与现有技术相比,本发明提供的自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机至少具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明整合了超声波技术和自动化控制,在保证刷毛清洗彻底和轻柔的前提下,具备一个能同时固定6-12支化妆刷的化妆刷固定架,并且固定牢靠,方便装卸,用户体验良好,实现了批量化清洗,可以大幅缩短清洗时间,解决了传统化妆刷清洗费时费力的痛点,将推动化妆刷的清洗从人工手洗时代跨越到机器清洗时代。
2、本发明由于解决了清洗化妆刷费时费力的痛点,大幅降低了用户定期清洗化妆刷的门槛,保证了刷毛卫生,有助保证化妆效果,同时减少皮肤健康问题。
3、本发明可以使得化妆刷得到定期、高效的清洗,延长了化妆刷的使用周期,避免用户过早丢弃,更换化妆刷,不仅节约额外开支,对保护环境,节能减排也有积极意义。
本发明还提供了一种自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机,包括棘轮机构,所述棘轮机构包括从上至下依次设置的固定架、转轴、清洗池和底座组成的清洗机主体,所述清洗池内部设有超声波模块,所述转轴包括圆柱体,其特征在于:所述圆柱体内部固定连接有电机,所述圆柱体内部还设有棘齿组件,且所述棘齿组件安装在所述电机上并与带有化妆刷夹具的固定架传动连接。
在一个实施例中,所述棘齿组件包括棘轮、棘爪、盖板及固定座,所述固定座安装在所述电机上;所述盖板装配在所述固定座的敞口处,并将所述棘爪固定在所述固定座的内部;所述棘轮与所述电机的输出轴紧固连接,且所述棘轮的一端伸入至所述固定座内部,并与所述固定座的内部的所述棘爪接触。
在一个实施例中,所述棘爪放入两端设有插轴,所述插轴穿过所述盖板以及设置在所述固定座上的通孔,并固定在设置在所述固定座上的放置槽内。
在一个实施例中,所述放置槽内设有弹性件,所述弹性件与所述棘爪相抵设置。
在一个实施例中,所述弹性件为弹簧。
在一个实施例中,所述棘轮与所述电机的输出轴同轴心设置。
在一个实施例中,所述棘轮上设有与所述固定架上设置的化妆刷夹具相同数量的棘轮齿,且所述棘轮齿的位置与所述化妆刷夹具的位置相匹配。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的用于化妆刷清洗机的棘轮机构至少具有如下的有益效果:通过棘齿组件的作用,使固定架在每次转动时能够选择性地精准控制化妆刷夹具转动的位置,能够使化妆刷的位置锁定在超声模块上方,从而提高清洗效率和超声波的利用率,并且保证电机能够满足甩干时的高转速要求。

图1示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机,包括化妆刷固定架100、转轴200、清洗池300和底座400,清洗池300设置在底座400的顶部,转轴200设置在清洗池300的顶部,化妆刷固定架100设置在转轴200的顶部。
请参阅图1-8,化妆刷固定架100包括六个夹子102,六个夹子102之间通过圆管105固定连接,每个夹子102可以固定一支粗杆化妆刷或两支细杆化妆刷,圆管105的顶部设置有 提手101,夹子102的内侧设置有两片硅胶片103,通过设置硅胶片103,用来提高夹子102与化妆刷的刷杆之间的摩擦系数,圆管105的底部设置有第一磁铁104,圆管105上方的提手101和下方的第一磁铁104通过螺丝和整个夹子102部分固定在一起,为了更好地包围和固定化妆刷的圆形刷杆,夹子102呈现弧面,而且夹子102端点处呈现交叉契合形状,可以牢固地固定不同粗细的化妆刷。当夹子102闭合时,如图3和图4所示,夹子102的包围部分的空间可以大幅降低,适合固定细杆化妆刷;当夹子102完全张开时,如图5和图6所示,夹子102包围部分的空间又可以大幅增加,适合固定粗杆化妆刷,此设计的优势还在于,用户可以通过按压夹子102,十分简洁便利地装卸化妆刷,如图7所示。另一个优势是此设计可以固定双头化妆刷,即刷杆两端都有刷毛的化妆刷,且无需将一端的刷毛塞入一个凹槽中固定,以避免损坏刷毛,这是其他化妆刷清洗设备所不具有的。
请参阅图1-8,转轴200包括圆柱体204,圆柱体204的内部固定连接有电机203,电机203的转子上套设有轴套202,轴套202的顶部设置有与第一磁铁104配合使用的第二磁铁201,第一磁铁104和第二磁铁201之间磁性连接,此外,可用一块圆片粘贴在螺丝上方用来遮盖下方的螺丝和磁铁,如此一来,化妆刷固定架100可以在重力和磁力的作用下,固定在转轴200上,实现清洗和甩干功能;当清洗和甩干完成后,可以通过提手101将化妆刷固定架100提起,转移到另外一个配套的支架701和底板702上,在自然通风处继续晾至完全干燥如图8。
请参阅图1-2,清洗池300包括第一外壳301,第一外壳301的直径从下往上逐渐缩小,并且最上方略微下凹,防止清洗时溅水。清洗池300的底部开设有圆孔302,圆孔302的内部从上至下依次设置有不锈钢片304、玻璃纤维305和超声波换能片306。不锈钢片304通过硅胶圈303和周围的螺丝紧密固定在圆孔302上,达到防水要求。超声波换能片306在超声波驱动电路板的驱动下,产生高频振动,通过空化作用在清洗池300中的水中产生大量微小气泡。这些小气泡能够深入刷毛上和刷毛之间的微小缝隙,气泡爆破时产生的局部高温和高压可以有效清洁微小颗粒,从而高效彻底地清洗化妆刷的刷毛,且不会损坏刷毛。相对于人工清洗时需要反复摩擦刷毛和硅胶垫的方式,本发明中的超声波清洗效率更高、效果更好。清洗池300底部的左侧开设有下水口307,下水口307的底部固定安装有电磁水阀308。
请参阅图1-2,底座400包括第二外壳401,第二外壳401的顶部与第一外壳301的底部卡接,第二外壳401的前侧固定安装有触摸面板402,第二外壳401右侧的底部开设有通风口403。底座400底部的四角处均固定连接有硅胶防滑垫404,底座400内壁的底部设置有水箱405,当清洗完成后,电磁水阀308自动打开,水从清洗池300,经过水管和电磁水阀308流入水箱405中。然后电机203带动化妆刷固定架100做高速旋转运动,实现脱水功能。当 清洗和脱水完成后,可以将水箱405抽出,倒出污水。或者,可将连接电磁水阀308的水管放入厨房和洗手间的水槽中,当清洗完成,水阀打开后,污水便可直接排入水槽。由此去除了内置的污水槽,大幅缩减了底座400的体积,从而降低了产品成本,也更加便于用户储存该清洗机。
使用时,往清洗池300中加入清水和少量清洁剂,然后将化妆刷安装在化妆刷固定架100上,然后点击触摸面板402上的按钮进入自动化的清洗流程:超声波模块运作,同时电机203带动化妆刷固定架100做间断式的单向旋转运动,以执行清洗;当清洗结束后,超声波模块和电机203停止工作,电磁水阀308打开,将污水排入水箱405中;然后电机203再次启动,化妆刷固定架100作持续旋转运动,已执行化妆刷的脱水。至此整个清洗流程结束,如需漂洗时,可向清洗池300中加入清水,再重复以上步骤即可。漂洗结束后,将化妆刷固定架100拿出,插入在晾架上,放置在在自然通风处,以进一步晾干残留的水分。
图9-14示出了根据本发明的一个实施例的化妆刷清洗机的棘轮机构,包括由从上至下依次装配连接的固定架501、转轴502、清洗池503和底座504组成的清洗机主体,清洗池503内部设有超声波模块511,转轴502包括圆柱体,圆柱体内部固定连接有电机505,圆柱体内部还设有棘齿组件600,且该棘齿组件600安装在电机505上并与带有化妆刷夹具的固定架501传动连接,棘齿组件600包括棘轮601、棘爪602、盖板603及固定座604,固定座604安装在电机505上;盖板603装配在固定座604敞口处,并将棘爪602固定在固定座604内部;棘轮601与电机505的输出轴紧固连接,且其一端伸入至固定座604内部,并与固定座604内部的棘爪602接触,棘轮601在顺时针转动时会压挤棘爪602,而当棘轮601逆时针转动时棘轮601会被棘爪602锁止,从而使固定座604上其中一个化妆刷夹具精准定位在超声波模块上方,达到深度高效清洗的目地,棘爪602两端设有插轴607,该插轴607穿过盖板603以及固定座604设置的通孔,并固定在固定座604设置的放置槽608内,使棘爪602在有效的活动范围内能够保证对棘轮601起到锁止的作用,放置槽608内设有弹性件609,该弹性件609与棘爪602相抵设置,通过弹性件609的形变作用力使棘轮601与棘爪602锁止配合,进一步的,棘轮601上设有与固定架501上设置的化妆刷夹具相同数量的棘轮齿610,且该棘轮齿610与化妆刷夹具位置相匹配。
工作时,电机505提供动力使棘轮组件600及固定架501同时转动,当顺时针旋转时,棘轮601的棘轮齿610与棘爪602接触并对棘爪602进行挤压,而固定架501上的化妆刷夹具带着化妆刷在清洗池内运动,从而让水流冲刷化妆刷的刷毛完成初步清洗,当逆时针旋转时,棘爪602受到弹性件609的形变作用力向外推出并与棘轮601的棘轮齿610卡合,起到锁止固定架501的效果,从而使固定架501上的化妆刷夹具被锁定在清洗池的超声波模块正 上方,从而对化妆刷夹具上的化妆刷进行持续深度清洗,深度清洗完成后以低功率短时间顺时针转动,然后立即逆时针转动,此时使另外带有化妆刷的化妆刷夹具锁止在超声波模块上方并对其进行深度清洗,重复步骤从而达到深度清洗每把化妆刷的效果,最后通过电机带动固定架高速顺时针转动,完成刷毛的甩干脱水。
在本实施例中,弹性件609为弹簧。
在本实施例中,棘轮601与电机505的输出轴同轴心设置。
本实用新型实施方式中在圆柱体内部固定连接的电机505上安装有棘齿组件600,并且该棘齿组件600与固定架501传动连接,从而通过棘齿组件600的作用,使固定架1在每次转动时能够选择性地精准控制化妆刷夹具转动的位置,能够使化妆刷的位置锁定在超声模块上方,从而提高清洗效率和超声波的利用率,并且保证电机能够满足甩干时的高转速要求。以上显示和描述了本发明的基本原理和主要特征和本发明的优点,对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机,包括化妆刷固定架(100)、转轴(200)、清洗池(300)和底座(400),其特征在于:所述清洗池(300)设置在底座(400)的顶部,所述转轴(200)设置在清洗池(300)的顶部,所述化妆刷固定架(100)设置在所述转轴(200)的顶部;
    所述化妆刷固定架(100)包括六个夹子(102),所述六个夹子(102)固定在圆管(105)上,并通过所述圆管(105)连接在一起,所述圆管(105)的底部设置有第一磁铁(104);
    所述转轴(200)包括圆柱体(204),所述圆柱体(204)的内部固定连接有电机(203),所述电机(203)的转子上套设有轴套(202),所述轴套(202)的顶部设置有与第一磁铁(104)配合使用的第二磁铁(201),所述第一磁铁(104)和第二磁铁(201)之间磁性连接;
    所述清洗池(300)包括第一外壳(301),所述清洗池(300)的底部开设有圆孔(302),所述圆孔(302)的内部从上至下依次设置有不锈钢片(304)、玻璃纤维(305)和超声波换能片(306),所述不锈钢片(304)通过硅胶圈(303)和周围的螺丝紧密固定在圆孔(302)上,所述清洗池(300)底部开设有下水口(307);
    所述底座(400)包括第二外壳(401),所述第二外壳(401)的顶部与第一外壳(301)的底部卡接,所述第二外壳(401)的前侧固定安装有触摸面板(402),所述第二外壳(401)右侧的底部开设有通风口(403)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机,其特征在于:每个所述夹子(102)的内侧设置有两片硅胶片(103)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机,其特征在于:所述夹子(102)呈现弧面状,而且所述夹子(102)的端点处呈现交叉契合形状。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机,其特征在于:所述圆管(105)和所述第一磁铁(104)之间通过螺丝固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机,其特征在于:所述轴套(202)与第二磁铁(201)之间通过螺丝固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机,其特征在于:所述第一外壳(301)的直径从下往上逐渐缩小,并且最上方略微下凹。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维(305)与不锈钢片(304)之间通过胶水粘接,所述超声波换能片(306)和玻璃纤维(305)之间通过胶水粘接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机,其特征在于:所述化妆刷固定架(100)还包括提手(101),所述提手(101)设置在所述圆管(105)的顶部。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机,其特征在于:所述下水口设置在所述清洗池(300)底部的左侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机,其特征在于:所述下水口(307)的底部固定安装有电磁水阀(308)。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机,其特征在于:所述底座(400)底部的四角处均固定连接有硅胶防滑垫(404)。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机,其特征在于:所述底座(400)内壁的底部设置有水箱(405)。
  13. 一种自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机,包括棘轮机构,所述棘轮机构包括从上至下依次设置的固定架(501)、转轴(502)、清洗池(503)和底座(504)组成的清洗机主体,所述清洗池(503)内部设有超声波模块(511),所述转轴(502)包括圆柱体,其特征在于:所述圆柱体内部固定连接有电机(505),所述圆柱体内部还设有棘齿组件(600),且所述棘齿组件(600)安装在所述电机(505)上并与带有化妆刷夹具的固定架(501)传动连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机,其特征在于:所述棘齿组件(600)包括棘轮(601)、棘爪(602)、盖板(603)及固定座(604),所述固定座(604)安装在所述电机(505)上;所述盖板(603)装配在所述固定座(604)的敞口处,并将所述棘爪(602)固定在所述固定座(604)的内部;所述棘轮(601)与所述电机(505)的输出轴紧固连接,且所述棘轮(601)的一端伸入至所述固定座(604)内部,并与所述固定座(604)的内部的所述棘爪(602)接触。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机,其特征在于:所述棘爪(602)放入两端设有插轴(607),所述插轴(607)穿过所述盖板(603)以及设置在所述固定座(604)上的通孔,并固定在设置在所述固定座(604)上的放置槽(608)内。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机,其特征在于:所述放置槽(608)内设有弹性件(609),所述弹性件(609)与所述棘爪(602)相抵设置。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机,其特征在于:所述弹性件(609)为弹簧。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机,其特征在于:所述棘轮(601)与所述电机(505)的输出轴同轴心设置。
  19. 根据权利要求13所述的自动化超声波化妆刷清洗机,其特征在于:所述棘轮(601)上设有与所述固定架(501)上设置的化妆刷夹具相同数量的棘轮齿(610),且所述棘轮齿(610)的位置与所述化妆刷夹具的位置相匹配。
