背景技术

针对上述问题,人们发明了各种各样的便携式洗衣机。这类便携式洗衣机需要解决三个问题:一、空间占用及重量问题;二、洗涤剂携带问题;三、洗涤剂的排放问题。生活当中,为了解决第二、第三个问题,人们设计了很多常见的电解装置将水电解为弱碱性水与衣物污垢发生皂化反应,并使自来水产生活性氧和次氯酸从而洁净衣物,达到无需使用洗涤剂的效果。但是现有的发明创造并没有很好的平衡这些问题,依然存在更进一步设计的空间,使得便携式洗衣机能够更加精巧,携带更加方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供了一种环保、便携的洗衣机。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种环保便携式电解除污洗衣机,其特征在于,包括壳体,所述壳体装置有可转动的搅拌装置,所述搅拌装置用于搅拌水和衣物,所述壳体装置有电解装置,所述电解装置用于电解生产次氯酸。
本实用新型原理:本实用新型是提供一种可多种位置安放的便携式洗衣机, 将该洗衣机的电解装置和搅拌装置伸入水和衣物中,启动电解装置和搅拌装置后,电解装置电解生产次氯酸用于除污,搅拌装置用于机械搅拌衣物和次氯酸。本结构简单,可以配合各种形状的水桶的开口使用,使用的用途广泛,方便携带。而且携带外出使用时,无需随身携带洗涤剂,方便而环保。

在上述的环保便携式电解除污洗衣机中,所述电解装置还包括带孔的电解片护盖,所述电解片护盖位于阴阳电解极片和搅拌装置之间。
在上述的环保便携式电解除污洗衣机中,所述搅拌装置上连接有驱动电机,所述驱动电机用于驱动搅拌装置搅动。
在上述的环保便携式电解除污洗衣机中,所述阴阳电解极片包括阴极环状极片和阳极环状极片,所述阴极环状极片和阳极环状极片分别贴近设置于壳体内壁。
在上述的环保便携式电解除污洗衣机中,所述搅拌装置和电解装置均连接有防水蓄电池,所述防水蓄电池用于为搅拌装置和电解装置供电。

以下是本实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。
功能水定义为通过人为处理,获得各种有用功能的水,电解水作为一种具有灭菌效果好,实用性强且无二次污染的杀菌处理技术受到欢迎。通过钛电极电解饮用水或微量淡盐水产生功能水,广泛应用于电解水机中。
1)利用电解产生次氯酸根、新生态氧、羟基自由基等具有强氧化性物质对微生物杀灭。
2)利用电解电极直接作用于微生物,使其死亡。
3)碱性离子水可直接治疗多种疾病,有效改善人体新陈代谢功能,消除有害的酸性代谢产物自由基,增强体质起预防和提高抗病能力的作用。
4)酸性离子水具有抑制细菌生长的作用,效果与美容的收敛水相同,并应用强氧化性进行杀菌消毒处理。
次氯酸消毒杀菌的原理如下:首先,次氯酸分解形成新生态氧[O],新生态氧的极强氧化性使菌体和病毒的蛋白质变性,从而使病原微生物致死;其次,次氯酸在杀菌、杀病毒过程中,不仅可作用于细胞壁、病毒外壳,而且因次氯酸分子小,不带电荷,还可渗透入菌(病毒)体内与菌(病毒)体蛋白、核酸和酶等发生氧化反应或破坏其磷酸脱氢酶,使糖代谢失调而致细胞死亡,从而杀死病原微生物;同时,次氯酸产生出的氯离子还能显著改变细菌和病毒体的渗透压,使其细胞丧失活性而死亡。次氯酸钠的浓度越高,杀菌作用越强。
自来水常用氯气来杀菌消毒,因此自来水中含有氯离子,在经过电解后可产生次氯酸;纯净水在加入食盐(氯化钠)后也可经电解产生次氯酸。如图1所示,一种环保便携式电解除污洗衣机,包括壳体1,壳体1装置有可转动的搅拌装置2,搅拌装置2用于搅拌水和衣物,壳体1装置有电解装置3,电解装置3用于电解生产次氯酸。
优选的,为了达到避免线状衣物缠绕、使清洗效果更好,搅拌装置2包括叶轮,叶轮包括叶轮座4和多个叶轮片5,叶轮片5为凸起弧形脊状,叶轮片5自叶轮座4中部向叶轮座4边缘延伸,相邻叶轮片5之间形成凹形曲面。
进一步细说,为了装置简洁易携带,采用通用的简易阴阳电解极片6,电解装置3包括阴阳电解极片6,阴阳电解极片6上连接有电源控制器7。
优选的,为了保护电解片,电解装置3还包括带孔的电解片护盖8,电解片护盖8设置于阴阳电解极片6和搅拌装置2之间。
优选的,为了省时省力,搅拌装置2上连接有驱动电机9,驱动电机9用于驱动搅拌装置2搅动。
优选的,为了增大电解的效果,可以增大阴阳电解极片6的与水的接触面。阴阳电解极片6包括阴极环状极片10和阳极环状极片11,阴极环状极片10和 阴极环状极片10分别贴近设置于壳体1内壁。
优选的,为了让本便携式洗衣机可以直接放到水桶的水内清洗衣物,搅拌装置2和电解装置3均连接有防水蓄电池14,所述防水蓄电池14用于为搅拌装置2和电解装置3供电。
进一步细说,为了保证洗衣机全部放入水桶里也可以持续不断的工作,防水蓄电池14上连接有防水无线充电器15,防水无线充电器15用于接收电能并传送至防水蓄电池14中。
优选的,为了保护衣物防止衣物被刮伤,搅拌装置2和壳体1内壁的表面光滑。
另外,为了电解的时间和效果可控,还设置了电解驱动控制板12,安装底盖板13使整个洗衣机运作更稳定。
