当今社会,对讲机广泛应用于国民经济各个领域,已成为国家安全、公安警察、交通管理、石油化工、建筑施工、机械制造、物业保安等部门重要的无线通信装备。但是,现有对讲机的机身都比较大,不方便随身携带,同时具有噪音大、音质不清晰、语音传递慢、有延迟和待机时间短等缺陷,穿戴不便,限制了对讲机的应用范围,不适合推广使用。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种穿戴式对讲机,缩小体积,提升音质清晰效果、穿戴便利性和待机时间。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种穿戴式对讲机,包括:信号接收端、天线、功能连接线、电源以及控制模块,所述功能连接线分别连接在信号接收端与控制模块之间,所述控制模块包括主板以及控制电路板,所述控制电路板设置在主板上或者控制电路板与主板分体并通过功能连接线相连接,所述天线埋设在功能连接线中,且天线的端部与主板相连接,所述电源与主板相连接进行供电。

如图1~图6所示的穿戴式对讲机,包括:信号接收端1、天线、功能连接线2、电源4以及控制模块,功能连接线2分别连接在信号接收端1与控制模块之间,进行电力及信号传输。控制模块包括主板以及控制电路板,控制电路 板设置在主板上或者控制电路板与主板分体并通过功能连接线2相连接,以适应不用款式的穿戴式对讲机使用要求。
天线埋设在功能连接线2中进行隐藏,确保一定的长度,增加信号收发能力。天线可以采用铜片制成的FDC天线,随功能连接线2的弯曲而弯曲,实现体积的紧凑化,而且有效提升天线的长度,延长通信距离。

休眠键36按下后可以拒绝收听任何语音,保持静音,再按一下休眠键36就可以恢复收听,使用灵活;
PTT键按下后进行话筒37的激活,进行声音信号的采集和发送,操作简便;
音量调节器34可以进行音量的多级可调,适应外界环境噪音;
频率调节器33,进行信号频率的调节,实现多个对讲机的通讯。
信号接收端1可以采用外置式扬声器或者内置式扬声器,采用内置式扬声器时,可以在内置式扬声器外部安装降噪耳塞,提升降噪效果。降噪耳塞可以 采用入耳式结构,方便固定在人体耳部,佩戴自然而舒适,有效进行降噪,提升音质,降低噪音对耳朵的伤害,再通过功能连接线2挂在脖子上,穿戴方便,减少脱落问题。
实施例1:
如图1所示,在本实施例中,信号接收端1的数量为一个,且采用内置式扬声器,控制电路板安装在第一壳体3中,可以与主板31采用一体式结构,使得结构更加紧凑,电源也固定在第一壳体3中,此时体积最为紧凑,自重轻,通过信号接收端1挂耳即可,穿戴方便,电源通过第一壳体3一侧的充电接口39进行充电连接,充电接口39采用标准USB充电接口,满足专业充电器、电脑、充电宝、车载充电器等多种充电方式,适用范围广泛。
实施例2:
如图2所示,在实施例1的基础上,采用两个信号接收端1,可以同时进行左耳和右耳的穿戴,提升稳定性和音质的效果,使得语音接收更加清晰。

如图3所示,为了进行重量的平衡,并提升电源的容量,在实施例2的基础上,将电源4移出第一壳体3,单独设置在功能连接线2上,使得两侧的重量趋于平衡,还有利于增加电源的容量,提升待机时间;

在本实施例中,挂脖连接件6采用柔性材料所制成的弧形结构,比如采用U形金属丝(弹片)外包胶套的结构组成挂脖连接件6,外扩开口后挂在使用者的脖子上,弹性复位而减少脱落问题。
工作原理:
控制芯片35通过模数转换器将来自话筒37的语音转换为数字信号,内置数字信号处理器将数字信号进行处理编码,编好码的信号将被调制,数模转换器将已调制的信号模拟化并将其给射频发射器通过天线发射;
射频接收器通过天线收到模拟信号,利用数字信号处理器的模数转换器数字化,数字信号处理器的软件将信号进行处理,解调和解码,数模转换器将其模拟化并将其给信号接收端1,可以进行一对一,一对多和多对多通话,音质清晰,语音传递快,无延迟。

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的穿戴式对讲机,其特征在于,还包括第一壳体,所述主板设置在第一壳体中,所述第一壳体上设置有与主板相连接的电源开关。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的穿戴式对讲机,其特征在于,所述控制电路板设置在第一壳体中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的穿戴式对讲机,其特征在于,所述电源设置在第一壳体中或者功能连接线上。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的穿戴式对讲机,其特征在于,所述电源包括固定电源和可拆卸式电源,所述固定电源设置在第一壳体中,所述可拆卸式电源设置在功能连接线上为主板供电的同时为固定电源充电,所述可拆卸式电源包括 电池仓及电池仓内的电池。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的穿戴式对讲机,其特征在于,还包括第二壳体和挂脖连接件,所述控制电路板设置在第二壳体中,所述挂脖连接件连接在第一壳体与电源之间,所述挂脖连接件采用柔性材料所制成的弧形结构。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的穿戴式对讲机,其特征在于,所述天线采用柔性天线,且埋设在护套中。
