OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a un mueble de fácil transporte y montaje, que manteniendo el bajo coste de un mueble que se comercializa desmontado y ocupando un embalaje esencialmente plano, resulta fácil y rápido de montar.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
En la actualidad se está imponiendo la venta de muebles desmontados, que luego serán montados en el emplazamiento definitivo mediante herrajes e instrucciones suministradas en el paquete que contiene el mueble desmontado, especialmente muebles de tipo estanterías y similares, que comprenden montantes verticales (costados e intermedios) en los que se encuentran sustentados unos elementos horizontales (tales como baldas). Esto tiene obvias ventajas de economía para el comprador, ya que evita pagar un montaje especializado del mueble y tiene menor coste de adquisición, derivado del menor espacio de transporte y almacenamiento del mueble empaquetado en embalaje plano -y de no implicar mano de obra de montaje- lo que también permite aumentar el estocaje y en general mejora la manipulación del paquete.
El problema de lo anterior radica en que hay que realizar el montaje del mueble, pudiendo faltar herrajes, o perderse, o que el cliente tenga poca pericia montando el mismo, lo que incluso puede llegar a deteriorarlo.
Esto es, en el mercado actual están disponibles a la venta muebles ya armados/montados, que ocupan mucho espacio, siendo así su transporte, manipulación e instalación más compleja y costosa, siendo necesarios medios especiales. Por otro lado está el mueble en kit, donde su principal ventaja es su presentación reducida, facilitando de esta forma los costes de transporte, manipulación más ágil, reduciendo los costes obteniendo de esta forma un mejor precio del mismo, pero con la gran desventaja de tener que realizar el ensamblado y montaje del producto siempre. Suelen incluir el herraje necesario, pero son necesarias herramientas y materiales para el atornillado y encolado, pudiendo ser necesarios los servicios de u profesional a contratar.
Estos inconvenientes se solucionan con la utilización del mueble de la invención.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
El mueble de la invención tiene una configuración que facilita su transporte y almacenaje plegado, con las mismas ventajas de los muebles desmontados que se comercializan actualmente, pero con un montaje mucho más fácil y rápido.
El mueble, en cuestión, es del tipo que comprenden montantes verticales (costados e intermedios) en los que se encuentran sustentados unos elementos horizontales (tales como baldas), donde de acuerdo con la invención, los elementos horizontales entre cada dos montantes verticales se encuentran, todos ellos, unidos por un mismo primer extremo al montante vertical correspondiente, a través de primeras articulaciones de eje horizontal abatióles superiormente (esto es, articulaciones cuyo eje permite el giro hacia arriba, por ejemplo bisagras cuyo eje se sitúa en el plano superior del elemento horizontal, o bisagras ocultas embutidas en el canto del elemento horizontal) y por el segundo extremo contrario al otro montante vertical a través de segundas articulaciones de eje horizontal abatióles interiormente (que son similares a las abatióles superiormente pero permitiendo el giro hacia abajo).
De esta forma los elementos horizontales pueden venir fijados a los montantes verticales de fábrica, permitiendo un plegado del mueble donde los montantes permanecen paralelos en todo momento y los elementos horizontales, al plegarse, se disponen también paralelamente a los anteriores, adoptando una forma plegada plana similar a la de los muebles desmontados y por tanto teniendo sus mismas ventajas, y a la hora de montarlos simplemente hay que desplegarlos girando las articulaciones hasta que adopten la forma donde los elementos horizontales se disponen precisamente horizontalmente entre los montantes correspondientes, asegurando idealmente la posición desplegada, bien con medios adicionales, como escuadras, riostras o traseras, o mediante su fijación a la pared. Entonces, la presentación del producto para su venta siempre es con embalaje plano reducido, con el mueble plegado, con los elementos que lo forman dispuestos en la dirección que permite el giro de los herrajes (articulaciones), siendo la dirección de plagado más ágil según el modelo de mueble.
El montaje mediante desplegado debe hacerlo el usuario tirando de uno de sus laterales hasta conseguir el encuadre de las partes que los forman (montantes y elementos horizontales para poder ser fijado y asegurando mediante un elemento de fijación, para así evitar movimientos y descuadres del mueble. Estos elementos de fijación pueden ser escuadras, topes o cualquier tipo de unión metálica, plástica o de madera que sea necesario utilizar según el modelo de mueble, al tratarse de diferentes plegados, medidas y pesos para asegurar.
El principal objetivo de la invención es el servir un mueble o estantería básico montado con sus diferentes paneles ensamblados pero presentado en un embalaje plano reducido fusionando las ventajas de las presentaciones tradicionales de muebles (en kit y montado).
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS
La figura 1 muestra una vista en alzado del mueble de la invención en configuración de estantería de un módulo, en posición desplegada, intermedia durante el plegado, y plegada.
La figura 2 muestra una vista en alzado del mueble de la invención en configuración de estantería de dos módulos, en posición desplegada, intermedia durante el plegado, y plegada.
La figura 3 muestra sendos detalles de las primeras articulaciones y de las segundas articulaciones del mueble de la invención.
REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓN
El mueble (1 ) de fácil transporte y montaje de la invención es del tipo que comprenden montantes verticales (2) (costados e intermedios), en los que se encuentran sustentados unos elementos horizontales (3) (tales como baldas), donde de acuerdo con la invención, los elementos horizontales (3) entre cada dos montantes verticales (2), se encuentran todos ellos unidos por un mismo primer extremo (30) al montante vertical (2) correspondiente a través de primeras articulaciones (4) (ver fig 3) de eje horizontal abatióles superiormente, y por el segundo extremo (31 ) contrario al otro montante vertical (2) a través de segundas articulaciones (5) de eje horizontal abatióles interiormente.
Preferentemente el mueble (1 ) comprende unos elementos de bloqueo de la posición montada (desplegada). Dichos elementos de bloqueo pueden ser por ejemplo riostras cruzadas, paneles traseros que cuadrarán el mueble, escuadras (6), etc.
Por último, indicar que muy preferentemente, el ancho de los elementos horizontales (3) (lo que se va a traducir en la anchura de los estantes configurados) es igual o inferior a la distancia vertical entre los mismos, para que en la posición plegada queden completamente abatidos y paralelos a los montantes verticales (2).
Descrita suficientemente la naturaleza de la invención, se indica que la descripción de la misma y de su forma de realización preferente debe interpretarse de modo no limitativo, y que abarca la totalidad de las posibles variantes de realización que se deduzcan del contenido de la presente memoria y de las reivindicaciones.

Claims

1. -Mueble (1 ) de fácil transporte y montaje, del tipo que comprenden montantes verticales (2) en los que se encuentran sustentados unos elementos horizontales (3) caracterizado por que los elementos horizontales (3) entre cada dos montantes verticales (2) se encuentran, todos ellos, unidos por un mismo primer extremo (30) al montante vertical (2) correspondiente a través de primeras articulaciones (4) de eje horizontal abatibles superiormente, y por el segundo extremo (31 ) contrario al otro montante vertical (2) a través de segundas articulaciones (5) de eje horizontal abatibles interiormente.
2. -Mueble (1 ) de fácil transporte y montaje según reivindicación 1 , que comprende unos elementos de bloqueo de la posición montada del mueble.
3. -Mueble (1 ) de fácil transporte y montaje según reivindicación 2, donde los elementos de bloqueo se encuentran seleccionados entre:
-riostras cruzadas,
-paneles traseros,
-escuadras (6).
4. -Mueble (1 ) de fácil transporte y montaje según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, donde el ancho de los elementos horizontales (3) es igual o inferior a la distancia vertical entre los mismos.
