- 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,所述突出显示当前审查时间的权利要求修改文本以及前一审查时间的权利要求文本的差异文本,包括:以下划线的方式突出显示所述差异文本中的增加部分,以删除线的方式突出显示所述差异文本中的删除部分。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述在预设的页面或窗口展示所述权利要求演进图,包括:确认所述目标专利的权利要求的目标序号和审查时间;根据所述权利要求的目标序号和审查时间获取对应的修改信息;以所述权利要求的目标序号为索引根据所述审查时间的顺序显示所述修改信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述在预设的页面或展示窗口展示所述权利要求演进图,包括:接收用户请求显示所述权利要求演进图的指令;在当前页面或新增页面显示所述权利要求演进图。
- 根据权利要求20所述的方法,所述接收用户请求显示所述权利要求演进图的指令之前,还包括:确认当前页面是否显示所述目标专利的预设中间文件;在当前页面显示所述预设中间文件的情况下,生成第一触发按钮;相应的,所述接收用户请求显示所述权利要求演进图的指令,包括:接收用户对所述第一触发按钮的操控生成所述显示所述权利要求演进图的指令。
- 一种专利信息展示装置,包括:获取模块,设置为获取目标专利的权利要求的修改信息;生成模块,设置为根据所述修改信息生成所述目标专利的权利要求演进图;展示模块,设置为在预设的页面或窗口展示所述权利要求演进图。
- 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其中,所述修改信息包括修改原因;相应的,所述获取模块设置为:获取所述目标专利在审查过程中的中间文件,所述中间文件至少包括审查 意见通知书、驳回通知书、复审通知书、授权通知书中的一种;根据所述中间文件解析所述权利要求的修改原因。
- 根据权利要求23所述的装置,其中,所述生成模块设置为:根据所述修改原因生成所述目标专利的权利要求演进图。
- 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其中,所述修改信息包括修改内容;相应的,所述获取模块还设置为:获取所述目标专利在审查过程中的中间文件,所述中间文件至少包括修改对照页、修改替换页、意见陈述书中的一种;根据所述中间文件解析所述权利要求的修改内容。
- 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其中,所述生成模块还设置为:根据所述修改内容生成所述目标专利的权利要求演进图。
- 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其中,所述修改信息包括修改内容和修改原因;相应的,所述获取模块还设置为:获取所述目标专利在审查过程中的中间文件,所述中间文件至少包括审查意见通知书、驳回通知书、复审通知书、授权通知书、修改对照页、修改替换页、意见陈述书中的一种;根据所述中间文件解析所述权利要求的修改内容和修改原因。
- 根据权利要求27所述的装置,其中,所述生成模块还设置为:根据所述修改内容和所述修改原因生成所述目标专利的权利要求演进图。
- 根据权利要求23或25或27所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块还设置为:获取所述中间文件的图像文件;将所述图像文件进行二值化处理获取二值化图像;识别所述二值化图像的目标区域;将所述目标区域对应的二值化图像进行OCR识别,以获取所述权利要求的 修改信息。
- 根据权利要求29所述的装置,其中,中间文件包括当前审查时间的修改文件和前一审查时间的文件;相应的,所述获取模块还设置为:将所述当前审查时间的修改文件对应的图像文件和前一审查时间的文件对应的图像文件进行OCR识别;获取所述前一审查时间的文件对应的文本信息和所述当前审查时间的修改文件对应的文本信息;根据所述前一审查时间的文件对应的文本信息和所述当前审查时间的修改文件对应的文本信息确定所述权利要求的修改信息。
- 根据权利要求30所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块还设置为:获取所述前一审查时间的文件对应的文本信息和所述当前审查时间的修改文件中的修改痕迹对应的位置信息;相应的,所述获取模块设置为:根据所述前一审查时间的文件对应的文本信息和所述当前审查时间的修改文件中的修改痕迹对应的位置信息确定所述修改痕迹对应的所述权利要求的修改信息。
- 根据权利要求29所述的装置,其中,所述中间文件为过程表;相应的,所述获取模块设置为:检测所述二值化图像中的封闭区域的轮廓及所述封闭区域的位置信息;基于所述轮廓、所述位置信息以及所述过程表的页面格式,将所述封闭区域作为所述目标区域。
- 根据权利要求29所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块还设置为:识别所述目标区域对应的图像中的噪音信息;将所述噪音信息从所述目标区域对应的图像中移除。
- 根据权利要求29所述的装置,其中,所述目标区域包括第一区域和第 二区域,所述获取模块设置为:对所述第一区域进行OCR识别,以确定不同修改信息对应的第一图标;对所述第二区域进行OCR识别,获取所述第二区域内的文字/图标以及所述文字/图标在第二区域的位置坐标;根据所述文字/图标和所述位置坐标确定所述目标专利的每个权项对应的第二图标;匹配所述第一图标和所述第二图标确定所述每个权项的修改信息。
- 根据权利要求34所述的装置,其中,所述生成模块设置为:根据所述文字/图标和所述位置坐标确定所述目标专利的每个权项的初始序号、第一序号、第二序号中的至少一种,其中,所述第一序号的生成时间早于所述第二序号;根据所述每个权项的初始序号、第一序号、第二序号中的至少一种以及所述每个权项的修改信息,生成所述目标专利的权利要求演进图。
- 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其中,所述生成模块设置为:根据每个权项按审查时间顺序排列的修改信息,生成所述目标专利的权利要求演进图。
- 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其中,所述展示模块设置为:每个权项的修改信息在第一方向按审查时间依序排列;多个权项的修改信息在第二方向按权利要求的初始序号或最终序号排列。
- 根据权利要求37所述的装置,其中,所述展示模块还设置为:接收用户点击目标序号权利要求对应的不同审查时间的修改信息,以生成权利要求演进图展示指令,或接收用户点击目标审查时间的修改信息,以生成权利要求演进图展示指令;根据所述权利要求演进图展示指令获取所述目标序号权利要求对应的当前审查时间的权利要求修改文本以及前一审查时间的权利要求文本;突出显示当前审查时间的权利要求修改文本以及前一审查时间的权利要求 文本的差异文本,以生成当前审查时间的权利要求演进文本;在被点击的修改信息附近以文本框的方式显示所述当前审查时间的权利要求演进文本,所述当前审查时间的权利要求演进文本即为所述权利要求演进图对应于当前审查时间的文本内容。
- 根据权利要求38所述的装置,其中,所述展示模块设置为:以下划线的方式突出显示所述差异文本中的增加部分,以删除线的方式突出显示所述差异文本中的删除部分。
- 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其中,所述展示模块设置为:确认所述目标专利的权利要求的目标序号和审查时间;根据所述权利要求的目标序号和审查时间获取对应的修改信息;以所述权利要求的目标序号为索引根据所述审查时间的顺序显示所述修改信息。
- 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其中,所述展示模块设置为:接收用户请求显示所述权利要求演进图的指令;在当前页面或新增页面显示所述权利要求演进图。
- 根据权利要求41所述的装置,其中,所述展示模块还设置为:确认当前页面是否显示所述目标专利的预设中间文件;在当前页面显示所述预设中间文件的情况下,生成第一触发按钮;相应的,所述接收用户请求显示所述权利要求演进图的指令,包括:接收用户对所述第一触发按钮的操控生成所述显示所述权利要求演进图的指令。
