一种防静电鞋 技术领域
本发明涉及防静电装备技术领域,具体涉及一种防静电鞋。
背景技术
防静电鞋是电子半导体器件、电子计算机、电子通讯设备和集成电路等微电子工业的生产车间和高级试验室为减少或消除静电危害而穿着的一种工作鞋。防静电鞋可以将静电从人体导向大地,从而消除人体静电,同时还有效地抑制了人员在无尘室中的走动所产生的灰尘,用于制药厂、食品厂、电子厂洁净车间、实验室等。
传统技术中的防静电鞋通常采用对鞋底材质改性的方式来满足防静电需求。但是采用材料改性的方式对鞋底进行处理存在较多的问题,例如:在普通橡塑鞋底材料中添加防静电剂,经发泡注塑加工成型,但是该电阻值较大,防静电效果不是很理想;或者在一般橡塑鞋底材料中添加导电碳粉或导电碳纤维,经发泡注塑加工成型,但是由于导电碳粉的颜色只能为黑色,限制了其多样化发展,且在洁净度有要求的环境无法推广,重要的是添加炭黑后鞋底的弹性、韧性和强度变差,不利于这种防静电鞋的使用;而加入抗静电剂的鞋底防静电性能随时间和环境条件的变化不够稳定,使用一段时间后电阻值极易发生变化而超标。
因此,如何提供一种安全可靠并且可多样化变换的防静电鞋,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明为了克服以上技术的不足,提供了一种防静电鞋,通过在结构上的连接改进,使鞋不仅满足防静电效果,且可根据需求设计各种颜色及形状,提升美 观性,拓宽其使用范围。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术手段:
一种防静电鞋,包括鞋底和鞋面,所述鞋底为层叠结构,由上至下包括依次连接的鞋垫、中底和大底,还包括:导电线路,所述导电线路贯穿所述鞋底,一端位于所述鞋垫顶面与脚直接接触,另一端位于所述大底的底面与地面接触。
进一步的,所述中底为导电无纺布材质,所述导电线路包括导电线、第一导电条、第二导电条和导电片;所述导电线一端位于所述鞋垫顶面与脚直接接触,另一端贯穿所述鞋垫连接所述第一导电条;所述第一导电条顶面贴合于所述鞋垫底面,底面接触所述中底顶面;所述第二导电条贯穿所述大底,一端接触所述中底底面,另一端接触所述导电片的顶面,所述导电片固定于所述大底的底面。
进一步的,所述第一导电条与所述第二导电条均为导电布条,确保导电系统的柔性,提升使用的舒适感。
进一步的,所述导电线与所述第一导电条均位于所述鞋垫的前掌部分。
进一步的,所述中底的顶面脚弓和后掌部分覆盖有灰板层,所述灰板层为绝缘材质,便于电力集中传导。
进一步的,所述第一导电条的底面具有凸起,可使第一导电条与所述中底顶面充分接触,便于静电传导。
进一步的,所述大底的顶端具有空气循环槽,确保导电环境的干燥,使静电成功传导消除。
进一步的,所述导电片的顶面四周与所述大底粘结,且所述导电片固定于所述大底底面后跟部,四周粘结中心部位不涂胶,且中间部位与第二导电条连接,使第二导电条与导电片之间充分接触。
进一步的,所述中底的底面四周通过粘结或缝接的方式与所述大底固定连接,确保中底与导电线路其余结构的充分接触导电。
进一步的,所述防静电鞋的防静电值为10 4-10 7Ω。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具有如下有益效果:通过对鞋体结构的改进,将导电线路置于鞋体内部中,首先避免了导电结构的磨损损耗,提升其使用寿命,并且不会影响鞋体外部的美观性能;其次,无需对鞋体材料进行改进即可实现防静电效果,避免了鞋体本身中导电材料的添加带来的物化性能下降的影响,进一步提升防静电鞋的综合性能;再次,本发明提供的防静电鞋无需对鞋体材料进行改进,提升防静电鞋的美观性和适用范围。最为重要的是,本发明提供的防静电鞋结构简单成本低廉,适于大规模推广生产使用。

如附图1所示,本发明提供的一种防静电鞋,包括鞋底和鞋面,鞋底为层叠结构,由上至下包括依次连接的鞋垫1、中底2和大底3,还包括:导电线路,导电线路贯穿鞋底,一端位于鞋垫1顶面与脚直接接触,另一端位于大底3的底面与地面接触。
如附图2-7所示,中底2为导电无纺布材质,导电线路包括导电线11、第一导电条12、第二导电条31和导电片32;导电线11一端位于鞋垫1顶面与脚直接接触,另一端贯穿鞋垫1连接第一导电条12;第一导电条12顶面贴合于鞋垫1底面,接触所述中底2顶面;第二导电条31贯穿大底3,一端接触中底2底面,另一端接触导电片32的顶面,导电片32固定于大底3的底面。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,第一导电条12与第二导电条31均为导电布条。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,导电线11与第一导电条12均位于鞋垫1的前掌部分。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,中底2的顶面脚弓和后掌部分覆盖有灰板层21,灰板层21为绝缘材质。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,第一导电条12的底面具有凸起。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,大底3的顶端具有空气循环槽33。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,导电片32的顶面四周与大底3粘结,且导电片32固定于大底3底面后跟部。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,中底2的底面四周通过粘结或缝接的方式与大底3固定连接。
为了进一步实现上述技术方案,所述防静电鞋的防静电值为10 4-10 7Ω。
本发明的防静电鞋传导原理如下:脚底与位于鞋垫处的导电线11接触,随即将静电沿导电线11→第一导电条12→中底2→第二导电条31→导电片32传输至地面,从而消除静电;该导电线路结构简单且不影响鞋体的整体物化和美观性能,具有更广阔的适用范围。

  1. 一种防静电鞋,包括鞋底和鞋面,所述鞋底为层叠结构,由上至下包括依次连接的鞋垫(1)、中底(2)和大底(3),其特征在于,还包括:导电线路,所述导电线路贯穿所述鞋底,一端位于所述鞋垫(1)顶面与脚直接接触,另一端位于所述大底(3)的底面与地面接触。
