本实用新型涉及美容器具技术领域,具体涉及一种新型微针装置的防水结构。背景技术
目前,随着医学美容的飞速发展,各种美容效果极佳的皮肤美容产品层出不穷,而美容产品必须要渗透入皮肤内才能发挥效果,其传统的使用方法是将美容产品涂抹在皮肤上,但由于皮肤最外层表皮的角质层和颗粒层的阻碍,皮肤对美容产品的吸收率较低,给用户造成极大地浪费,基于此,市面上出现了一些美容微针装置,用于导液。
美容微针装置是一种利用震动使针体实现伸缩以刺入皮肤角质层,将精华液等美容产品导入而达到美容的作用。
技术问题
美容微针装置基本通过传动机构带动推杆进行上下竖直伸缩运动,由于推杆远离传动机构的一端为用于导液的微针,常出现精华液倒流的现象,容易导致传动机构卡死,影响使用寿命,及美容效果;因而有必要针对这类美容微针装置的结构进行研究和改进;为了解决上述问题,故提出本发明的构思。
技术解决方案
本实用的目的是提供一种新型微针装置的防水结构,以解决现有技术存在的上述缺陷中的至少一种。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了如下技术方案:一种新型微针装置的防水结构,包括本体及套接在所述本体上的套筒,所述本体内具有传动机构,所述套筒具有推杆,所述传动机构以带动所述推杆伸缩运动;所述套筒中固定有防水组件,所述防水组件包括防水帽及配合所述防水帽紧密装配的锁紧环。
本实用新型的进一步改进,所述套筒内具有限位结构,所述防水帽设置在所述限位结构与所述锁紧环之间。
本实用新型的进一步改进,所述锁紧环具有外螺纹,所述套筒内靠近所述限位结构一端设有与所述锁紧环配合的螺纹结构。

综上所述,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:

具体的,传动机构 3 包括电机及与电机传动连接的传动杆,从而带动推杆 4 进行上下竖直伸缩运动;而防水组件 5 位于推杆 4 与传动机构 3 的传动杆之间,从而可有效防止精华液从套筒 2 中倒流本体 1 的传动机构 3 上;而防水帽 7 的材质可为硅胶材料或弹性材料;由于在传动机构 3 与推杆 4 之间设有防水组件 5 ,而传动机构 3 与推杆 4 之间具有一定间隙,当传动机构 3 的传动杆推动推杆 4 时,推杆 4 会顶到防水帽 7 ,故此防水帽 7 所采用硅胶或弹性材料,其次通过锁紧环 6 与防水帽 7 的配合使用,从而防止了伸缩运动时防水帽 7 的脱落,使其更加的牢固;该锁紧环 6 为中空的锁紧环 6 ,在锁紧环 6 内侧呈多边形状,以便于多边起子的锁紧装配,从而装配起来快速方便。
装配时,首先将防水帽 7 套接在锁紧环 6 中,然后放置于套筒 2 中,接着将锁紧环 6 与套筒 2 螺纹装配,使防水帽 7 与限位结构 8 紧密装配,随后将推杆 4 装配在套筒 2 中,最后将套筒 2 与本体 1 螺纹装配。
进一步的,所述套筒 2 内具有限位结构 8 ,所述防水帽 7 设置在所述限位结构 8 与所述锁紧环 6 之间;该限位结构 8 具有凸出的阻挡部,位于套筒 2 的内壁,该阻挡部与防水帽 7 紧密接触。
进一步的,所述锁紧环 6 具有外螺纹 9 ,所述套筒 2 内靠近所述限位结构 8 一端设有与所述锁紧环 6 紧密配合的螺纹结构 10 ,该螺纹结构 10 为内螺纹结构 10
综上所述,该种新型微针装置的防水结构,起到防水密封的作用,有效的避免精华液倒流干涸造成该微针设备运动机构卡死的现象,从而提高了使用寿命及美容效果,具有结构简单合理,使用方便的特点。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型微针装置的防水结构,其特征在于:所述套筒(2)内具有限位结构(8),所述防水帽(7)设置在所述限位结构(8)与所述锁紧环(6)之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型微针装置的防水结构,其特征在于:所述锁紧环(6)具有外螺纹(9),所述套筒(2)内靠近所述限位结构(8)一端设有与所述锁紧环(6)配合的螺纹结构(10)。
