Description

PERSONALIZED CHOCOLATE VENDING MACHINE
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to a personalized chocolate vending machine that prints a drawing given to the machine externally or a photograph taken with the integrated camera for a certain price by way of using heated, liquid chocolate and then presents the printed product to the user after packaging process, and that can be customized to employ different consumable materials such as wax, melted plastic, silicone by changing molder tips and storage tank if needed.
BACKGROUND
Currently, the processes of both preparing chocolate in the shape of drawings or photographs requested by customers and packaging the concerned product are completely carried out manually in shopping malls, chocolate stores, and other similar places, and this is problematic when hygiene is considered and also results in a waste of time and effort. Moreover, since these are hand works, therefore wholly dependent on personal skills, the quality of end products is not consistent, there are defects, and hence wastage.
At present, storage tanks of three-dimensional printers using various consumable materials are designed small in order to prevent consumable material from hardening and protect its original form, and this interrupts continuous and regular printing. Furthermore, the existing three-dimensional printers vibrate while operating due to their servo motors and belt-pulley systems, and for that reason, they are insufficient to make prints with the desired precision and quality.
As a result, the need to eliminate the shortcomings and disadvantages of the existing structures and embodiments of the current technique has necessitated a development in the relevant technical field. AIM OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a personalized chocolate vending machine that is developed to resolve the above-mentioned disadvantages and provide new advantages to the concerned technical field.
The aim of the invention is to ensure the automatic performance of the processes of both preparing chocolate in the shape of drawings or photographs requested by customers and packaging the concerned product in shopping malls, chocolate stores, and other similar places, for a certain price, instead of the complete manual performance of such processes.
Another aim of the invention is to provide a hygienically appropriate process that does not cause waste of time and effort thanks to the automatic performance of the processes of both preparing chocolate in the shape of drawings or photographs requested by customers and packaging the concerned product.
Another aim of the invention is to remove the manual skill factor, thereby eliminating unfavorable conditions such as inconsistency in drawing quality, defective products, and wastage thanks to the automatic performance of the processes of both preparing chocolate in the shape of drawings or photographs requested by customers and packaging the concerned product.
Another aim of the invention is to rule out the need for small storage tanks that are employed to prevent consumable material from hardening and deforming.
Another aim of the invention is to allow and ensure a continuous and regular printing process without any hardening or deformation in consumable material, thanks to the elimination of the need for small storage tanks that are employed to prevent consumable material from hardening and deforming. Another aim of the invention is to produce vibration-free, high-precision, and high- quality prints, unlike three-dimensional printers using servo motors and belt-pulley systems. Another aim of the invention is to enable the use of different consumable materials such as wax, melted plastic, and silicone after minor modifications in the vending machine, and thereby allowing the manufacturing of various decorative products made of diverse materials. Another aim of the invention is to present an embodiment with a self-cleaning feature that is activated with a single button.

Alternatives selected for this detailed description of the personalized chocolate vending machine subject to the invention are described only to ensure a better understanding of the subject and in a way that will not create any limiting impact.
The product subject to the invention includes the following in general: minimum one tempering and storage unit (1 ) to store hot chocolate in liquid form that will be used as the consumable material, minimum one display unit (2) to allow uploading the image that will be turned into chocolate or creating the relevant image by use of the integrated camera, minimum one CPU (6) to install and operate the software that enables evaluation of received or created image, provision of necessary commands in compliance with the image, and actualization of processes by the related departments according to these commands, in short, that ensures managing the molding process, minimum one three-axis and pneumatic-controlled molder (9) to carry out molding process in accordance with received commands, minimum one flow-controlled heater hose to enable transmission of consumable material from tempering and storage unit (1 ) to three- axis and pneumatic-controlled molder (9), minimum one compressor (5) to provide compressed air to three-axis and pneumatic-controlled molder (9), minimum one sterile air unit (8) to supply sterile air inside the machine, minimum one packaging unit (4) to execute packaging process of the end product, minimum one conveyor (11 ) to transfer the end product to the packaging unit, minimum one payment unit (3) to process the payment by the user for the provided service, minimum one cladding (7) to constitute the external look of the machine and separate internal sterile environment from the external, and minimum one chassis (10) to accommodate the entire structure.
The processes of both preparing chocolate in the shape of the requested image and packaging the end product are performed entirely automatically and with zero-touch, and thereby preventing the waste of time and effort, ensuring hygienically appropriate procedure, as well as eliminating unfavorable conditions such as inconsistency in quality, defective production, and wastage.
A flow-controlled heater hose is utilized in order to transmit consumable material from tempering and storage unit (1 ) to three-axis and pneumatic-controlled molder (9), and therefore, the consumable material is protected against such unfavorable conditions as hardening and deformation, and the need for small storage tanks currently in use is ruled out. Tempering and storage unit (1 ) that has a greater volume compared to small storage tanks offers a constant and smooth feeding, and this enables a regular printing procedure.
Three-axis and pneumatic-controlled molder (9) used instead of servo motors and belt-pulley systems related to them that are found in current three-dimensional printers removes vibrations caused by servo motors and belt-pulley systems, hence guaranteeing the achievement of high-quality outcomes in works that require precision. Thanks to minor modifications such as changing tempering and storage unit (1 ) and molder tips in the product subject to the invention, the use of varied consumable materials such as wax, melted plastic, and silicone becomes possible, and manufacturing of decorative products made of diverse materials is enabled.
Since the vending machine subject to the invention cleans itself with the disinfectant filled to the tempering and storage unit (1 ) after production, it does not have to go through any other additional cleaning procedure.
