并且,第一插接部112与第二插接部113位于本体111的两端,连接部120也设置于金属片110的端部,即设置于靠近第一插接部112的端部。并且安装座130设置有括通孔133,第一插接部112穿过通孔133,进而使得第一插接部112与第二插接部113的自由端位于安装座130的两侧。通过该设置方式,能够使得在主板、电源接头以及通讯模块设置于不同位置时,也能够实现对于三者通过金属片110进行电连接,进而是的主板、电源接头以及通讯模块之间互不影响。当然地,在其它的一些实施例中,当需要将更多或更少的电路模块通过金属片110进行连接时,插接部也可以为其它数值,例如仅设置一个插接部,或设置3个插接部,本申请对此并不做任何限定。
作为本实施例一种可选的实现方式,金属片110的本体111设置为长条形,并且,为了方便第一插接部112与通讯模块连接,同时便于第二插接部113与电源模块连接,在本实施例中,金属片110还包括第一延伸部116与第二延伸部117,第一延伸部116分别与本体111、第一插接部112连接,第二延伸部117分别与本体111、第二插接部113连接。其中,第一延伸部116与第二延伸部117均沿本体111的同一侧延伸,进而使得第一插接部112与 本体111之间,第二插接部113与本体111之间均存在一定距离,更容易实现插接部与电路模块之间的插接。
进一步地,为了插接更加稳定,本实施例中,金属片110还包括第一弹性部114与第二弹性部115,第一弹性部114分别与本体111、第一插接部112连接,第二弹性部115分别与本体111、第二插接部113连接。即本体111与第一延伸部116、第一弹性部114以及第一插接部112连接且一体成型,且本体111与第二延伸部117、第二弹性部115以及第二插接部113连接且一体成型,进而使得安装更加稳定。
作为本实施例的一种实现方式,第一弹性部114与第二弹性部115均为弯折结构,通过弯折的结构,能够实现弹性的功能。同时,第一插接部112与第二插接部113均设置为顶针结构,通过顶针的结构,能够更加方便的实现第一插接部112、第二插接部113与电路模块之间的插接。
进一步地,连接部120上设置有安装孔,在安装过程中,能够通过螺钉等元件插入安装孔并实现固定。同时,金属片110还包括弯折部121,弯折部121与连接部120连接,且当金属片110安装于安装座130时,弯折部121与安装座130抵持。通过设置弯折部121,一方面,能够实现在将金属片110安装于安装座130时,弯折部121与安装座130之间形成一定的抵持作用,进而实现金属片110的固定。另一方面,在本实施例中,通过弯折部121,使本体111与连接部120处于不同平面,因此其能够实现安装更加方便的效果。
其中,安装座130包括底板131与侧板132,侧板132设置于底板131的端部,且侧板132与底板131之间垂直设置,且上述的通孔133安装于底板131,进一步地,在侧板132上设置有安装槽,当金属片110安装于安装座130时,金属片110的本体111卡持于安装槽内,从而实现对金属片110本体111的限位,使本体111无法左右运动。并且,当金属片110安装于安装座130后,弯折部121与侧板132之间实现抵持。
并且,为了实现金属片110的固定,金属片110还包括限位块,安装座130包括卡接部,当金属片110安装于安装座130时,金属片110与卡接部连接,且限位块与卡接部抵持。
作为本申请的一种实现方式,限位块设置于本体111的中间位置,且限位块包括第一限位块118与第二限位块119。第一限位块118与第二限位块119相对设置,且第一限位块118与第二限位块119分别设置与本体111的两侧。请参阅图4,且卡接部包括第一卡接部134与第二卡接部135,第一卡接部134与第二卡接部135也相对设置,且第一卡接部134的端部设置有第一抵持部136,以在第一卡接部134的端部形成第一卡接槽;第二卡接部135的端部设置有第二抵持部137,以在第二卡接部135的端部形成第二卡接槽;;
当金属片110安装于安装座130时,第一限位块118安装于第一卡接槽内且与第一抵持部136相抵持,第二限位块119安装于第二卡接槽内且与第二抵持部137相抵持。
在将金属片110安装于安装座130时,实际仅需三个步骤:
第一步,请参阅图5,下压金属弹片至基座侧板132安装槽138内,即在该步骤后,第一插接部112插入通孔133内,金属片110的本体111的中间位置安装于第一卡接部134与第二卡接部135之间,同时本体111的靠近端部的位置还安装于侧板132的安装槽138内。
第二步,推动金属片110,直至金属片110与安装座130之间抵持,其中,推动金属片110的方向为从连接部120的方向朝向第一插接部112的方向。且安装完成后的安装组件的结构示意图请参阅图1。
在拖动金属运动后,弯折部121与安装座130的侧板132之间抵持,且第一限位块118推入第一卡接槽内,第二限位块119推入第二卡接槽内,且第一插接部112也沿通孔133内滑动,进而由于第一限位块118与第二限位块119与卡接部抵接。即安装座130的卡接部对金属片110的限位块进行上限位和左限位,侧板132上的安装槽对金属片110进行侧限位和下限位,实现了连接精度高,不易松脱的效果。
第三部,连接固定连接部120。即通过螺钉等元件固定金属片110。
在完成安装后,第一弹性部114与第二弹性部115提供弹性回复力,使第一插接部112、第二插接部113在与电路模块连接时,达到充分抵接的效果,连接牢固可靠性。
同时,本申请提供的第一插接部112与第二插接部113课安装于同一延伸部上,本申请对此并不做任何限定。
第二实施例
本发明实施例还提供了一种电子设备,该电子设备包括第一实施例所述的安装组件100。作为本申请的一种实现方式,该电子设备可以为电能表。
综上,本发明实施例提供了一种安装组件与电子设备,该电子设备还包括电路模块,安装组件包括金属片与安装座,金属片设置有插接部,当金属片安装于安装座时,插接部用于与电路模块插接。一方面,通过设置金属片,能够实现在将金属片安装于安装座后,金属片直接与电路模块之间实现电连接,进而使得电路模块之间通过金属片实现电连接,无需再通过导线进行连接,连接更加方便且无需考虑布线。另一方面,由于金属片与电路模块之间进行插接,因此在将金属片与电路模块之间连接时更加方便,且连接更加稳固。
虽然本发明披露如上,但本发明并非限定于此。任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与修改,因此本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种安装组件,其特征在于,所述安装组件应用于电子设备,所述电子设备包括电路模块,所述安装组件包括金属片与安装座,所述金属片设置有插接部,当所述金属片安装于所述安装座时,所述插接部与所述电路模块插接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述插接部包括第一插接部与第二插接部,所述金属片还包括本体,所述第一插接部与所述第二插接部位于所述本体的两端,所述安装座包括通孔,所述第一插接部穿过所述通孔,以使所述第一插接部与所述第二插接部的自由端位于所述安装座的两侧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述金属片还包括第一弹性部与第二弹性部,所述第一弹性部分别与所述本体、所述第一插接部连接,所述第二弹性部分别与所述本体、所述第二插接部连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述金属片还包括第一延伸部与第二延伸部,所述第一延伸部分别与所述本体、所述第一插接部连接,所述第二延伸部分别与所述本体、所述第二插接部连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述金属片包括限位块,所述安装座包括卡接部,当所述金属片安装于所述安装座时,所述金属片与所述卡接部连接,且所述限位块与所述卡接部抵持。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述卡接部包括第一卡接部与第二卡接部,所述第一卡接部与所述第二卡接部相对设置,且所述第一卡接部的端部设置有第一抵持部,以在所述第一卡接部的端部形成第一卡接槽;所述第二卡接部的端部设置有第二抵持部,以在所述第二卡接部的端部形成第二卡接槽;所述限位块包括第一限位块与第二限位块;
    当所述金属片安装于所述安装座时,所述第一限位块安装于所述第一卡接槽内且与所述第一抵持部相抵持,所述第二限位块安装于所述第二卡接槽内且与所述第二抵持部相抵持。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述安装座包括侧板,所述侧板上设置有安装槽,当所述金属片安装于所述安装座时,所述金属片卡持于所述安装槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述金属片还包括连接部,所述连接部设置于所述金属片的端部,且所述连接部上设置有安装孔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的安装组件,其特征在于,所述金属片还包括弯折部,所述弯折部与所述连接部连接,且当所述金属片安装于所述安装座时,所述弯折部与所述安装座抵持。
  10. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括如权利要求1至9任意一项所述的安装组件。
