DESCRIPTION
BACKREST TILTING ANGLE ADJUSTING CLIP
Technical Field
The invention relates to the adjusting clip which is attached on the movable stroke of the gas piston used to tilt the backrests of the vehicle seats at a desired angle.
The invention is particularly related to an adjusting clip which enables the seat backrest to be tilted at any required angle by means of forming a thickness between the piston body and the mechanism at the end of the same by fitting it to the piston stroke, with a number and thickness for adjusting the tilting angle.
State of the Art
The seats of the vehicles used in the highway transportation are designed with a movable structure in order to enable sufficient comfort during the journey and safe driving position to the driver. These seats are designed such that in addition to the movement that they perform forward-backward and up-down, the backrests can be able to tilt backwardly at a predetermined angle. Especially, in order to enable comfort of the passengers who must sit on the same seat during bus trips for a long time, the tilting feature of the backrest is very important. Today, gas pistons are used to tilt the backrest at a determined angle. However, it is not sufficient to tilt the backrest for providing comfort. During this tilting movement, the passenger must be able to adjust the backrest position by fixing the backrest at the required tilting angle. A clip is attached to the gas piston stroke in order to adjust said tilting angle. In order to attach said clips to the cylindrical piston store, their one side is left empty. However, after said slips are attached to the cylindrical piston stroke, when a determined pressure is applied on the backrest, then it will leap up and come off. When said clip is dislocated, as a consequence tilting angle of the backrest cannot be adjusted. In order to provide passenger comfort, many different studies have been made till today in terms of the movement mechanisms of the vehicle seats. One of these studies is the invention subject to the patent numbered KR101885306. The present invention is related to a seat tilting apparatus for an automobile and particularly to a tilting apparatus comprising a washer formed between a connecting bracket and a hinge pin. The force is distributed to the hinge pin with the elastic zone, therefore even a rotation force affects the hinge pin, the distribution of the force is protected by the elastic zone, thus the competitiveness of the product is increased by means of preventing the proper rotation and noise formation and gliding action.
Another study is the invention subject to the patent numbered IN2014CHENP3257. An adjustment assembly for a vehicle seat comprising a backrest which can be adjusted for modifying the slope angle of the backrest according to the seat base and base is provided together with said invention. A vehicle seat and a backrest adjusting mechanism are described which enables to adjust the inclination angle of a backrest according to the seat base and as well as enters into the area at the back portion of the seat easily by releasing the seat between a seat. In the invention, the inclination angle and a position where the backrest folds over the seat base are adjusted with the adjustment mechanism. The adjusting mechanism comprises at least one comfort slope tilting mechanism and a first interface and a second interface which are located on the external surfaces of the front plates of two mechanisms and an easily inlet return mechanism which is joined with a radial laser source. Said mechanism can be attached coaxially to the vehicle seat in order to permit rotation of the seat about a single axis.
Another study is the invention subject to the patent numbered TR201810607. The invention relates to a mechanism which enables to tilt or lift the backrest sections of the passenger seats characterized by comprising, open switch having at least one locking shaft, triggering plate engaged to aforementioned locking shaft, at least one motion transmission spring engaged with said triggering plate, at least one mounting bush and piston connected to the side plate. As a result, the requirement for an adjusting clip which eliminates the disadvantages in the present state of the art, is used for tilting the backrests of the vehicle seats at a desired angle, is not dislocated again after it is attached on the movable stroke of the gas piston and the insufficiency of the current solutions makes it necessary to make a development in the relevant technical field.
Brief Description of the Invention
The present invention is related to an adjusting clip which is attached on the movable stroke of the gas piston used for tilting the backrests of the vehicle seats, fulfils the abovementioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages.
On the basis of the state of the art, the aim of the invention is to prevent the improved adjusting clip from leaning up and falling when a force is applied on the backrest by the structure of the adjusting clip.
The aim of the invention is to provide the mouth of the clip attracted to the gas piston to be closed since the adjusting clip consists of two parts that integrate each other by fitting together.
Another aim of the invention is to enable the adjusting clip not to be dislocated by means of closing the mouth of the same which is attached to the piston stroke and to withstand more force.
The structural and characteristic features of the present invention will be understood clearly by the following drawings and the detailed description made with reference to these drawings and therefore the evaluation shall be made by taking these figures and the detailed description into consideration.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the inventive adjusting clip (10) which is attached on the movable stroke of the gas piston used for tilting the backrests of the vehicle seats is described only for clarifying the subject matter in a manner such that no limiting effect is created.
The adjusting clip (10) that is shown in Figure-1 enables the seat backrest to be tilted at any required angle by means of forming a thickness between the piston body and the mechanism at the end of the same by fitting it to the piston stroke, with a number and thickness for adjusting the tilting angle. Said adjusting clip (10) consists of male clip (20) and female clip (30) entering the gas piston stroke. There are pins (21 ) on said male clip (20) in the form which will fit into the slots (31 ) formed in the female clip (30). When said pins (21 ) are fitted into the slots (31 ), the male clip (20) is engaged with the female clip (30) and thus these two parts are integrated.
When said adjusting clip (10) is being attached, first of all the male clip (20) and the female clip (30) are fitted into the gas piston stroke. Then said male clip (20) and female clip (30) are engaged such that pins (21 ) are fitted into the slots (31 ). A single structure is obtained in order to adjust the backrest angle at a desired angle by means of this engagement process of the male clip (20) and the female clip (30). It is provided to close the mouth of the adjusting clip (10) attached to the gas piston stroke due to the fact that it consists of two parts that can be integral and thus the dislocation and removal of the adjusting clip (10) is prevented and it is enabled to withstand more force.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, by fitting a plurality of male clip (20) and female clip (30) into the gas piston stroke, the backrest is enabled to be tilted at a desired degree and thus the backrest angle is adjusted to the required degree.
One of the adjusting clips (10) shown in Figure-2, namely the female (30) or male clips (20), is kept at a stable width, the other clip that is fitted therein can be made wider or narrower and thus the tilting is provided at the desired backrest angle. Therefore, for each width, one of the male clip (20) or the female clip (10) is kept fixed and both the mould cost is decreased and instead of many different dimensioned clips, fewer clips are required where the other side clip width is changed which only fits to the clip with same width on one side. Therefore, the aspects that will lead to both financial and dimensional confusion are reduced.

Claims

1. An adjusting clip (10) which is attached on the movable stroke of the gas piston used to tilt the backrests of the vehicle seats at a desired angle, characterized in that; it comprises male clip (20) and female clip (30) entering the gas piston stroke.
2. Adjusting clip (10) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises pin (21 ) which is located on the male clip (20) and enables to integrate the male clip (20) and female clip (30) by fitting into the slots (31 ).
3. Adjusting clip (10) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises slot (31 ) which is located on the female clip (30) and into which the pins (21 ) on the male clip (20) are fitted.
