背景技术
目前有四个标准的充电枪:一类是美标,一类是欧标,一类是国标,一类是日标,其中欧标的充电枪上没有卡扣,需要在挂座装置上设计固定充电枪的结构防止掉落。
现有技术方案:
一种通常的技术方案是将充电枪插座固定到充电枪挂座装置的外壳内,外壳下方设置一个有弹性的托板,托住充电枪。
现有技术方案存在以下问题:
由于外壳下方的托板是有弹性的,所以充电枪不能完全固定住,有掉落的风险,插枪时托板会刮擦充电枪,时间久了会刮坏充电枪的表面。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是一种托架式充电枪挂座装置,能够解决现有技术中的不足。
技术解决方案
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种托架式充电枪挂座装置,包括外壳组件,外壳组件内安装有转轴组件,外壳组件的底部还安装有一托板;

如图1-图5所示,包括充电枪1、外壳组件2、托板3、插座4、插座固定板5、转轴6、扭簧7;所述的挂座装置中,转轴6扭簧7由外壳组件2固定,插座4固定在可绕转轴6旋转的插座固定板5上面,转轴安装于转轴固定座上,转轴固定座通过螺丝固定安装于外壳组件内,插座4和插座固定板5在无其它外力作用时,在扭簧7的作用力下,始终保持处于弹开状态(图3的位置),此时充电枪1向左右移动不会受到托板3的阻挡,对准插座4即可插入到插座4内,充电枪插入后,在充电枪自重的作用力下,充电枪1、插座4、插座固定板5会自动绕轴6旋转,直到充电枪1被托板3固定住为止,这时充电枪1就被可靠的固定住了,这样就完成了充电枪的挂枪操作。需要取充电枪时,将充电枪1向上提起,充电枪1会带动插座4、插座固定板5绕转轴6旋转,同时托板3对充电枪1的约束就会逐渐解除,充电枪向上提起到位后,托板3的约束作用完全解除,就可以轻松的将充电枪拔出来。
