It has. Further, the holding device 1 is provided with a held portion 30 which is attached to the shelf plate 20 to be held and is inserted into and held in the holding groove 13 of the support member 10. With such a configuration, the shelf board 20 can be held by inserting the held portion 30 into the holding groove 13, and the appearance is improved as compared with the one held by the L-shaped bracket-shaped shelf board metal fittings or the like. Can be improved. Further, it is also possible to easily hold the shelf plate 20 at an arbitrary position in the shelf width direction of the support member 10 (groove longitudinal direction of the holding groove 13). It should be noted that it may be grasped as a shelf board device including the holding device 1 and the shelf board 20.
In the illustrated example, an example in which the shelf board 20 is installed along the wall surface is shown. In the following, the front side will be described as the front side and the opposite side will be described as the rear side (back side) based on the state of facing the wall surface on which the shelf board 20 is placed. Further, the horizontal direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction and the vertical direction is the shelf width direction, and in the illustrated example, it is the wall width direction.
Further, in the present embodiment, the support member 10 is elongated in one direction and is installed along the horizontal direction (wall width direction) in the longitudinal direction. In the illustrated example, an example in which the support member 10 is fixed to the mounting base 2 provided so as to extend in the vertical direction is shown. The mounting base 2 may be a wall base such as studs or studs that are installed at intervals in the wall width direction. In the illustrated example, the mounting base 2 is assumed to have a substantially square tubular shape. Further, in the illustrated example, an example is shown in which a plurality of support members 10 are installed at intervals in the vertical direction, and a wall panel 3 forming a wall surface is installed between them. Further, an example in which the wall panel 3 is installed so as to expose the opening of the holding groove 13 of the support member 10 is shown. Although the illustration shows an example in which the shelf board 20 is held by one of the plurality of support members 10, the shelf board 20 is held by a plurality or all of the plurality of support members 10. It may be a mode or the like.
The support member 10 is provided with a fixing portion 11 fixed to the mounting base 2. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2B, the support member 10 is extended in the vertical direction on both the upper and lower sides of the mounting base 2 side (rear side) end of the portion that partitions the holding groove 13. The structure is such that the fixing portions 11 and 11 are provided. These fixing portions 11 and 11 are provided over the entire length of the support member 10. Further, an example is shown in which the upper and lower fixing portions 11 and 11 are arranged in a substantially plate shape along the thickness direction in the front-rear direction which is the groove depth direction of the holding groove 13. These fixing portions 11 and 11 may be fixed to the mounting base 2 by a fixing tool such as a screw. Further, an example is shown in which a mark groove is provided on the front surface of the fixing portions 11 and 11 as a surface facing the anti-mounting base side as a guideline for the fastening portion of the fixing tool. In addition to or in addition to such a mark groove, an insertion hole or a pilot hole through which the shaft portion of the fixing tool is inserted may be provided in the fixing portions 11 and 11. Further, instead of the mode in which the fixing portions 11 and 11 are provided on both the upper and lower sides, a mode in which the fixing portions 11 and 11 are provided on only one of the upper and lower portions may be provided, and the fixing portions 11 and 11 may be deformed in various other ways. It is possible. For example, the groove bottom side portion of the holding groove 13 may be a fixed portion.
Further, on both the upper and lower sides of the anti-mounting base side (front side) portion of the support member 10, engaging portions with which the wall panels 3 arranged vertically are engaged are provided. In the illustrated example, a multi-step engaging step portion is provided on each of the upper and lower sides of the anti-mounting base side portion of the support member 10 so as to be stepped down toward the opening side of the holding groove 13. .. The end portion of the support member 10 that partitions the opening edges on both sides of the holding groove 13 in the groove width direction by these engaging steps has dimensions along the groove width direction (vertical direction) of the holding groove 13. The small projecting pieces 12, 12 are provided. Further, in the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the projecting pieces 12 and 12 are provided so as to be exposed on the surface side of the wall panel 3 constituting the wall surface. Further, an example is shown in which the projecting pieces 12 and 12 are slightly projected toward the front side of the surface of the wall panel 3, but the present invention is not limited to this mode.

An example of an inclined surface is shown. The step dimension of the locking step portion 16 (the dimension along the groove width direction of the holding groove 13 from the groove side wall 14 to the step bottom surface) may be appropriately set so that the hooking projection 36 described later can be hooked and locked. Good. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the step dimension of the locking step portion 16 is approximately ½ of the groove width dimension between the groove side walls 14 and 14 of the holding groove 13. In addition, instead of the mode in which the locking step portion 16 is provided on the opening side of the holding groove 13, the mode in which the locking step portion 16 is provided on the groove bottom side of the holding groove 13 rather than the receiving recess 17 may be used.

The hook holding portion 31 has a substantially flat plate shape in which the outer shell shape is arranged along the thickness direction in the vertical direction. The hook holding portion 31 has substantially the same flat surface on each surface (upper surface and lower surface) in the shelf plate thickness direction on each surface (upper surface and lower surface) in the shelf plate thickness direction of the sandwiched piece portion 38. It is provided in. Further, the hook holding portion 31 is configured to be joined to the sandwiched piece portion 38 by a fixing tool such as a screw. In addition, instead of such an aspect, the hook holding portion 31 and the sandwiched piece portion 38 may be integrally provided. In other words, the hook holding portion 31 may function as the sandwiched piece portion 38.

In the present embodiment, the hook member 33 is provided with the hook shaft 34, and the hook holding portion 31 is provided with the bearing portion. The bearing portion of the hook holding portion 31 may be a bearing hole into which a hook shaft 34 provided so as to project from both sides of the hook member 33 in the shelf width direction along the shelf width direction is inserted. The bearing portion is provided so that the hook shaft 34 is positioned so as to substantially coincide with the rear end surface of the shelf board main body 21 in the shelf board depth direction.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 3 (b), the hook holding portion 31 has a protrusion opening 31a that allows the hook protrusion 36 of the hook member 33 to appear and disappear substantially along the shelf plate thickness direction. It is provided so as to penetrate in the plate thickness direction. The protrusion opening 31a is provided so as to be located on the rear side, which is outside in the depth direction of the shelf plate from the bearing portion.
The urging member 32 is configured to urge the hooking member 33 to rotate around the hooking shaft 34 in the direction in which the hooking protrusion 36 protrudes upward. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the urging member 32 is a torsion coil spring (torsion spring) in which a hook shaft 34 is inserted through a coil portion. The hook holding portion 31 is provided with a receiving portion 31b that suppresses the movement of one arm end of the urging member 32 around the hook shaft 34. In the illustrated example, an example is shown in which the inner side surface of the hook holding portion 31 facing the front side of the opening provided through the shelf plate thickness direction is the receiving portion 31b, but the present invention is not limited to this mode. .. Further, the hooking member 33 is provided with a receiving portion 33a that receives the other arm end of the urging member 32. In the illustrated example, the receiving portion 33a is provided so as to face upward on the front side of the hooking shaft 34, and is urged by the urging member 32 in a direction of being displaced downward.
The urging member 32 may be provided on both or one of the hooking shafts 34 on both sides of the hooking member 33 in the shelf width direction. Further, the urging member 32 may be a common one that urges the plurality of hooking members 33, 33 when the plurality of hooking members 33, 33 are provided as in the present embodiment. Further, the urging member 32 is not limited to the torsion coil spring as described above, and may be another spring member such as a leaf spring, a compression coil spring, or a tension coil spring, and is not limited to the spring member. , Rubber material, etc. may be used. Further, the receiving portion 31b on the hook holding portion 31 side and the receiving portion 33a on the hook member 33 side are not limited to the above-described aspects, and various other modifications are possible.
The hook member 33 includes a hook main body 35 provided so as to extend toward the rear side from the hook shaft 34. The hook main body 35 has a larger dimension along the shelf width direction than a dimension along the shelf board thickness direction, and has a substantially flat plate shape arranged substantially along the thickness direction in the shelf board thickness direction. ing. The hooking protrusion 36 is provided so as to project upward from the tip portion of the hooking main body 35 in the extending direction. The hooking projection 36 is provided so as to extend in the shelf width direction over the entire shelf width direction of the hooking main body 35. Further, the hooking projection 36 is in a state of protruding upward from the upper surface of the hooking holding portion 31 by the urging by the urging member 32 when no external force is applied in the direction in which the hooking projection 36 is immersed. To. The hook holding portion 31 is provided with an appropriate contact portion that suppresses the rotation of the hook member 33 around the hook shaft 34 toward the further protruding side in a protruding state in which the hook protrusion 36 is locked to the locking step portion 16. It is provided.
Further, as shown in FIG. 2B, the hook holding portion 31 is inserted into the holding groove 13, and the rear end surface of the shelf board main body 21 is the tip of the projecting piece portions 12, 12 of the support member 10. It is locked to the locking step 16 in a state of being in contact with or facing the surface. Further, the hook projection 36 is in contact with or close to the step wall surface where the locked surface facing the front side thereof becomes the locking surface of the locking step 16 in a state of being locked to the locking step 16. It is said that it is configured. In the illustrated example, the locked surface of the hooking protrusion 36 is configured to be substantially parallel to the step wall surface of the locking step portion 16 in a state where the hooking protrusion 36 is locked to the locking step portion 16. Shown. That is, the locked surface of the hooking protrusion 36 is an inclined surface facing diagonally downward in a state where the hooking protrusion 36 is locked to the locking step portion 16. With such a configuration, the locking strength of each other can be improved as compared with the case where the locked surface of the hooking protrusion 36 and the step wall surface of the locking step 16 are vertical surfaces facing the depth direction of the shelf board. Can be done.
Further, the hooking protrusion 36 has an inclined guide surface that abuts on the opening edge of the holding groove 13 and displaces the hooking protrusion 36 side of the hooking member 33 toward the lower side, which is the other side in the shelf plate thickness direction. 36a is provided. With such a configuration, when the hooked piece portion 38 is inserted into the holding groove 13 from the tip end side, the hooking member 33 resists the urging of the urging member 32 by the guiding action of the inclined guide surface 36a. It can be rotated, and the mountability of the shelf board 20 can be improved. Further, the inclined guide surface 15 provided on the opening edge side of the holding groove 13 is an inclined guide surface that displaces the hooking projection 36 side of the hooking member 33 downward with the contact of the hooking projection 36. Constitute. With such a configuration, the hooking member 33 can be displaced more smoothly by the guide action of the inclined guide surfaces 15 and 36a provided to each other. In addition, instead of the mode in which the inclined guide surfaces 15 and 36a are provided on both the opening edge portion and the hooking projection 36 of the holding groove 13 in this way, a mode in which the inclined guide surfaces 15 and 36a are provided on either one may be provided, and further, such an inclination The guide surface may not be provided on both sides.
Further, as shown in FIG. 3A, the hook projection 36 and the hook main body 35 have the thickness of the shelf plate of the hook holding portion 31 with the hook protrusion 36 and the hook main body 35 in a state where the hook protrusion 36 is immersed. It is provided so as not to protrude in the shelf board thickness direction from both sides.
Further, in the present embodiment, the shelf plate 20 is provided with an operation unit 37 that rotates the hook member 33 around the hook shaft 34 so as to displace the hook protrusion 36 side of the hook member 33 downward. It is configured to be exposed on the back surface (lower surface) side of the above. With such a configuration, by operating the operation unit 37, the hooking member 33 can be rotated against the urging of the urging member 32, and the hooking projection 36 can be locked to the locking step portion 16. It can be released. As a result, the shelf board 20 can be easily detached from the support member 10.
The operation unit 37 has an extension portion provided so as to extend downward from the front side portion of the hook shaft 34 in the hook member 33, and an operation of projecting forward from the lower end portion of the extension portion. It has one part and. At the rear end of the shelf board main body 21, a notch-shaped recess 23 for receiving the operation portion 37 is provided. With such a configuration, the operation unit 37 can be made inconspicuous. In the present embodiment, the operation unit 37 is operated in the recess 23 so as not to protrude from the lower surface of the shelf board main body 21.
If the operating piece of the operating portion 37 is operated against the urging of the urging member 32 so as to be pushed upward, the hooking projection 36 is immersed as shown in FIG. 3A. The hook member 33 rotates around the hook shaft 34 on the side. As a result, the hooking projection 36 is released from the locking step portion 16 and the shelf plate 20 can be detached from the support member 10. Further, if the external force that pushes up the operation unit 37 upward is removed, the hook member 33 rotates around the hook shaft 34 on the side where the hook protrusion 36 protrudes due to the bias by the urging member 32. The operation unit 37 is not limited to the one having the above-mentioned configuration, and various other modifications can be made.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4B, the holding device 1 is attached to the rear end portion of the shelf plate 20, inserted into the holding groove 13, and electrically connected to the conductive member 7 described above. The adapter portion 25 having the electrode 29 to be formed is provided. With such a configuration, power supply, signal transmission, and the like to electrical equipment such as lighting provided on the shelf board 20, electronic equipment, plug-in connector, and the like are performed via the conductive member 7 of the support member 10. Can be done. The electric device provided on the shelf board 20 is not limited to lighting, and may be various devices such as a speaker and an aroma diffuser.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2A, the adapter portion 25 is provided between the held portions 30 and 30 provided at intervals in the shelf width direction. With such a configuration, the held portions 30 and 30 provided on both sides of the adapter portion 25 in the shelf width direction are inserted into the holding grooves 13 of the support member 10 and held, so that the adapter portion 25 is deformed or damaged. Etc. can be suppressed.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the adapter portion 25 can be rotated about an axis along the depth direction of the shelf plate to electrically connect and disconnect (cut off) the electrode 29 to the conductive member 7. It is said that it has a similar structure.
The adapter portion 25 includes a shelf board side connection portion 26 housed in a storage recess 22A provided so as to open at the rear end surface of the shelf board main body 21. The storage recess 22A of the shelf board main body 21 is provided with a holding portion that rotatably holds the shelf board side connecting portion 26 around the axis along the shelf board depth direction.
Further, the adapter portion 25 is configured so that an operation portion 27 for rotating the adapter portion 25 about an axis along the depth direction of the shelf plate is exposed on the back surface (lower surface) side of the shelf plate 20. As shown in FIG. 4B, the operation unit 27 is configured to be received by a notch-shaped recess 24 provided at the rear end of the shelf board main body 21 so as to be connected to the storage recess 22A. .. Further, the operation unit 27 is received in the recess 24 as shown in FIG. 4 (b) and is projected outside the recess 24 as shown in FIG. 4 (d). It is configured to be rotated around the axis along the depth direction of the shelf board so that it can be displaced between the shelves.
Further, the adapter portion 25 is provided so as to be connected to the rear side of the shelf board side connection portion 26 and to extend from the rear end surface of the shelf board main body 21 toward the rear side, and is inserted into the holding groove 13. It includes a recess 28. The insertion portion 28 has a hollow tubular shape.
The electrode 29 is provided so as to project outward in the radial direction from the extending direction tip portion of the insertion portion 28. In the present embodiment, the two electrodes 29 and 29 are provided so as to project from the tip portion of the insertion portion 28 in the extending direction in the radial direction opposite to each other.
These electrodes 29, 29 may be integrally provided on a bar-shaped conductor provided so as to penetrate the insertion portion 28 and the shelf plate side connection portion 26 and be exposed at the shelf plate side connection portion 26. Good.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, these electrodes 29 and 29 are provided with the conductive members 7 in the holding groove 13 with the protruding direction along the shelf plate thickness direction. It is electrically connected to 7. The operation unit 27 described above is configured to be located in the recess 24 when the electrodes 29 and 29 are connected to the conductive members 7 and 7 in this way.
