请一并参阅图1至图8,现对本申请提供的吸顶灯进行说明。所述吸顶灯,包括灯盘1、设于灯盘1上的照明组件2和设于灯盘1前侧的灯罩3,灯盘1上设有与灯盘1一体成型的内固定件4、向后贯穿内固定件4且用于与电接头5的旋接槽6卡接的导电卡扣组件7、套装于内固定件4外周且与内固定件4连接的外固定件8及贯穿内固定件4和外固定件8设置且用于锁定导电卡扣组件7和旋接槽6的手动锁定机构9,内固定件4和外固定件5均为透明构件,导电卡扣组件7通过导线与照明组件2导电连接,导电卡扣组件7还用于与电接头5内的导电触点导电连接。
本申请提供的吸顶灯,与现有技术相比,通过内固定件4和外固定件8配合形成一个安装结构,导电卡扣组件7和手动锁定机构9均设于该安装结构上,在安装的时候,灯盘1通过导电卡扣组件7与旋接槽6的旋转卡接,卡接到位后导电卡扣组件7可与电接头5内的导电触点导电连接,能同时实现灯盘1的安装和照明组件2的接电,简化安装步骤;另外,通过将内固定件4与灯盘1一体化设置,在组装灯具的时候,无需再另外安装内固定件1,进一步简化安装步骤;同时,由于设置了手动锁定机构9,其能与旋接槽6插接,进而能在卡接到位后防止灯盘1转动,最终防止灯具从电接头5上脱落,提高灯具安装的可靠性;并且,由于内固定件4和外固定件8均设置为透明件,在灯盘1与电接头5的组装过程均在可视的条件下进行,方便操作人员进行定位,提高组装效率。
请参阅图2,作为本申请提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,灯盘1内周面上设有旋转卡扣,灯罩3的外壁上设有用于与旋转卡扣配合的卡接凸起,将灯罩3插入灯盘1内后再旋转灯罩3,就能使卡接凸起卡入旋转卡扣内,进而完成灯罩3与灯盘1的组装,结构简单,组装方便。
作为本申请提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,内固定件4和灯盘1通过二次包胶一体成型;或者,内固定件4和灯盘1通过超声波熔接一体成型。这两种生产工艺生产成本较低,一体成型后连接位置结构强度较高。
请参阅图2至图4、图6及图8,作为本申请提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,内固定件4包括内固定板401、设于内固定板401上且用于使导电卡扣组件7贯穿的卡扣过孔402及设于内固定板401上且用于使手动锁定机构9穿过的第一锁定过孔403;外固定件8包括外固定板801、设于外固定板801外周且用于与内固定板401连接的外固定板连接结构802及设于外固定板801上且与第一锁定过孔403对应的第二锁定过孔803。
内固定件4和外固定件8均为板状构件,占用灯具内部空间小,且内固定板401外周与灯盘1一体成型,连接结构简单,占用灯具内部空间也比较小,灯具内部空间利用更加合理,有利于使灯具设计的更加轻薄。外固定板801与内固定板401组装后,第一锁定过孔403和第二锁定过孔803对应起来形成通道结构,能使手动锁定机构在该通道结构内移动,达到锁定或解锁的目的。
请参阅图2至图8,作为本申请提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,手动锁定机构9包括穿设于第二锁定过孔803内的连接柱901、设于连接柱901后端且穿设于第一锁定过孔403内的锁止头902、套设于连接柱901前端且与连接柱901转动配合的把手903、设于第二锁定过孔803前侧外周且用于使把手903在旋转过程中沿前后方向移动的导向台904、设于连接柱901上且位于锁止头902前侧的限位凸台905及套设于连接柱901外周且分别与限位凸台905和外固定板801抵接的弹性复位件906,限位凸台905的后侧面用于与内固定板401的前侧面接触。
在未组装的状态下,把手903位于导向台904的上的初始位置(使把手903位于最前方的位置),此时锁止头902处于回缩的位置,不凸出于内固定板401的后板面;旋接槽6为“P”形槽,即一段较窄(H槽),一段较宽(P槽),在组装过程中,先使导电卡扣组件7的接头部分伸入旋接槽6的P槽之内,随后开始旋转灯盘1,带动导电卡扣组件7的接头部分分别向旋接槽6的H槽靠近,旋转到位后,导电卡扣组件7卡住旋接槽6的H槽,手动旋拧把手903,在旋拧过程中把手903相对连接柱901发生转动,同时把手903会在导向台904的导向下向后移动,由于连接柱901外周设有弹性复位件906,在其弹性力作用下会推动锁止头902上升,直至锁止头902伸入到旋接槽6的P槽中且限位凸台905的后侧面与内固定板401的前侧面接触为止,此时完成锁定。
当需要解锁的时候,逆向旋拧把手903,把手903会在导向台904的导向下向前移动,同时通过连接柱901带动锁止头902向前移动,直至锁止头902完全脱离旋接槽6的P槽,再逆向旋转灯盘1,使导电卡扣组件7的接头部分移动到旋接槽6的P槽中,即可使灯盘1与电接头5分离。
另外,当锁止头902处于伸出状态的时候也可进行灯盘1的组装,过程为:将导电卡扣组件7的接头部分伸入旋接槽6进行旋转卡接的过程中,锁止头902的第二导向斜面9023受到电接头5边缘的挤压9023,使锁止头902回缩,并贴合电接头5的前侧面滑动,进而可以完成导电卡扣组件7的卡接;在导电卡扣组件7卡接到位后,锁止头902在弹性复位件906弹性力的作用下自动回弹至旋接槽6中,完成锁定。
该锁定机构通过手动控制进行锁定或解锁,方便操作人员根据实际卡接情况选择进行锁定或解锁,使用灵活性强;且由于手动锁定机构9整体呈条状,占用空间小,结构更加紧凑。
具体地,作为本申请提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,弹性复位件906为压簧。
请参阅图3至图8,作为本申请提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,导向台904为弧形导向台,且具有环绕第二锁定过孔803中轴对称设置的两个;导向台904前侧依次设有第一导向斜面907、位于第一导向斜面907前侧且与第一导向斜面907平滑过渡的定位面908及向前凸出于定位面908的旋转限位凸起909;把手903包括与连接柱901转动配合的把手套环9031及对称设于把手套环9031两侧且前端用于与导向台904接触配合的挡柱9032。
两个导向台904间隔设置,当挡柱9032位于两个导向台904之间的间隙中的时候,锁止头902为伸出状态,插入旋接槽6中;随着把手套环9031旋转,挡柱9032首先沿着第一导向斜面907逐渐向前滑动,直至滑动到定位面908上时恢复到初始状态,锁止头902脱离旋接槽6。旋转限位凸起909能对挡柱9032起到限位作用,防止挡柱9032过度旋转脱离定位面908。
请参阅图2至图4、图6至图8,作为本申请提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,把手套环9031的前端还设有向外凸出于把手套环9031前端边缘的抓握凸起,方便操作人员抓握施力。
请参阅图2至图4、图6至图8,作为本申请提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,锁止头902包括前连接柱体9021及位于前连接柱体9021后侧的后连接柱体9022,前连接柱体9021和后连接柱体9022分别为多边形棱柱体,且后连接柱体9022的外径小于前连接柱体9021的外径,第一锁定过孔403为多边形棱柱阶梯孔。前连接柱体9021和后连接柱体9022在第一锁定过孔403内不能发生转动,仅能沿前后方向移动,保证锁止头902插拔动作的可靠性。
请参阅图3、图6及图8,作为本申请提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,为方便锁止头902插入旋接槽6中,后连接柱体9022的后端设有第二导向斜面9023。
请参阅图3及图4,作为本申请提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,第一锁定过孔403前侧外周设有与限位凸台905外周面滑动配合的导向围板910。导向围板910在限位凸台905的径向上对限位凸台905起到限位作用,防止在锁止头902伸缩过程中发生摆动,使锁定及解锁动作更加流畅。
请参阅图3、图6和图7,作为本申请提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,第二锁定过孔803后侧外周设有定位筒11,导向围板910外侧设有套设于定位筒11外壁的定位挡板12。在外固定板801靠近内固定板401的过程中,定位筒11与定位挡板12贴平。
请参阅图2至图4、图6至图8,作为本申请提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,导电卡扣组件7包括多个对称设置的卡扣701,每个卡扣701的前端分别通过螺纹连接件与内固定件4可拆卸连接。
请参阅图1及图2,作为本申请提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,灯盘1上还设有用于容纳驱动器的驱动安装壳,为防止驱动安装壳及其他设置在灯盘1后侧的构件在组装过程中磕碰受损,灯盘1后侧设有弹性防护体,其在组装过程中可直接与墙体接触,避免直接磕碰灯具。
请参阅图1及图2,作为本申请提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,弹性防护体为海绵垫10。海绵垫10弹性好,对墙面损坏小,安装方便,使用成本低。

Claims (11)

  1. 吸顶灯,包括灯盘、设于所述灯盘上的照明组件和设于所述灯盘前侧的灯罩,其特征在于:所述灯盘上设有与所述灯盘一体成型的内固定件、向后贯穿所述内固定件且用于与电接头的旋接槽卡接的导电卡扣组件、套装于所述内固定件外周且与所述内固定件连接的外固定件及贯穿所述内固定件和所述外固定件设置且用于锁定所述导电卡扣组件和所述旋接槽的手动锁定机构,所述内固定件和所述外固定件均为透明构件,所述导电卡扣组件通过导线与所述照明组件导电连接,所述导电卡扣组件还用于与电接头内的导电触点导电连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述内固定件和所述灯盘通过二次包胶一体成型;或者,所述内固定件和所述灯盘通过超声波熔接一体成型。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述内固定件包括内固定板、设于所述内固定板上且用于使所述导电卡扣组件贯穿的卡扣过孔及设于所述内固定板上且用于使所述手动锁定机构穿过的第一锁定过孔;所述外固定件包括外固定板、设于所述外固定板外周且用于与所述内固定板连接的外固定板连接结构及设于所述外固定板上且与所述第一锁定过孔对应的第二锁定过孔。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述手动锁定机构包括穿设于第二锁定过孔内的连接柱、设于所述连接柱后端且穿设于第一锁定过孔内的锁止头、套设于所述连接柱前端且与所述连接柱转动配合的把手、设于所述第二锁定过孔前侧外周且用于使所述把手在旋转过程中沿前后方向移动的导向台、设于所述连接柱上且位于所述锁止头前侧的限位凸台及套设于所述连接柱外周且分别与所述限位凸台和所述外固定板抵接的弹性复位件,所述限位凸台的后侧面用于与所述内固定板的前侧面接触。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述导向台为弧形导向台,且具有环绕所述第二锁定过孔中轴对称设置的两个;所述导向台前侧依次设有第一导向斜面、位于所述第一导向斜面前侧且与所述第一导向斜面平滑过渡的定位面及向前凸出于所述定位面的旋转限位凸起;所述把手包括与所述连接柱转动配合的把手套环及对称设于所述把手套环两侧且前端用于与所述导向台接触配合的挡柱。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述锁止头包括前连接柱体及位于所述前连接柱体后侧的后连接柱体,所述前连接柱体和所述后连接柱体分别为多边形棱柱体,且所述后连接柱体的外径小于所述前连接柱体的外径,所述第一锁定过孔为多边形棱柱阶梯孔。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述后连接柱体的后端设有第二导向斜面。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述第一锁定过孔前侧外周设有与所述限位凸台外周面滑动配合的导向围板。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述导电卡扣组件包括多个对称设置的卡扣,每个所述卡扣的前端分别通过螺纹连接件与所述内固定件可拆卸连接。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述灯盘后侧设有弹性防护体。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述弹性防护体为海绵垫。
