目前市面上的格栅一般为单纯的对较大的固相进行阻隔,由于污水中杂质较多,格栅孔经常会被堵塞,造成水流速度较慢,减低了污水处理的效率,需要对因此市场上急需一种净水处理用防堵塞格栅来解决这人些问题。

工作原理:当需要污水清理时,将格栅安装在污水进水口前,开启阀门,然污水流至进水口处格栅前,此时污水中的液相穿过初过滤格栅板2的格栅孔 18,再穿过复过滤格栅板1的格栅孔18进入污水进水口,通过水流的推动,叶轮9开始旋转,通过叶轮9的旋转带动转轴5的滚珠13和限位凸块14沿防堵刷臂固定杆4的滚珠槽15转动,实现对防堵刷臂3的驱动,通过转轴5的转动带动刷板6一侧的防堵刷毛7对复过滤格栅板1和初过滤格栅板2进行刷洗,可以有效的防止复过滤格栅板1和初过滤格栅板2被固相堵塞。
