Further, the dropper 10 is used to mix the component A and the component B of the cosmetic after opening, or to drop the mixed cosmetic on a hand, a finger or the like. The dropper 10 includes a thin tube portion 110, a lid portion 120, and a pressurizing portion 130. The dropper 10 of the present disclosure has a function of a normal dropper that sucks up and discharges a liquid, and a function of sealing the tip of the dropper to hold the liquid. The container 20 stores the component B of the cosmetic in an unopened and unused state. Further, the container 20 is used to store a cosmetic in which the component A and the component B of the cosmetic are mixed after opening. The container 20 includes a main body 140 and a bottom 150. An upper sealing portion 160 is provided between the dropper 10 and the container 20.
Next, the details of each part will be explained.
樹脂の材料として、例えば、PET(polyethylene terephthalate)、ポリプロピレン、アクリル、ABS(acrylonitrile butadiene styrene)等である。
[Thin tube 110]
The thin tube portion 110 holds the component A of the cosmetic inside. The tip of the thin tube portion 110 is thin. The thin tube portion 110 is made of a transparent member, for example, resin or glass. Examples of the resin material include PET (polyethylene terephthalate), polypropylene, acrylic, ABS (acrylonirile butadiene style) and the like.
The details of the thin tube portion 110 will be described. FIG. 3A is a cross-sectional view of a thin tube portion 110 of the mixing container 1 according to the present embodiment. FIG. 3B is a bottom view of the thin tube portion 110 of the mixing container 1 according to the present embodiment.
The thin tube portion 110 includes a cylindrical cylindrical portion 111, a tip detail 112 that becomes thinner toward the tip, and a sealing portion 113 that seals the tip of the thin tube portion 110. A thinly formed broken portion 114 is formed between the tip of the tip 112 and the sealing portion 113. That is, the dropper 10 is formed with a broken portion 114 formed in a thin wall, and a sealing portion 113 is provided on the tip end side of the broken portion 114. By cutting the tip 112 and the sealing portion 113 at the broken portion 114, the liquid inside the thin tube portion 110 (component A of the cosmetic) can be discharged to the outside of the thin tube portion 110. The tip 112 of the present embodiment becomes thinner as it approaches the tip, but the shape of the tip 112 may be narrower only at the tip or may have the same thickness (a tube having a constant diameter). ..
Further, on the outer side surface of the sealing portion 113, four protrusions 115 are formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. The protrusion 115 is inserted into the claw portion 151 of the bottom portion 150, which will be described later.
Further, a flange portion 116 is formed on the upper portion of the thin tube portion 110.
[Cover 120]
The lid portion 120 is screwed to the screwing portion 142 of the main body portion 140. By screwing the lid portion 120 to the main body portion 140, the upper sealing portion 160 between the upper opening portion 143 of the main body portion 140 and the flange portion 116 of the thin tube portion 110 is pressed. As a result, the airtightness of the main body 140 is maintained. The lid 120 is made of resin.
[Pressure unit 130]
The pressurizing section 130 pressurizes the inside of the thin tube section 110. The pressurizing portion 130 is attached to the upper part of the thin tube portion 110. The pressurizing portion 130 is made of a flexible member, for example, rubber or elastomer, and is formed in a dome shape having a hollow inside. When the pressurizing section 130 is crushed by a finger, the pressure inside the pressurizing section 130 rises. As a result, the pressurizing section 130 pressurizes the inside of the thin tube section 110.
[Main body 140]
The main body 140 holds the component B of the cosmetic inside. In addition, the main body 140 holds a thin tube 110 filled with the cosmetic component A inside. As will be described later, the cosmetic in which the component A and the component B of the cosmetic are mixed is held inside.
The main body 140 has a tubular shape with a thin upper part. The main body 140 includes a cylindrical tubular portion 141 and a screwed portion 142 screwed to the lid portion 120 at the upper portion. The upper part of the screwing portion 142 has an upper opening 143 into which the thin tube portion 110 is inserted. Further, the lower portion of the tubular portion 141 has a lower opening 144 into which the bottom portion 150 is inserted.
The main body 140 is preferably made of a transparent member, for example, resin or glass.
[Bottom 150]
FIG. 4 is a top view of the bottom 150 of the mixing container 1 according to the present embodiment.
The bottom portion 150 is attached to the lower opening 144 of the main body portion 140 to maintain the airtightness of the main body portion 140. The bottom portion 150 includes a claw portion 151 into which the sealing portion 113 of the thin tube portion 110 is inserted. The claw portion 151 is a hole having a circular cross section formed in the bottom portion 150. Twelve claws 152 are formed on the side surface of the hole in the depth direction. The claw 152 is composed of a surface substantially perpendicular to the side surface of the hole and an inclined surface inclined with respect to the side surface in a top view. As a result, the protrusion 115 of the sealing portion 113 and the claw 152 of the claw portion 151 form a ratchet mechanism 180 (see FIG. 9). When the lid 120 of the dropper 10 is rotated in the direction of attaching the lid 120 to the main body 140 (clockwise when the lid 120 is viewed from above), the protrusion 115 does not get caught by the claw 152 and is rotatable.
[Top sealing part 160]
The upper sealing portion 160 is provided between the upper opening portion 143 of the main body portion 140 and the flange portion 116 of the thin tube portion 110. The top sealing portion 160 is a so-called gasket or packing. The upper sealing portion 160 is pressurized and sealed between the upper opening portion 143 and the flange portion 116 by screwing the lid portion 120. The top sealing portion 160 is made of, for example, rubber, an elastomer, or a resin (for example, polyethylene foam or polypropylene foam).
<How to assemble the mixing container>
5 to 8 are views for explaining a method of assembling the mixing container 1 according to the present embodiment. A method of assembling the mixing container 1 will be described with reference to the figure.
[Filling component A of cosmetics]
FIG. 5 is a diagram showing a state in which the capillary portion 110 is filled with the component A of the cosmetic. First, the capillary portion 110 is filled with the component A of the cosmetic. Further, the upper sealing portion 160 is attached to the thin tube portion 110.
[Assembly of dropper]
FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a state in which the pressurizing portion 130 and the lid portion 120 are attached to the thin tube portion 110 filled with the component A of cosmetics. The pressurizing portion 130 and the lid portion 120 are attached to the upper portion of the thin tube portion 110. As a result, the dropper 10 filled with the component A of the cosmetic is assembled. By attaching the pressurizing portion 130 and the lid portion 120 to the thin tube portion 110, the airtightness inside the thin tube portion 110 filled with the component A of the cosmetic is maintained. As a result, for example, even if the thin tube portion 110 filled with the cosmetic component A is tilted or the thin tube portion 110 is shaken during transportation, the cosmetic component A spills from the inside of the thin tube portion 110 and the pressurizing portion 130. Never.
[Filling component B of cosmetics]
FIG. 7 is a diagram showing a state in which the container 20 is filled with the component B of the cosmetic. In the container 20, the cosmetic component B is poured from the upper opening 143 of the main body 140. As a result, the container 20 is filled with the component B of the cosmetic.
[Assembly of mixing container]
FIG. 8 is a diagram showing a state in which the mixing container 1 is assembled. The dropper 10 filled with the cosmetic component A is inserted into the upper opening 143 of the main body 140 of the container 20 filled with the cosmetic component B. Then, the lid portion 120 is rotated clockwise when viewed from above, and the lid portion 120 is screwed onto the screwing portion 142 of the main body portion 140. As a result, the upper sealing portion 160 is pressed by the upper opening portion 143 and the flange portion 116, and the main body portion 140 is sealed.
Further, when the lid portion 120 is screwed, the sealing portion 113 of the thin tube portion 110 is inserted into the claw portion 151 of the bottom portion 150. FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating an inserted state of the bottom portion 150 and the sealing portion 113 inserted into the claw portion 151. The sealing portion 113 is represented by a cross section. When rotated to attach the lid 120, the sealing 113 rotates with respect to the bottom 150 in the direction of arrow C. The protrusion 115 of the sealing portion 113 and the claw 152 of the claw portion 151 form a ratchet mechanism 180. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, even if the sealing portion 113 rotates in the direction of the arrow C, the protrusion 115 rotates without being caught by the claw 152. That is, when the thin tube portion 110 is inserted, the sealing portion 113 idles at the claw portion 151. As a result, the detail 112 and the sealing portion 113 are not cut at the broken portion 114. Therefore, the component A and the component B of the cosmetic can be stored in a separated state inside the mixing container 1.
<How to use the mixing container>
FIG. 10 is a diagram for explaining how to use the mixing container 1 according to the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 8, the dropper 10 is removed from the state in which the component A and the component B of the cosmetic are stored in a separated state inside the mixing container 1. Specifically, the lid 120 is rotated counterclockwise when viewed from above. When the dropper 10 is rotated to remove it, the sealing portion 113 rotates in the direction of arrow D in FIG. The protrusion 115 of the sealing portion 113 and the claw 152 of the claw portion 151 form a ratchet mechanism 180. Therefore, when rotating in the direction of arrow D, the protrusion 115 is caught by the claw 152 of the claw portion 151 and does not rotate. Then, the sealing portion 113 is cut from the tip detail 112 at the breaking portion 114. When the sealing portion 113 is cut, the tip of the tip 112 is opened. Then, the component A of the cosmetics held in the thin tube portion 110 can be discharged from the tip of the tip 112 into the container 20. Here, when the component A of the cosmetic is pressurized by the pressurizing portion 130, the component A of the cosmetic is projected from the thin tube portion 110, and the component A of the cosmetic and the cosmetic component 20 held in the container 20. It is mixed with component B. In this way, the component A and the component B of the cosmetic can be mixed. When the mixed cosmetics are used, the mixed cosmetics can be dropped by the dropper 10, for example, on the palm or fingertips. Further, by screwing the lid portion 120 to the main body portion 140 again, the mixed cosmetics can be stored while being prevented from being exposed to the atmosphere. In this way, the container 20 holds the cosmetic in a state in which the component A and the component B of the cosmetic are mixed.
<Action / effect>
Since the dropper 10 holds the liquid (component A of the cosmetic) inside by the broken portion 114 of the thin tube portion 110, the cosmetic stored inside the container can be stably held in a sealed state. .. Further, since the sealing portion 113 for sealing is integrally formed in the thin tube portion 110, no additional member for sealing is required, and the manufacturing cost and the time required for manufacturing can be reduced. Can be done.
With the mixing container 1 of the present embodiment, the two liquids of component A and component B of the cosmetic can be separated and stored. Further, by opening the lid portion 120, the components A and B of the cosmetic can be mixed. As a result, when the component A and the component B of the cosmetic are mixed and deteriorated, the cosmetic can be stored without being deteriorated. Also, cosmetics can be mixed before use.
In the mixing container 1 of the present embodiment, the sealing portion 113 of the thin tube portion 110 is not separated at the time of assembly, and the sealing portion 113 can be separated at the time of the first use. As a result, the mixing container 1 can be easily assembled. Moreover, it can be used without hassle when using it.

<Modification example>
[Modification 1]
11A and 11B are diagrams for explaining a modification 1 of the mixing container 1 according to the present embodiment. FIG. 11A shows an unopened and unused state, and FIG. 11B shows a state in which the sealing portion 213 after opening is separated. In the first modification, the shape of the tip detail 212 of the thin tube portion 210 is different from that of the tip detail 212 of the thin tube portion 110. The thin tube portion 210 of the present modification 1 includes a tapered portion 212 that becomes thinner as it approaches the tip, and a sealing portion 213 that seals the liquid (component A of cosmetics) inside the thin tube portion 210. A broken portion 214 is formed between the tip of the tip 212 and the sealing portion 213. Further, the detail 212 is provided with a protective portion 217 so as to cover the broken portion 214. By providing the protection portion 217, it is possible to cover the fracture surface in which the tip detail 212 and the sealing portion 213 are cut off at the break portion 214. By covering the fracture surface, the hand or finger does not hit the fracture surface during use. As a result, it can be used safely without damaging the hands or fingers.
[Modification 2]
12A to 12C are views for explaining the second modification of the mixing container 1 according to the present embodiment. FIG. 12A is a partial cross-sectional view of the container 25 of the modified example 2. FIG. 12B is a partial cross-sectional view taken along the line FF'of FIG. 12C. FIG. 12C is a partial cross-sectional view taken along the line GG'of FIG. 12A. The second modification includes a bottom 350 different from the bottom 150. Along with this, the present modification 2 includes a main body portion 340 different from the main body portion 140. Further, in the present modification 2, the method of disconnecting the sealing portion 213 of the thin tube portion 210 is different from the method of disconnecting the sealing portion 113 of the thin tube portion 110 due to the above configuration.
The main body portion 340 of the present modification 2 is provided with a fitting portion 345 on the lower opening 344 side. The fitting portion 345 is inserted inside the fitting portion 355 of the bottom portion 350, which will be described later, to fit with the fitting portion 355 and assemble the container 25. The fitting portion 345 includes a protrusion 347 on the outer surface of the fitting portion 345. For example, four protrusions 347 are provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. Further, a coupling portion 348 for coupling with the bottom portion 350 is provided on the outer surface of the fitting portion 345.
The bottom portion 350 of the present modification 2 includes a claw portion 351 and a fitting portion 355. The claw portion 351 includes a claw 352. The claw portion 351 has the same structure as the claw portion 151. The fitting portion 355 is fitted with the fitting portion 345 by inserting the fitting portion 345 of the main body portion 340 inside the fitting portion 355 to assemble the container 25. The fitting portion 355 includes a claw 356 on the inner side surface of the fitting portion 355. The claw 356 is composed of a surface substantially perpendicular to the side surface of the fitting portion 355 and an inclined surface inclined with respect to the side surface in a top view. In addition, for example, a plurality of claws 356 are provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. Further, a coupling portion 358 for coupling with the main body portion 340 is provided on the inner side surface of the fitting portion 355.
Assemble the container 25 by inserting the bottom 350 into the lower opening 344 of the main body 340. Once assembled, the fitting portion 345 of the main body 340 and the fitting portion 355 of the bottom 350 are joined so that the joint 348 of the main body 340 and the joint 358 of the bottom 350 do not come off in the insertion direction. It has become. Further, as will be described later, the bottom portion 350 is fitted to the main body portion 340 so as to rotate in one direction. The container 25 is provided with a lower sealing portion 370 between the inner side surface 345a of the fitting portion 345 and the outer side surface 351a of the claw portion 351. The lower sealing portion 370 is a so-called sealing member. The lower sealing portion 370 is crushed in the radial direction between the inner side surface 345a and the outer side surface 351a, thereby pressing the inner side surface 345a and the outer side surface 351a in the radial direction to seal the lower sealing portion 370. By sealing in this way, it is possible to seal even if a rotational operation is applied. The lower sealing portion 370 is made of, for example, rubber, an elastomer, or a resin (for example, polyethylene foam or polypropylene foam).
When the container 25 is assembled by the main body 340 and the bottom 350, when the dropper 10 is attached to the container 25 and the sealing portion 113 is inserted into the claw portion 351, the protrusion 115 of the sealing portion 113 and the claw of the claw portion 351 are inserted. The 352 constitutes a ratchet mechanism 182. That is, the sealing portion 113 is rotatable with respect to the claw portion 351 in the direction of the arrow C in FIG. 12B. When the dropper 10 is attached to the container 25, the sealing portion 113 rotates in the direction of the arrow C. Therefore, when the dropper 10 is attached to the container 25, the sealing portion 113 is not separated from the detail 112.
When the bottom portion 350 is inserted into the main body portion 340 in order to assemble the container 25, the fitting portion 345 of the main body portion 340 and the fitting portion 355 of the bottom portion 350 are fitted. The protrusion 347 of the main body 340 and the claw 356 of the bottom 350 form a ratchet mechanism 184. That is, the bottom portion 350 can rotate with respect to the main body portion 340 in the direction of the arrow E in FIGS. 12B and 12C, but cannot rotate in the opposite direction of the arrow E.
In this modification 2, the bottom portion 350 is rotated in the direction of arrow E in order to separate the sealing portion 113 from the tip detail 112 of the dropper 10. As a result, as shown in FIG. 12B, the claw portion 351 rotates in the direction of the arrow E. Then, the protrusion 115 is rotated by the claw 352, so that the sealing portion 113 is separated from the tip detail 112 at the broken portion 114. By separating the sealing portion 113, the cosmetic component A held in the thin tube portion 110 of the dropper 10 can be discharged from the tip of the tip 112 into the container 20.
In the present modification 2, the ratchet mechanism 182 allows the sealing portion 113 of the thin tube portion 110 to be separated by turning the bottom portion 350 without separating the sealing portion 113 of the thin tube portion 110 at the time of assembly. As a result, the mixing container 1 can be easily assembled without mixing the component A and the component B of the cosmetic. In addition, the component A and the component B of the cosmetic can be easily mixed before using the cosmetic.
[Modifications other than the above]
In the present embodiment, the first and second liquids are liquid cosmetic components A and B, but the first and second liquids are not limited to the cosmetic components. For example, the first liquid and the second liquid may be liquids of basic components such as chemicals, foods, printing inks, pigments, dyes, and paints. The component in the dropper is not limited to a liquid such as the first liquid, but may be a powdery substance.
The number of protrusions 115 and claws 152 of the ratchet mechanism 180 may be at least one each. Increasing the number of protrusions 115 and claws 152 reduces the angle at which the tip 112 and the sealing portion 113 are cut. In addition, the rotation of the lid 120 can be stabilized. Similarly, in the ratchet mechanisms 182 and 184, at least one protrusion (projection 115, 347) and claw (claw 352, 356) may be provided.
Although the embodiments have been described in detail above, the above embodiments are examples in all respects, and are not limited to the above embodiments. The above-described embodiment can be modified and modified in various ways within the scope of the gist of the embodiment of the present invention described in the claims.
