Description

一种自清洁异形波纹结构壁管 技术领域
本发明涉及一种波纹结构壁管,特别是一种自清洁异形波纹结构壁管。
背景技术
排污管道是城市排水系统以及工业排水系统中非常重要的设施。目前常见的排污管道有塑料管、复合材料管以及混凝土浇筑管等。这些管道的共同特征是其截面均为圆形。也就是说,目前采用的排污管道均为圆筒形管道。
众所周知,圆筒形的排污管道的优势在于其截面积大,在同等大小规格的排污管道中排水能力最强,另外,其内部无棱角,不容易卡塞固体物。但是,根据本申请研究者多年的研究和经验的积累,发现我国目前的城市和工业排污系统容易发生堵塞,尤其是在固体物较多的排污段,经常出现管道堵塞的情况。本研究者经研究发现,造成堵塞的主要原因在于,固体物容易沉积在管道的底部,而圆筒形的排污管在水流本身不够湍急的情况下,底部的水流速度非常平缓,导致底部固体物排出困难,日积月累之后,沉积的固体物越来越多,也就造成了管道的堵塞。
基于此,本研究者从改变管道形状的角度对排污管道进行了改进,设计了一种能够提高排污能力,降低堵塞概率的排污管道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种自清洁异形波纹结构壁管。本发明的排污管道具有排污能力强,堵塞概率低,可自清洁的特点;此外,本发明还具有重量轻,用料少,结构强度高和易安装的特点。
本发明的技术方案:一种自清洁异形波纹结构壁管,包括有光滑壁内管,光滑壁内管外缠绕有波纹外管;所述光滑壁内管的截面轮廓均呈瓜子型,截面轮廓较大的一端为圆弧形顶部,较小的一端为圆弧形底部,侧面为与圆弧 形顶部和圆弧形底部相切连接的侧弧部,侧弧部分别与圆弧形顶部和圆弧形底部所在的圆形的下半部分相切。
前述的自清洁异形波纹结构壁管,所述圆弧形底部的半径与圆弧形顶部的半径比为1:2-3。
前述的自清洁异形波纹结构壁管,所述圆弧形底部的半径与圆弧形顶部的半径比为1:2.5。
前述的自清洁异形波纹结构壁管,所述圆弧形底部的半径与光滑壁内管内部的最大高度之比为1:6-8。
前述的自清洁异形波纹结构壁管,所述圆弧形底部的半径与光滑壁内管内部的最大高度之比为1:7。
前述的自清洁异形波纹结构壁管,所述波纹外管的外轮廓为方形、圆形或与光滑壁内管截面轮廓相同的瓜子型;截面为圆形或与光滑壁内管截面轮廓相同的瓜子型时,波纹外管的底部设有水平部。
前述的自清洁异形波纹结构壁管,所述波纹结构壁管为塑料管、钢管或复合材料管材。
本发明的有益效果
本发明通过将光滑壁内管的截面设计呈瓜子型,顶部与底部采用无棱角的弧形设计,而两侧的侧弧部自上而下逐渐向内侧倾斜。这种结构在排污过程中,由于底部宽度大幅度的变小,其排污宽度变窄,底部单位截面积上受到的水流冲击力会大幅提高。固废下降在管道底部时,很容易在水流较大冲击力的作用下排出,从而减少了固废在底部沉降堆积的可能,大大提高了排污能力,降低了堵塞概率,具有自清洁的优点。同时,本发明还对管道的圆弧形顶部和圆弧形底部的直径比例以及侧面侧弧部的夹角进行了设计,能够保证在提高排固废污染能力的基础上,还不影响排水的能力。
此外,本发明通过将管道结构设置成波纹结构,弥补了异形结构与传统圆形结构相比其在抗压和抗弯性能方面的降低,从而提高了管道的抗压和抗 弯性能;而与本发明研究者设计的另一种截面轮廓相同的异形双层结构壁管相比,在同时满足使用时抗压和抗弯强度要求的前提下,本发明的结构为波纹结构,减少了材料用量,降低了管材重量,而材料强度也同样能够满足使用要求。另外,波纹外管增加了整个管道外壁底部的宽度,便于安装。
本研究者针对自清洁能力进行了相关实验,分别制作了截面积一致的圆筒形塑料管道和本发明所述的异形波纹结构壁管,其中异形波纹结构壁管的内层管的圆弧形底部的半径为16cm,圆弧形顶部的半径为39cm,内层管内的最大高度为108cm,支撑层采用I型的形状(附图1所示)。该光滑壁内管与本项目其他专利的异型管采用同一模具生产,内壁尺寸和形状一致。
将圆筒形塑料管道和异形波纹结构壁管分别拼接至200m的长度,铺设在平整的地面,倾斜角度均为10°,将碎石块、碎布片、垃圾袋和蔬菜叶混合后均分成2份,分别分散在圆筒形塑料管道和异形波纹结构壁管的底部,以灌满圆筒形塑料管道截面1/3高度左右的水流分别从圆筒形塑料管道和异形波纹结构壁管较高的一端自然流入,排水5min后观察管内的固废排出情况,重复试验3次,结果如下表:

需要说明的是,本发明的异形波纹结构壁管的排污和自清洁能力与本项 目发明人申请的另外2个专利的排污能力无异,区别是结构强度的不同,并且更容易安装。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
本发明的实施例
实施例:一种自清洁异形波纹结构壁管,如附图1、2和5所示,包括有光滑壁内管1,光滑壁内管1外缠绕有波纹外管2;所述光滑壁内管1的截面轮廓均呈瓜子型,截面轮廓较大的一端为圆弧形顶部3,较小的一端为圆弧形底部4,侧面为与圆弧形顶部3和圆弧形底部4相切连接的侧弧部5,侧弧部5分别与圆弧形顶部3和圆弧形底部4所在的圆形的下半部分相切。
在安装时,直接将波纹结构壁管放置在安装位,依靠波纹外管2增加的底部的面积来固定波纹结构壁管,必要时可以采用其他常规辅助支架进行支撑,从而实现管道的安装以及便于管道之间的相互连接。
所述圆弧形底部4的半径与圆弧形顶部3的半径比为1:2-3。作为优选,半径比为1:2.5。
所述圆弧形底部4的半径与光滑壁内管1内部的最大高度之比为1:6-8。作为优选,所述比例为1:7。
所述波纹外管2的外轮廓为方形(图3)、圆形(图4)或与光滑壁内管1截面轮廓相同的瓜子型(图2);截面为圆形或与光滑壁内管1截面轮廓相同的瓜子型时,波纹外管2的底部设有水平部,进一步提高底部的平整度,便于安装。
以上所述的波纹结构壁管可以是塑料管,也可以是钢管或复合材料管材。

  1. 一种自清洁异形波纹结构壁管,其特征在于:包括有光滑壁内管(1),光滑壁内管(1)外缠绕有波纹外管(2);所述光滑壁内管(1)的截面轮廓均呈瓜子型,截面轮廓较大的一端为圆弧形顶部(3),较小的一端为圆弧形底部(4),侧面为与圆弧形顶部(3)和圆弧形底部(4)相切连接的侧弧部(5),侧弧部(5)分别与圆弧形顶部(3)和圆弧形底部(4)所在的圆形的下半部分相切。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自清洁异形波纹结构壁管,其特征在于:所述圆弧形底部(4)的半径与圆弧形顶部(3)的半径比为1:2-3。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的自清洁异形波纹结构壁管,其特征在于:所述圆弧形底部(4)的半径与圆弧形顶部(3)的半径比为1:2.5。

  6. 根据权利要求1所述的自清洁异形波纹结构壁管,其特征在于:所述波纹外管(2)的外轮廓为方形、圆形或与光滑壁内管(1)截面轮廓相同的瓜子型;截面为圆形或与光滑壁内管(1)截面轮廓相同的瓜子型时,波纹外管(2)的底部设有水平部。
