Abstract
The invention relates to an advertisement and logo structure integrated to a conveyor system and a production method thereof which provides to produce the pallets used in conveyor systems that are conveyor belts in the airports for carrying luggage from recycled composite material and allows for using the same as a specific advertisement and logo area.
Description
ADVERTISEMENT STRUCTURE INTEGRATED TO A CONVEYOR SYSTEM AND A PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to an advertisement structure integrated to a conveyor system and a production method thereof which provides to produce the pallets used in conveyor systems that are conveyor belts from recycled composite material and allows for using the same as a specific advertisement area.
STATE OF THE ART
Baggage handling conveyors have been used in the air transportation sector for many years to distribute the lightweight baggage such as luggage or suitcases from warehouse section of the airport to the baggage delivery areas of the customers.
The easy logic and advantage of the application is to handle the baggage in a short period of time after the baggage is taken from the plane, by minimizing human labor with a minimum damage until it arrives at the delivery points to customers.
Besides the main conveyor bodies that perform the carrying function, there are conveyor pallets to which the luggage and suitcases directly contact, which performs the continuous carrying process on the surface, can be disassembled modularly in cassette forms, can be replaced when it wears off.
These transport conveyor pallets whose size, form and materials vary according to manufacturer companies were manufactured from rubber materials until now. Rubber material is expensive both in terms of raw material and in terms of product based due to difficult processing and thus it increases the operating costs of the user airport. Since it is difficult to color the rubber material and the colored
material is difficult to process, the conveyor pallet is manufactured by selecting the easiest color black and the easiest manufacturing method.
The conveyor transport pallets which are the complementary parts vary according to the production capabilities of the manufacturing companies in order to reduce the costs.
The materials used in the conveyor pallets can be as follows; stainless steel, rubber, polyurethane, carbon fiber etc.
Various rubber raw materials are used according to user demands and application types. In the optimization of product raw material option, price/marginal benefit, the users are informed, the processes were terminated in line with the decisions of the users.
As a second choice, when it is produced in a required color, while the product design is made, stickers that will give positive result for application in determined regions as final products are obtained by gluing, applying, pouring, painting and spraying with lamination method after the production.
In different regions of the world, the sticker (label) coating method that we have started to apply is applied and it is used as an advertisement material. Sticker coating method can only be possible in conveyor systems with pallet which are stainless steel. In the conveyor systems with rubber pallet, sticker (label) application is very difficult, even it is nearly impossible.
Normal standard stickers do not adhere onto the rubber surface or adhere onto the same very little. The solutions of the stickers to be adhered on the rubber surfaces must be very special solutions.
The stickers are required to be special stickers that are durable against friction, tearing since the solutions of the stickers to be used are very special and at the same time the application is a heavy application. When this selection is preferred,
it is not preferable since the label application costs and labor costs are above the advertisement return costs and it is difficult to be cleaned and removed after the application. Currently used rubber pallets are not recyclable products.
DEFINITION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an advertisement system integrated to a conveyor system and a production method thereof which is developed in order to eliminate the abovementioned disadvantages and to bring new advantages to the relevant technical field.
An aim of the invention is to produce the products from composite recycled material.
Another aim of the invention is to provide same lifetime with the economic life of rubber pallets instead of aging advertisement materials weekly or monthly as in the sticker application and to provide a long lifetime.
Another aim of the invention is to provide composite engineering plastics with recycling feature.
The pallets on the airport conveyors are sold by the foreign conveyor manufacturers as spare parts to the airport enterprises in our country at very high prices, the airport enterprises will be able to supply these pallets with lower costs as spare parts with the inventive product.
Another aim of the invention is to produce products by using the institutional colors and logos of the companies.
Another aim of the invention is to make the areas seen on the pallet products to be an advertisement visual.
Another aim of the invention is to allow for coloring the pallet surfaces properly and for applying the logo etc. of the companies thereon. Another aim of the invention is to provide economic benefit by making the standard conveyor pallets and transport conveyors that are dead spaces to become active advertisement areas with the new advertisement areas formed with the manufactured economic pallet products, by adding the advertisement investments to be received from the institutional foreign companies within the market cycle.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed description, the preferred alternatives of the inventive advertisement structure integrated to a conveyor system and a production method thereof is described only for clarifying the subject manner such that no limiting effect is created.
The production process steps of the inventive product are as follows:
The inventive product is produced with a mixture of three types of raw materials depending on its characteristic such that it must perform carrying process in the applications it is used. Since the usage area of the inventive product is heavy load transportation application, the conveyor pallets must be durable and flexible.
From this point of view, we have reached to the desired products and the required values as a result of the tests and long trials made by using the raw material subject to the invention under proper conditions and ratios in the following.
The inventive product is produced within the production capabilities of the injection molds by means of the injection production method. Subsequently, the
desired colors and materials are applied to the products in accordance with the advertisement application.
The products can be produced with only customer institutional colors and logos in accordance with the customer demand.
The product can be organizes such that it comprises 200 gr -2000 gr raw materials in an appropriate ratio according to the design and model. Required raw materials and mixtures for the production of the product;
Copolymer momplen in a ratio of 10-90 %
TPE (Thermoplastic elastomer) in a ratio of 10-90 % Synthetic rubber 10-90%
TPU (Thermoplastic urethane) contains these three raw materials, which can be achieved with a mixture of 10-90% in any ratio. Required process conditions for the production of inventive product:
The raw materials required for the production of the product must be prepared before the production is started.
- Pre-firing process is applied to the raw materials for different periods (30- 10 minutes) at different temperatures (50-250 °C) according to their types. - The preliminary phase of this pre-firing provides the required technical and mechanical features by mixing the raw materials with each other very well before the injection printing process in the injection machine material melting section.
- The raw material melting sections of the injection machine continuously have 100-190-250 °C temperature values during production of the products. After the products are injected into the injection mold, they wait for 1 -10 minutes within the mold.
- The products are removed from the mold at the end of the waiting process and quick freezing process is carried out by means of placing the same within water with appropriate degree.
- The products can be produced in two types according to the demand of the user. In case the products are required in two colors, the preliminary process is completed by exposing the products first of all to electro bombardment, flame method and other applications in the state of the art. Subsequently, the final preparation coloring process is completed by painting with desired paint, pouring the same, spraying the same, IMP sticker method or methods of the state of the art.
- If the customers requires multi-colored product, the product will be prepared by placing carious advertisement materials on the appropriate portion of the product that is left for the advertisement application.
Claims
1 - Advertisement structure integrated to a conveyor system and a production method thereof, characterized in that; it comprises pallet which contains appropriate amounts of raw materials between 200 gr-2000gr.
2- Advertisement and logo structure integrated to a conveyor system and a production method thereof, characterized in that; it comprises copolymer momplen, TPE, TPU and synthetic rubber raw materials such that a mixture is obtained in any ratio of copolymer momplen between 10-90%, TPE (Thermoplastic elastomer) between 10-90%, TPU (Thermoplastic urethane) between 10-90 %.
3- Production method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that; it comprises the following process steps;
- Applying pre-firing process to the raw materials for different periods (8-10 hours) at different temperatures (50-250 °C) according to their types,
- The raw material melting sections of the injection machine continuously having 100-190-250 °C temperature values during production phase,
- Waiting for 1 -10 minutes within the mold after the products are injected into the injection mold,
- Removing the products from the mold at the end of the waiting process quick freezing by means of placing the same within water with appropriate degree,
- In case the products are required in two colors first of all exposing the products to electro bombardment, flame method and other applications in the state of the art, then following this, coloring with the final preparation coloring process by painting with desired paint, pouring the same, spraying the same, IML sticker method or methods of the state of the art,
- In case it is required in multi-color, preparing the product by placing various advertisement materials on the appropriate portion of the product that is left for the advertisement application.
