对于上述固定钉300,请参照图5,其示出了固定钉300的一个方向的立体示意图,同时结合图1至图4,固定钉300包括基部310和铆接部320。其中,基部310的形状与底座100 远离容置槽110的一端的端面的形状相同,且其面向底座100的一侧设有若干个尖刺状的辅助定位钉311。铆接部320的一端固定于基部310,另一端穿过上述的铆钉孔进入容置槽110,并与底座100铆接。铆接部320具体由一如图5所示的尖刺状的钉头结构穿过铆钉孔,再通过外部工具将其打扁使形成图2所示的结构。基部310与底座100之间具有一定的活动间隙,固定钉300和底座100通过该间隙将衣服或者皮包的皮层夹持于两者之间。
可以理解的是,在本申请的其他实施例中,固定钉300还可以铆接于面盖200。
请参照图6及图7,其分别示出了绳体处于可调状态与锁止状态时,固定扣的剖切示意图,以将上述固定扣安装于衣服上为例,以下结合各附图对本申请实施例提供的固定扣的工作原理作简要说明:
首先,将固定钉300的钉头结构刺破衣服,并穿过底座100上的铆钉孔,然后将其打扁形成铆接部320,以使底座100安装于衣服上,同时辅助定位钉311扎入衣服进一步辅助固定;
其次,将绳体400穿过底座100上的过孔120,如图6中所示;
之后,将面盖200的限位柱230插入容置槽110,在该过程中,第二倒扣231越过第一倒扣130;
最后,旋转面盖200使限位柱230压紧绳体400,如图7中所示。
需要调整绳体400时,则先旋转面盖200使面盖200远离绳体400,同时限位柱230也将松开绳体400,然后消费者可以根据需要拉动绳体400至特定位置;调整结束之后,则仅需逆向旋转面盖200使限位柱230压紧绳体400即可。
相比目前市场上通过按压或松开芯部以使绳体处于可调节或者锁止状态的固定扣,本申请实施例提供的固定扣通过转动面盖即可实现上述两状态的切换。并且,在转动面盖使限位柱松开绳体时,消费者单手可以轻松地拉动绳体实现绳体的调节,而不再需要一手持续按压芯部,一手拉动绳体。本申请实施例提供的固定扣的整个调节过程简单省力,提升了消费者的使用体验。
同理,目前市场上的固定扣在装配时,工人需要一手保持按压固定扣的状态,一手将绳体穿过固定扣;而本申请提供的固定扣装配过程是先将绳体穿过底座,然后才装配上面盖,工人可以仅用一只手工作,同时不用费力按固定扣来穿绳,因此服装制造商的生产效益也可以得以有效提升。
此外,本申请实施例提供的固定扣由于不再需要弹簧等弹性件,相比传统的固定扣成本也要更低。
可以理解的是,即使上述实施例中是以绳体为例对固定扣的使用过程进行简要说明,但是在本申请的其他实施例中,该固定扣也可以运用于调节除绳体以外的其他长条状物体,例如弹性的橡胶条。
本申请还提供一种服饰,其包括服饰主体,以及上述实施例中的固定扣,该固定扣通过 固定钉固定于服饰主体。当固定钉铆接于底座时,服饰主体夹持于固定扣的底座与固定钉的基部之间;当固定钉铆接于面盖时,服饰主体夹持于固定扣的面盖与固定钉的基部之间。
应当理解,上述服饰不仅可以为衣服、裤子等服装,也可以为背包、手提包、皮包等饰物。
为便于理解服饰主体,以下作简要举例,以衣服、裤子为例,上述的服饰主体为衣服、裤子的布料;以皮包为例,上述的服饰主体为皮包的皮层,可以理解的是,服饰主体并不局限于上述物体。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;在本申请的思路下,以上实施例或者不同实施例中的技术特征之间也可以进行组合,步骤可以以任意顺序实现,并存在如上所述的本申请的不同方面的许多其它变化,为了简明,它们没有在细节中提供;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种固定扣,其特征在于,包括:
    底座,设有容置槽及贯穿所述底座的过孔,所述过孔与所述容置槽连通;
    面盖,包括限位柱,所述限位柱的第一端部插入所述容置槽;
    所述面盖与所述底座螺纹连接,所述面盖与所述底座螺接转动的过程中,所述第一端部可靠近或远离所述过孔的中心线。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的固定扣,其特征在于,所述过孔设于所述容置槽的侧壁的底部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的固定扣,其特征在于,所述过孔沿直线延伸且所述过孔的中心线与所述容置槽的中心线垂直。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的固定扣,其特征在于,所述面盖还包括顶部和自所述顶部的边缘延伸出的侧部,所述限位柱的第二端部与所述顶部连接,所述侧部与所述底座螺纹连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的固定扣,其特征在于,所述容置槽的侧壁设有第一倒扣,所述过孔位于所述第一倒扣与所述容置槽的底部之间;
    所述限位柱设有与所述第一倒扣相适配的第二倒扣,所述第二倒扣位于所述过孔与所述第一倒扣之间,所述第一倒扣可阻挡所述第二倒扣脱离所述容置槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的固定扣,其特征在于,所述第一倒扣的数量为两个以上且沿所述侧壁的周向分布。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的固定扣,其特征在于,还包括固定钉,所述固定钉铆接于所述底座或所述面盖。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的固定扣,其特征在于,所述固定钉铆接于所述底座,所述底座远离所述容置槽的一端的端面设有与所述容置槽连通的铆钉孔;
    所述固定钉包括基部与铆接部,所述基部的形状与所述端面相同,所述铆接部的一端固定于所述基部,所述铆接部的另一端铆接穿过所述铆钉孔铆接于所述底座。
  9. 一种服饰,包括服饰主体,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1至6任一项所述的固定扣,所述固定扣固定于所述服饰主体。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的服饰,其特征在于,还包括固定钉,所述底座远离所述面盖的一端的端面设有与所述容置槽连通的铆钉孔,所述固定钉包括基部与铆接部,所述基部的形状与所述端面的形状相同,所述铆接部的一端固定于所述基部,所述铆接部的另一端穿过所述铆钉孔铆接于所述底座,所述服饰主体夹持于所述底座与所述固定钉之间。
