板相平行的固定连接部。
所述主风筒中插套有防护套筒,防护套筒的外侧壁上固定有多个侧连接板,侧连接板固定在主风筒的内侧壁上,防爆电机插套在防护套筒中,防爆电机的底座固定在防护套筒的内侧壁上,防爆电机的输出轴伸出防护套筒的前端。
所述防护套筒的后端面的中部具有中部主通孔,过滤网板固定在防护套筒的后端面并覆盖中部主通孔。
所述主风筒的前端插套有前防护网,前防护网的侧壁成型有向前延伸的延伸环体,延伸环体通过螺栓固定连接在主风筒的侧板上。
所述主风筒的前端和后端的底面均固定有底部连接座。
本发明的突出效果是:与现有技术相比,它在主风筒的侧壁安装连接长形板和延伸连接架进行竖直壁面上连接,其连接方便,同时,其也可以根据需要通过底部连接座进行底部安装,其安装方式多样,可以满足不同的安装要求。

实施例,见如图1至图3所示,一种具有可拆卸连接部的防爆风机,包括主风筒10,主风筒10的中部设有防爆电机11,防爆电机11的输出轴上固定有叶轮12,所述主风筒10的左右两侧的壁板的内侧壁上均压靠有内连接板13,主风筒10的左右两侧的壁板的外侧壁上均压靠有外连接板14,内连接板13、主风筒10的壁板和对应的外连接板14通过固定螺栓15连接固定;
所述外连接板14的中部外侧壁上固定有连接长形板141,连接长形板141上成型有连接通孔142;
所述连接长形板141上固定有延伸连接架20,延伸连接架20的 主连接板21与连接长形板141之间夹持有弹性降噪垫143。
进一步的说,所述内连接板13紧贴主风筒10的内侧壁的壁面为弧形壁面,弧形壁面紧贴主风筒10的内侧壁,内连接板13与固定螺栓15的转动部相压靠处为竖直壁面。
进一步的说,所述外连接板14紧贴主风筒10的外侧壁的壁面为弧形壁面,其紧贴主风筒10的外侧壁。
进一步的说,所述固定螺栓15的螺杆部插套在对应的内连接板13的插孔、主风筒10的壁板的通孔和外连接板14的通孔中,固定螺栓15的螺杆的端部螺接有两个相互压靠的固定螺母151,其中一个固定螺母151压靠在外连接板14上,主风筒10的壁板夹持在内连接板13和外连接板14之间。
进一步的说,所述延伸连接架20包括主连接板21,主连接板21的外端成型有与主连接板21相垂直的垂直延伸部22,垂直延伸部22的端部成型有与主连接板21相平行的固定连接部23。
进一步的说,所述主风筒10中插套有防护套筒16,防护套筒16的外侧壁上固定有多个侧连接板17,侧连接板17固定在主风筒10的内侧壁上,防爆电机11插套在防护套筒16中,防爆电机11的底座固定在防护套筒16的内侧壁上,防爆电机11的输出轴伸出防护套筒16的前端。
进一步的说,所述防护套筒16的后端面的中部具有中部主通孔161,过滤网板162固定在防护套筒16的后端面并覆盖中部主通孔161。
进一步的说,所述主风筒10的前端插套有前防护网18,前防护网18的侧壁成型有向前延伸的延伸环体181,延伸环体181通过螺栓固定连接在主风筒10的侧板上,主风筒10的后端插套有后防护网30,后防护网30的侧壁成型有向后延伸的后延伸环体31,后延伸环体31通过螺栓固定连接在主风筒10的侧板上。
进一步的说,所述主风筒10的前端和后端的底面均固定有底部连接座19。
本实施例中,其可以根据需要将底部连接座19固定在支架的底部上,实现水平安装,其也可以通过将延伸连接架20的固定连接部23固定在支架的竖直壁面上,或者是通过将延伸连接架20拆卸后,通过连接长形板141固定在支架的竖直壁板面上进行固定,此种固定中,可以将主风筒10插套在竖直壁面的贯穿通槽中。
而作为底部连接座19固定在支架的底部上时,可以将外连接板14及其上的部件一起拆卸,而只把内固定板13固定在主风筒10上。

  1. 一种具有可拆卸连接部的防爆风机,包括主风筒(10),主风筒(10)的中部设有防爆电机(11),防爆电机(11)的输出轴上固定有叶轮(12),其特征在于:所述主风筒(10)的左右两侧的壁板的内侧壁上均压靠有内连接板(13),主风筒(10)的左右两侧的壁板的外侧壁上均压靠有外连接板(14),内连接板(13)、主风筒(10)的壁板和对应的外连接板(14)通过固定螺栓(15)连接固定;
    所述外连接板(14)的中部外侧壁上固定有连接长形板(141),连接长形板(141)上成型有连接通孔(142);
    所述连接长形板(141)上固定有延伸连接架(20),延伸连接架(20)的主连接板(21)与连接长形板(141)之间夹持有弹性降噪垫(143)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有可拆卸连接部的防爆风机,其特征在于:所述内连接板(13)紧贴主风筒(10)的内侧壁的壁面为弧形壁面,弧形壁面紧贴主风筒(10)的内侧壁,内连接板(13)与固定螺栓(15)的转动部相压靠处为竖直壁面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有可拆卸连接部的防爆风机,其特征在于:所述外连接板(14)紧贴主风筒(10)的外侧壁的壁面为弧形壁面,其紧贴主风筒(10)的外侧壁。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有可拆卸连接部的防爆风机,其特征在于:所述固定螺栓(15)的螺杆部插套在对应的内连接板(13)的插孔、主风筒(10)的壁板的通孔和外连接板(14)的通孔中,固 定螺栓(15)的螺杆的端部螺接有两个相互压靠的固定螺母(151),其中一个固定螺母(151)压靠在外连接板(14)上,主风筒(10)的壁板夹持在内连接板(13)和外连接板(14)之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有可拆卸连接部的防爆风机,其特征在于:所述延伸连接架(20)包括主连接板(21),主连接板(21)的外端成型有与主连接板(21)相垂直的垂直延伸部(22),垂直延伸部(22)的端部成型有与主连接板(21)相平行的固定连接部(23)。
