본 발명은 여성용 브래지어에 관한 것으로, 특히 리어 훅 방식의 컵브라에 관한 것이다.
브래지어는 현재 다양한 것들이 개발되어 이미 널리 사용되고 있는데, 소재나 착용 방식에 따라 다양한 구분되어 사용되고 있다.
일예로, 여성의 가슴을 감싸는 부분의 소재에 따라, 여성의 가슴을 감싸는 부분이 비착용 상태에서도 컵의 형태를 유지할 수 있는 재질로 이루어진 컵브라와, 여성의 가슴을 감싸는 부분이 레이스나 직물 또는 부직포 등과 같은 천 재질의 원단으로 이루어져서 비착용 상태에서는 컵의 형태를 유지할 수 없는 홑겹브라로 구분된다. 상기 컵브라는 착용시에 볼륨감이 향상되는 장점이 있지만, 착용자의 가슴과 컵 사이에 발생되는 틈새를 통해서 착용자의 가슴이 노출될 위험이 있다. 반면, 상기 홑겹브라는 착용자의 가슴의 형태에 따라 컵부분이 자연스럽게 밀착되면서 감싸주므로 착용감이 좋은 장점이 있지만, 볼륨감을 높이기에는 한계가 있는 단점이 있다.
한편, 체결고리{훅(Hook)이라고도 불림}의 유무 및 위치에 따라, 체결고리가 등 뒤쪽에 위치하는 리어 훅 브라와, 체결고리가 가슴 앞쪽에 위치하는 프런트 훅 브라, 체결고리가 없는 스포츠브라로 구분된다. 상기 리어 훅 브라는 등 뒤에 위치되는 체결고리로 인해 브라를 입고 벗기가 불편하지만, 브라의 정면 디자인을 자유롭게 할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 반면, 상기 프런트 훅 브라는 체결고리가 가슴 앞쪽에 위치하고 있어서 브라를 입고 벗기가 편리하지만, 앞쪽에 위치된 체결고리로 인해서 브라의 디자인이 특정 형태로 제한될 수 밖에 없는 단점이 있다. 또한 상기 스포츠브라는 착용자의 피부에 상처가 발생되지 않도록 체결고리가 없는 구조이고, 통상 탄성 소재로 제작되므로, 노출의 위험 문제는 발생되지 않지만, 착용이 불편하고, 착용 면적이 클 수 밖에 없어서 미관이 좋지 않고, 가슴이 심하게 요동치지 않도록 꽉 잡아줘야 하므로 착용감이 좋지 못한 단점이 있다.
이러한 점을 고려해 볼 때, 착용자의 가슴을 예뻐보이게 하기 위해서는, 컵 부분이 비착용 상태에서도 컵의 형태를 유지할 수 있는 재질이면서, 체결고리가 뒷쪽에 위치하는 리어 훅 방식을 취하는 것이 유리하다는 것을 알 수 있다.
하지만, 이러한 리어 훅 방식의 종래 컵브라는 착용자의 가슴이 컵과의 틈새를 통해서 노출되는 것을 효과적으로 막을 수 있는 방안이 강구되어 있지 않고, 브래지어의 구조 또한 복잡해서 제작이 용이하지 못한 문제가 있었다.
이에 본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제를 해소하기 위해 발명된 것으로, 브래지어의 봉제 공정을 줄일 수 있으면서, 브래지어 착용자가 허리를 굽히거나 상체를 숙이더라도 가슴 속살이 외부로 노출되는 것을 최소화할 수 있는 브래지어를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 브래지어는,
착용자의 가슴을 감싸는 한 쌍의 컵을 갖추고서, 가슴, 겨드랑이 및 등을 감싸되, 양쪽 선단이 착용자의 등 쪽으로 마주하게 위치되는 브래지어 본체와 ; 한쪽 끝부분은 착용자의 가슴 쪽에 위치되는 컵의 상부에 연결되고, 다른 한쪽 끝부분은 착용자의 등 쪽에 위치되는 브래지어 본체의 선단에 연결되는 어깨 끈과 ; 암 체결고리와 수 체결고리를 각각 갖추고서, 브래지어 본체의 끝 부분에 구비되는 체결고리 패드를 포함하는 리어 훅 방식의 브래지어에 있어서,

상기한 바와 같이 이루어진 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 브래지어는, 브래지어 본체와 어깨 끈이 상호 맞대어진 상태로 제1 봉제선을 따라 봉제되면서, 체결고리 패드가 브래지어 본체와 어깨 끈과 함께 제2 봉제선을 따라 봉제되는 구조를 이루고 있어서, 브래지어의 봉제 공정을 줄일 수 있고, 이로써 브래지어의 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 브래지어는, 어깨 끈이 등 뒤쪽에서 볼 때 V자 형상으로 형성됨으로써 흘러내리는 것을 억제하여 활동성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 신체를 감싸는 부분을 최소화함으로써 땀으로 인한 불편함을 낮출 수 있다.

또한, 본 발명에 따른 브래지어(40)는, 도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 컵(60)의 안쪽으로 노출되어 신체에 밀착되는 탄성 재질의 제1 애드 피스(71)가 컵(60)의 상부(62)에 구비된 구조를 이루고 있어서, 브래지어(40)의 상부와 착용자의 신체 사이에 틈새를 통해서 가슴이 외부로 노출되는 것이 방지된다. 상기 제1 애드 피스(71)는 탄성 재질의 것이라면 어떠한 것이어도 무방하지만, 신체와 직접 접촉되는 부분이므로, 통풍이 원활하면서도 감촉이 부드러운 망사 원단 재질의 것을 적용하는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 따른 브래지어(40)는, 브래지어를 착용한 상태에서 좌우 양쪽의 어깨 끈(44)이 뒤쪽에서 볼 때 체결 고리 패드(46)를 중심으로 V자형을 이루고 있어서, 양쪽 어깨 끈(44)을 중심 부분으로 모아주게 되므로, 어깨 끈(44)이 착용자의 어깨로 흘러내리는 것을 방지될 뿐만 아니라, 양쪽 컵(60)이 착용자의 가슴을 가운데로 모아주게 된다.. 그러나 이러한 경우, 착용자가 허리를 굽히거나 상체를 숙이면 양쪽 컵(60)과 착용자의 신체 사이에 틈새가 생기면서 착용자의 가슴이 외부로 노출될 위험이 커지는 단점이 있다. 특히 상기 컵(60)이 본원발명처럼 비착용 상태에서도 컵의 형태를 유지할 수 있는 재질인 경우에는 이러한 문제가 더욱 심각하게 초래된다. 하지만, 본 실시예에 따른 브래지어(40)는, 탄력을 갖는 재질의 제1 애드 피스(71)가 컵(60)의 중심(O)보다 위쪽이면서 컵(60)의 안쪽에 구비된 구조를 이루므로, 착용자의 가슴이 상부 틈새를 통해서 외부로 노출되는 것이 제1 애드 피스(71)에 의해 효과적으로 방지된다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 브래지어(40)는, 비착용 상태에서도 컵의 형태를 유지할 수 있는 재질의 컵(60)이 양쪽 가슴을 가운데로 모아주는 구조이므로, 가슴의 볼륨감을 높여주는 체형보정의 효과를 기대할 수 있음은 물론이고, 단점으로 지적되던 상부 틈새로의 가슴 노출이 제1 애드 피스(71)에 의해 최대한 억제되므로, 제품의 상품성이 크게 향상되는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 브래지어(40)의 브래지어 본체(42)의 높이 크기는, 최저높이부터 체결부분까지 높이(h1)가 전체 높이(h0)에 대하여 13% 내지 17%일 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 브래지어(40)의 브래지어 본체(42)의 높이 크기는, 최저높이부터 브래지어 본체의 최고까지 높이(h2)가 전체 높이(h0)에 대하여 42% 내지 46%일 수 있다. 즉, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 브래지어(40)는 비교예에 비교하여 브래지어 본체(42)의 높이 크기를 대폭 줄일 수 있고, 이로써 브래지어 본체(42)가 신체와 접촉되는 면적을 줄일 수 있다. 나아가 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 브래지어(40)는 신체와 접촉되는 면적을 줄임으로써 땀으로 인한 불쾌감이 감소되는 효과도 기대된다. 또한, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 브래지어(40)는, 체결고리 패드(46)의 높이를 비교예에 비교하여 현저하게 높게 배치되도록 할 수 있고, 이로써 체결고리 패드(46)에 의한 거치적거리는 불편함으로 해소할 수 있고, 나아가 브래지어 착용자의 활동성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 브래지어(40)는, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 컵(60)의 안쪽으로 노출되어 신체에 밀착되는 탄성 재질의 제2 애드 피스(72)가 컵(60)의 측부(64)에 보강 구비될 수 있다. 이러한 상기 제2 애드 피스(72)는 혹시라도 발생될 수 있는 겨드랑이 쪽 틈새를 통해 착용자의 가슴이 노출되는 것을 차단하는 기능을 수행한다. 또한 상기 제2 애드 피스(72)는 브래지어 착용시에 착용자의 가슴을 중심 방향으로 탄력적으로 지지하게 되어, 착용감이 향상되는 잇점이 있다. 상기 제2 애드 피스(72) 역시도 신체와 직접 접촉되는 부분이므로, 통풍이 원활하면서도 감촉이 부드러운 망사 원단 재질의 것을 적용하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 컵(60)의 안쪽으로 노출되어 신체에 밀착되는 제3 애드 피스(73)가 컵(60)의 하부(66)에 보강 구비될 수 있다. 상기 제3 애드 피스(72)는 제1,2 애드 피스(71, 72)처럼 탄성 재질의 것을 적용할 수도 있지만, 컵(60)의 하부(66)에서 착용자의 가슴을 지지하는 부분이므로, 안정감있게 가슴을 지지하기 위해서는 비탄성 재질의 것을 적용하는 것이 바람직하다. 그렇다고 하더라도, 신체와 직접 접촉되는 부분이므로, 원단 자체는 제1,2 애드 피스(71, 72)처럼 통풍이 원활하면서도 감촉이 부드러운 망사 원단 재질의 것을 적용하는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 도 7은 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 브래지어의 변형예를 도시하고 있는데, 이에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 제1, 2, 3 애드 피스(71, 72, 73)의 크기는 착용자의 가슴 크기를 고려하여 다양하게 변형 실시될 수 있음은 물론이다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 외부 자극에 민감한 젖꼭지 부분이 제1, 2, 3 애드 피스(71, 72, 73)에 직접 접촉되면 불쾌감이 커질 수 있으므로, 어떠한 경우에도 젖꼭지가 위치되는 컵(60)의 중심(O) 부분은 빈 상태(제1, 2, 3 애드 피스가 없는 상태)가 되도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명은, 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 컵(60)의 겨드랑이 방향 둘레부에 비탄성 재질의 제4 애드 피스(74)가 보강 구비될 수 있다. 이러한 상기 제4 애드 피스(74)는 겨드랑이 쪽으로 펴질 수 있는 가슴살을 컵(60) 안쪽으로 모아서 지지하는 기능을 수행하게 되어, 착용자의 가슴이 더욱 커보이도록 하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 상기 제4 애드 피스(74)의 형상은 컵(60)의 형상에 따라 다양하게 변형 실시될 수 있음은 물론이다.
본 발명에 따른 브래지어(40)는, 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 브래지어 본체(42)에 무탄력밴드(81)와 탄력밴드(82)를 보강할 수도 있다.
상기 무탄력밴드(81)는 좌우 양쪽 컵(60)의 폭에 대응하는 길이로 봉제되고, 탄력밴드(82)는 브래지어 본체(42)의 전체 길이에 걸쳐서 봉제되도록 하였다.
상기 무탄력밴드(81)는 좌우 양쪽 컵(60)의 변형을 억제하면서 견고하게 지지하는 역할을 수행하고, 탄력밴드(82)는 브래지어 착용시에 브래지어 본체(42)가 신체에 긴밀하게 밀착되도록 하는 역할을 수행한다.
이상에서 살펴 본 바와 같이, 본 발명은 상기한 바와 같은 실시예에 한정되지 않고, 필요에 따라서 다양하게 변형 실시될 수 있음은 물론이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 착용자의 가슴을 감싸는 한 쌍의 컵(60)을 갖추고서, 가슴, 겨드랑이 및 등을 감싸되, 양쪽 선단이 착용자의 등 쪽으로 마주하게 위치되는 브래지어 본체(42)와 ; 한쪽 끝부분은 착용자의 가슴 쪽에 위치되는 컵(60)의 상부(62)에 연결되고, 다른 한쪽 끝부분은 착용자의 등 쪽에 위치되는 브래지어 본체(42)의 선단에 연결되는 어깨 끈(44)과 ; 암 체결고리와 수 체결고리를 각각 갖추고서, 브래지어 본체(42)의 끝 부분에 구비되는 체결고리 패드(46)를 포함하는 리어 훅 방식의 브래지어에 있어서,
    상기 브래지어 본체(42)의 선단과 어깨 끈(44)이 제1 봉제선(51)을 따라 상호 맞대어져 봉제되면서, 브래지어 본체(42)의 선단과 어깨 끈(44) 및 체결고리 패드(46)가 제2 봉제선(52)을 따라 상호 맞대어져 봉제되어, 착용한 상태에서 뒤쪽에서 볼 때 좌우 양쪽 어깨 끈(44)이 체결고리 패드(46)를 중심으로 V자 형을 이루고 ; 상기 컵(60)은 비착용 상태에서도 컵의 형태를 유지할 수 있는 재질이며 ; 상기 컵(60)의 상부(62)에 구비되되, 상부 틈새로의 가슴 노출이 억제되도록, 컵(60)의 안쪽으로 노출되어 신체에 밀착되는 탄성 재질의 제1 애드 피스(71)가 보강 구비되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 브래지어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 컵(60)의 안쪽으로 노출되어 신체에 밀착되는 탄성 재질의 제2 애드 피스(72)가 컵(60)의 측부(64)에 보강 구비되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 브래지어.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 컵(60)의 안쪽으로 노출되어 신체에 밀착되는 제3 애드 피스(73)가 컵(60)의 하부(66)에 보강 구비되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 브래지어.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 제1, 2, 3 애드 피스(71, 72, 73)는 망사 원단의 재질인 것을 포함하는 브래지어.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 컵(60)의 겨드랑이 방향 둘레부에 비탄성 재질의 제4 애드 피스(74)가 보강 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 브래지어.
