Abstract
The present kitchen stoves, irrespective of their form and type (countertop burners, etc.), are not in harmony well with cooking utensils. In fact, the current kitchen stoves are not suited to all utensils produced in the kitchenware industry, and this often causes the user to not utilize usefully the surface of stoves. The proposed design for a gas or electric stove has no longer limitation on the number of flames, and the stove can provide heating proportional to the bottom surface of the utensil. To this end, the stove has a specific surface and is different from the conventional ovens. The surface of this stove is covered with many rows of thermal points. These points provide heat to utensils. On the other hand, the kitchen stove is equipped with a utensil size detection system. Some sensors or micro-switches are embedded on the stove surface.
Description
Kitchen Stove with Potential of Uniform Heating Based on Utensil Area
Description
Technical field:
The technical field of this invention relates to cooking utensils and equipment.
Technical issue:
The present kitchen stoves, irrespective of their form and type (countertop burners, etc.), are not in harmony well with cooking utensils. In fact, the current kitchen stoves are not suited to all utensils produced in the kitchenware industry, and this often causes the user to not utilize usefully the surface of stoves.
When the user wants to place a big utensil on the stove, it actually covers the whole surface of it, while the stove does not heat to the whole surface of utensil, and the cooking process will not be completed properly. In this case, the adjacent utensils may not be properly positioned, which also disrupt the cooking process within them.
The same is true for the small utensils. When the user wants to place several small utensils on the stove simultaneously, the main obstacle is a flame limitation. Given above- mentioned issues, the present invention seeks to design a kitchen gas stove that solves the lack of harmony between utensils and the stove as well as flames limitation and heating.
Prior arts:
KITCHEN STOVE, Application Number: 2014150012, Publication Number: 0002606146 - invention relates to kitchen household appliances. Kitchen stove (1 ) comprises at least one axis and can be installed on a table top. Stove comprises at least one main body (2), at least one rotating body (3), at least one rotation axis (4), at least one ring, at least one regulator.
Rotating body (3) is connected to main body (2) and is designed to rotate. Rotation axis (4) is located at the point where main body (2) and rotating body (3) are connected to each other to rotate. Ring is located on main body (2) and/or on rotating body (3) and provides heating of the kitchen utensils, placed on it.
Regulator is located on main body (2) and/or on rotating body (3) and sensory controls the generated heat, number of regulators is equal to the number of rings. EFFECT: possibility of installing a stove on any surface and with possibility of its rotation at different angles. 25 cl, 8 dwg
The present invention attempts to solve closed flames problem by allowing displacement of the source of flames, which is different from the claimed invention.
Description of invention:
The proposed design for a gas or electric stove has no longer limitation on the number of flames, and the stove can provide heating proportional to the bottom surface of the utensil. To this end, the stove has a specific surface and is different from the conventional ovens.
The surface of this stove is covered with many rows of thermal points. These points provide heat to utensils. On the other hand, the kitchen stove is equipped with a utensil size detection system. Some sensors or micro-switches are embedded on the stove surface. These sensors or micro switches monitor and detect the size of the utensils placed on the stove.
When the user places a utensil on the stove and sparks the flames, the sensor or micro switches in the area where the utensil located, is activated and the received information is sent to the thermal point management system. Considering these information, the system activates some burners or elements on the stove surface.
The user can check the sensor's performance in a report using a display or control panel on the front of the stove. In fact, the panel announces the user how many burners are involved in heating utensils. The user can approve or change it.
After such settings are made, the user can also determine temperature degree using the aforementioned panel. Then, the stove will then begin to heat utensils following the user's settings.
Brief Description of the Drawings
Fig.1 - The upper parts of kitchen stove Fig. 2 - Gas stove Fig.3 - Electric stove
Detailed Description of the Drawings
Fig. 2 illustrate the gas range model of the claimed stove. In this model, the upper part of the stove (1 ) consists of some burners (2). Each burner has some bases (3) connected to the top of the stove. These burners are separated from each other and are connected in the base to the upper surface of the stove.
Under the holes in the upper surface (4), there are microswitches (5) placed on the burner base. The burner base does not activate the microswitch in the absence of a utensil on
the burner. When the utensil is placed on the burner, the utensil's weight causes the microswitch to be activated, and if the user sparks the stove, the burner will release gas.
Hence, the larger utensil surface and area and the more burners it occupied, the same number of burners will be sparked. In this way, the stove automatically determines the number of active burners based on the size of the utensil, in turn, this makes optimum use of stove than a conventional stove. In fact, the user can use the whole surface of the stove to place the desired utensils.
Figure 3 presents electric model of the same stove. In this model, electric elements (6) are embedded on the whole stove surface, each of which is individually controlled by the stove sensor. When the user places a utensil on the stove, the sensor detects its size and sparks the electrical elements accordingly. In this way, the user can place utensils all over then stove and utilize its heat. User also can make other settings through panel (7).
Advantages of the invention
The main characteristic of this invention is unlimited heating the utensils. In contrast to the traditional stove, this stove can simultaneously heat a large number of utensils with different size. In fact, the surface of this stove is full of flames and burners and the user can easily determine the flames and their number and heat through the smart panel.
A method for applying the invention
The user can easily use this stove and he/she just places the utensil on the stove and sparks the stove. The stove will spark the flames according to the breadth and size of utensils.
