在其中一个实施例中,请参阅图5及图6,相邻两个安装架23通过连接件25和紧固件26固定连接时,该连接件25固定于安装架23背向充电宝29一侧,且紧固件26的安装方向与充电宝29的推出方向相同。安装架23靠近充电宝29一侧为安装架23的正面,安装架23背向充电宝29的一侧为安装架23的背面,紧固件26的安装方向与充电宝29的推出方向相同时,紧固件26可从安装架23的背面锁紧。相邻两个安装架23的侧面由于相互正对设置,不便于紧固件26穿过上述两侧面锁紧,所以紧固件26从安装架23背面锁紧的方式更便于装配。
在充电模组2的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图7,充电模组2还包括电连接各个导电部的转接板22,转接板22与电路板24电连接。在同一个充电模组2中,导电部的数量与充电宝29的数量相同,所有的导电部均固定且电连接于转接板22上,然后通过转接板22与电路板24连接,这样,可以简化电路板24的结构和布线,也使电路板24的布局更加灵活。导电部可选为铜针、弹片等具有导电功能的部件。
在充电模组2的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图7,充电盒21、转接板22、安装架23及电路板24依次设置,便于从一个安装方向依次安装充电盒21、转接板22、安装架23以及电路板24。充电宝29设置于充电盒21内,用于容纳充电宝29的容纳腔具有供充电宝29进出的开口,该开口处设置有门板组件28,用于遮挡开口。门板组件28与充电盒21转动连接,门板组件28与充电盒21之间设置有扭簧,使得门板组件28在不受外力作用时,始终遮挡开口。外壳1包括固定连接的前壳11和后壳,在安装时,首先将门板组件28安装至充电盒21上,在将充电盒21固定于前壳11上,然后将转接板22及安装架23通过螺纹件固定于充电盒21的背部,螺纹件依次穿过安装架23和转接板22并与充电盒21螺纹连接,转接板22上的导电部伸入充电盒21内的容纳腔,然后再将电路板24固定于安装架23的背面,最后再安装后壳,将充电模组2包裹于外壳1内;这样,可以实现从充电盒21的背部依次安装转接板22、安装架23以及电路板24等,无需来回翻转充电模组2,有利于提高安装效率。
在充电模组2的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图7,充电模组2还包括用于将充电宝29锁紧于充电盒21内的锁紧组件27,锁紧组件27包括用于插入充电宝29内的电磁阀271、伸入充电盒21内且用于推动充电宝29的推杆272以及两端分别连接于充电盒21和推杆272的弹性件273。锁紧组件27可将充电宝29锁紧于充电盒21内,每个充电宝29对应设置有一个锁紧组件27,实现对每个充电宝29的单独控制。当用户需要租赁充电宝29时,电路板24控制其中一个锁紧组件27使充电宝29弹出,供用户取用。具体地,锁紧组件27工作时,电磁阀271伸入充电盒21内,且插入对应的充电宝29中,使充电宝29不能从容纳腔的开口弹出,此时,充电宝29使弹性件273压缩于推杆272和安装架23之间,弹性件273具有一定的回弹力;当锁紧组件27不工作时,电磁阀271退出充电盒21,弹性件273回弹,将推杆272推至充电盒21内,充电宝29被推出。
可选地,该共享充电宝柜机可水平放置或者竖直放置,水平放置时,容纳腔的开口水平开设,充电宝29水平推出;竖直放置时,容纳腔的开口竖直开口,充电宝29竖直推出。可通过改变弹性件273的弹力来实现水平放置及竖直放置。
在充电模组2的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图7,推杆272远离充电盒21一端与安装架23滑动连接,推杆272靠近充电盒21一端设有止挡台阶2721,弹性件273套设于推杆272,且弹性件273靠近充电盒21一端抵接于止挡台阶2721。更具体地,弹性件273的两端分别抵接于止挡台阶2721和安装架23;充电宝29位于盒内时,充电宝29将推动推杆272,推杆272相对安装架23滑动,弹性件273被压缩;锁紧组件27解锁时,充电宝29可自由移动,弹性件273推动推杆272进入充电盒21内,推出充电宝29。
在充电模组2的其中一个实施例中,请参阅图7,电磁阀271包括阀体和由阀体驱动的阀杆,阀体设于充电盒21外,阀杆用于伸入充电宝29内,阀杆的移动方向与推杆272的移动方向相互垂直,可更有效的止挡充电宝29。更具体地,充电宝29上相应设有供阀杆伸入的凹腔。电磁阀271的开关可由电路板24控制。
在其中一个实施例中,共享充电宝柜机还包括与电路板24连接的扬声器。在用于租借成功或者归还成功时,扬声器可发声,以提醒用户,防止出现租借或归还失败,而用户不知情的情况发生。

Claims (1)

  1. 一种共享充电宝柜机,其特征在于:包括外壳、设于所述外壳内的至少一个充电模组以及电源输入线,所述充电模组包括多个充电宝、为所述充电宝充电的充电盒以及电路板,各个所述充电宝均与所述电路板电连接,所述充电盒内设有用于与所述充电宝接触充电的导电部,各个所述电路板均与所述电源输入线连接。
    2.如权利要求1所述的共享充电宝柜机,其特征在于:所述充电模组还包括用于固定所述充电盒的安装架,所述安装架固定于所述外壳的内壁。
    3.如权利要求2所述的共享充电宝柜机,其特征在于:所述充电模组的数量至少为两个,相邻两个所述安装架固定连接,且相邻两个所述安装架均开设有第一连接孔,所述充电模组还包括连接件以及用于紧固连接所述连接件和相邻两个所述安装架的紧固件,所述连接件上开设有分别与两个所述第一连接孔对应设置的两个第二连接孔,所述紧固件依次穿过所述第二连接孔和所述第一连接孔。
    4.如权利要求3所述的共享充电宝柜机,其特征在于:所述连接件固定于所述安装架背向所述充电宝一侧,且所述紧固件的安装方向与所述充电宝的推出方向相同。
    5.如权利要求2所述的共享充电宝柜机,其特征在于:所述充电模组还包括电连接各个所述导电部的转接板,所述转接板与所述电路板电连接。
    6.如权利要求5所述的共享充电宝柜机,其特征在于:所述充电盒、所述转接板、所述安装架及所述电路板依次设置。
    7.如权利要求2所述的共享充电宝柜机,其特征在于:所述充电模组还包括用于将所述充电宝锁紧于所述充电盒内的锁紧组件,所述锁紧组件包括用于插入所述充电宝内的电磁阀、伸入所述充电盒内且用于推动所述充电宝的推杆以及两端分别连接于所述推杆和所述安装架的弹性件。
    8.如权利要求7所述的共享充电宝柜机,其特征在于:所述电磁阀包括阀体和由阀体驱动的阀杆,所述阀体设于所述充电盒外,所述阀杆用于伸入所述充电宝内,所述阀杆的移动方向与所述推杆的移动方向相互垂直。
    9.如权利要求7所述的共享充电宝柜机,其特征在于:所述推杆远离所述充电盒一端与所述安装架滑动连接,所述推杆靠近所述充电盒一端设有止挡台阶,所述弹性件套设于所述推杆,且所述弹性件靠近所述充电盒一端抵接于所述止挡台阶。
    10.如权利要求1-9任一项所述的共享充电宝柜机,其特征在于:所述共享充电宝柜机还包括与所述电路板电连接的扬声器。
