The mentioned design is an intelligent plate that is embedded in the floor of natural and artificial lakes and rivers to prevent water evaporation. Jacks on the floor of the river are drilled in depth pits required and put inside it and on them are screens that have one-way valves. this device when the temperature is high and the sun is shining directly on the surface of the water or when there are strong winds that evaporate the water activates sensors that are sensitive to heat and wind and it causes the jack to be raised manually or automatically and the desired plates are placed on the surface of the water and cover the surface of the water. These plates are located next to each other and prevent the evaporation of water, and when there is no heat, jacks are lowered and placed on the floor of the rivers.

Description

Intelligent plates embedded in natural and artificial lakes and rivers, to prevent evaporation of water.
The volume of water on the planet earth is steady and it is circulating in closed orbit permanently. Also, only 3 percent of the total Earth's waters is suitable for human consumption, such as agriculture, industry and drink, are sweet, of this amount, three quarters is in the polar ice and out of reach of humans. Hence, a very small percentage of the world's water can be used for us. According to researchers at the University of Colorado, the world's freshwater reserves are declining every year, and up to 25 years longer, half of the world's population will face the problem of freshwater scarcity. Water scarcity is one of the most important and greatest challenges of the next century.
One of the reasons for the loss of water in freshwater lakes and reservoirs of dams has evaporated from their surface and this special case in arid and semi arid regions, it can play a decisive role in water resource management. On the other hand, due to the problem of water scarcity, hundreds of large dams have been built over the past few decades.
After the dam construction on a river, the carried sediments are deposited in the dam reservoir and their volume decreases gradually. This matter increases the amount of evaporation, marshy lands upstream and reducing the volume of flood control in the reservoir. This matter, in turn, will reduce the capacity of water storage and the loss of capacity to the reservoir flood moderation capacity will be available.

Direct water evaporating cooling system-Patent: 4723415
An air water cooling system consists of an evaporative reservoir that is partially filled with water and a vacuum pump that maintains a partial vacuum in the reservoir. A spray of water is steer into the reservoir and the vacuum components evaporate a portion of the water to absorb the heat from the main pool of water in the reservoir. This cold water source can be pumped through a coil cooling in a heat exchanger and the air flow through the heat exchanger is effective on the optimal cooling of the air. The water inside the cooling coil is then placed on the tap inside the evaporated tank, in order to complete the closed cycle, the pump will be pumped. The proposed design does not have the same internal examples and the difference with the previous exterior sample is that, the present designed machine, with reducing the sun's radiation and also the reduction of extreme winds prevents changing current water in the lake and natural and artificial rivers but the designed device in the same previous plan is a cooling system for air and water that prevents water from heating and evaporating.
Measurement of solar radiation-Patent: 4015116
This solar radiation measurement system records a scale of total solar radiation over a given period of time and it also records courses at that time, when the sun is scratched by clouds or other objects. The integral measurements of the solar radiation include all the spectral components of the sun's spectrum from ultraviolet through infrared. The design of the machine is such a way that the refresh of simple and complex unnecessary data is reduced. In short, the recording element of the invention uses an optical system to create an image it uses a solar disk in a light sensitive media on an optical system image sheet. The radiation sensitive medium is located in a chamber so that all radiation except that image from the optical system is removed.
The tape recorder is tuned to the ground level, by which the sun moves in its daily apparent motion in the sky, the image of the sun formed by the optical system also moves in a light-sensitive environment, so a hidden mark or image is seen in that environment. As in daylight hours, the apparent position of the sun moves in the sky from the east to the west and record a line or a hidden image of a line in the media. If the sensitive environment to radiation is in such a way that different intensity of the solar image varies on that medium, after being totally or partly turned off by clouds or other objects, this fact is recorded in the recording medium as a difference in the line or the hidden image. The difference between the proposed scheme and the similar scheme is that, the proposed scheme, by decreasing the sun's radiation and also reducing the extreme winds, will prevent the current water change in the lake and natural and artificial rivers but similar samples record solar radiation over a specified period of time as well as periods in which the sun is being scratched by clouds or other objects and practically do not have the same design with current plan.
The volume of water on the planet earth is steady and it is circulating in closed orbit permanently. Surface evaporation caused by the warming of the earth, causing the rivers to dry and decreasing water quality. This is especially evident in lower water areas, such as desert and semi-desert areas. In addition, increased salinity of fresh water is due to evaporation, causes quality loss. For this reason, researchers are always looking for ways to fight this phenomenon. The present design system can significantly reduce sunlight or winds and thus prevent the evaporation of lakes and natural rivers. This system consists of plates that are located on movable jacks; in such a way, at the bottom of the river or at the desired location, the hole is drilled to the required depth, and the jack is inserted into it after the watering and firmness of the hole. The function of this system is that when the temperature is high and the sun shines directly to the surface of the water, or when strong winds happen, causing evaporation of water, these jacks are manually or automatically raised by sensors that are sensitive to heat and wind, and the plates are covered on the surface of the water and the plates are placed next to each other, then when the heat and wind are not present, these jacks go down, afterwards they are located on the floor of the rivers and prevent evaporation.

Climate change and global warming increase the rate of runoff, flood, storms, rising sea levels, increasing evaporation from the sea level and rivers, and so on. Causing runoff, flood and storms, ... water infrastructure and transportation are in trouble, and with the destruction of infrastructure, water quality will be directly affected, as this phenomenon can sometimes reduce more than 40% of water volume. For this reason, researchers are always looking for ways to fight this phenomenon. The present design system can reduce sunlight or winds significantly and thus prevent the evaporation of lakes and natural rivers.

If the width and length of the plates are large, If the width and length of the plates are large, put cans or profiles below plates and under the plate is done covering iron (in net form).
To strength the plate whenever moves up and down in the water. On these plates there are one-way valves that are closed on the water when the plates are placed and when the plates are under water they open, in order not to imprisoned aquatic under the plates.
These plates can be placed slightly above the surface of the water in rivers with a stream of water and can fully cover the water. The function of this system is that when the air temperature is high and the sun goes directly to the surface of the water, or when extreme winds are blowing that will evaporate the water, these jacks are manually or automatically raised by sensors that are sensitive to heat and wind and the plates are covered on the surface of the water and the plates are placed side by side and when there is no heat and wind, these jacks go down and fall on the bottom of the rivers. The plates, according to the expert's permission and requirement, cannot be fully enclosed to the bottom of the river and stand at a higher elevation than the river bottom and it shows the volume of water which can be used in flowing waters, but in streams of water, it had better to be placed on the bottom of the river in order to reduce the pressure of the water flow into the plate and the jack.
These jacks can be used with different mechanisms, such as hydraulic or pneumatic or, for example, act oily Some of these jacks are connected to a motherboard outside of the water via pipelines from the ground and go up and down through oil pressure. The function of these jacks and plates can be as an umbrella, this system is very suitable for high current flow water the plates are arranged as umbrellas on the jacks with the function of the sensors, the jackets come out of the pits and the umbrellas open at the surface of the water and cover the surface of the water in the sun, heat and wind and with the command of sensors, umbrellas are gathered and put in the excavated pits along with jacks. The plates are intended either as umbrellas or as open plates and can be in any shape, color and kind and can be a good place for urban advertising and incomes.
