Description
FLOW-CONTROLLED HEATER HOSE TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to a flow-controlled heater hose that is employed in carrying the liquid consumable material used in three-dimensional printers and similar devices from source, i.e. storage, to point of use, and that enables maintaining the liquid consumable material at a determined constant temperature, and that does not require any additional pumps and similar transfer devices to carry such material.
BACKGROUND
Such materials as especially chocolate, egg white, egg yolk, and wax that are used as consumable materials are liquid at certain temperatures, but minor changes in temperature lead to hardening or deterioration of such products. In order to prevent these undesirable and unwanted situations, such consumables are kept at an appropriate temperature to maintain their liquid form in small storage chambers in three-dimensional printers and similar devices and are refilled when the chambers are empty, and this cycle is repeated frequently. It is not possible to regularly and continuously feed the said devices with the consumable material due to the fact that the small-sized storage chambers need to be constantly filled since they are emptied in a short time. Moreover, instantaneous heating and cooling processes are performed in order to keep the consumable materials at the desired temperature, and this causes deterioration in the structure and quality of such materials. Another negative aspect of the current systems is that they are negatively affected by the viscosity values of the consumable materials that are processed. While some heater hoses are used for liquid adhesives and similar consumable materials, such hoses necessitate the use of additional external transfer devices to carry the relevant materials. Using additional external transfer devices not only increases production and
maintenance costs, but also causes consumable materials that will be transferred to be exposed to external factors such as machine oils, etc., and this constitutes an obstacle for food sector operations that prioritize and require hygiene and compliance with the food codex.
There are some endeavors in this field, and the utility model application numbered TR 2016/04975 mentions a “heater hose” product, and it states that the concerned product is a heater hose that involves a liquid passage in which the liquid is moved, and minimum one heating element that is related to the relevant liquid passage and is used to heat the liquid that moves inside, and minimum one insulation layer extending spirally over the said heating elements, at least in part.
In conclusion, the need to eliminate the shortcomings and disadvantages of the existing structures and embodiments of the current technique has necessitated a development in the relevant technical field.
