본 발명의 일 태양에 따르면, 의료용 니들을 가압하는 장치로서, 환자의 신체 내부로 가압되는 의료용 니들, 상기 의료용 니들을 가압하는 액추에이터, 상기 의료용 니들이 통과하는 신체 조직과 연관되는 감지 정보를 획득하는 감지 정보 관리부, 및 상기 의료용 니들이 통과하는 신체 조직과 상기 의료용 니들이 도달할 타겟 조직 사이의 거리에 관한 정보 및 상기 감지 정보 중 적어도 하나에 기초하여 상기 신체 조직에서의 상기 의료용 니들의 전진 패턴을 결정하는 전진 패턴 결정부를 포함하는 장치가 제공된다.
