振膜及采用该振膜的扬声器 技术领域
本申请涉及声电转换领域,尤其涉及一种振膜及采用该振膜的扬声器。
背景技术
近年来随着移动通信技术的快速发展,消费者越来越多地使用带有语音功能的移动通讯设备,例如便携式电话、掌上游戏机、手提电脑、膝上型计算机、多媒体播放器及能够通过公共或专用通信网络进行通信的其他设备。而扬声器作为语音的播放装置,其设计好坏直接影响移动通讯设备的性能。
目前,采用双振膜的扬声器包括盆架、收容于盆架内的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括音圈、分别固定于所述音圈两端第一振膜和第二振膜及夹持于第二振膜与音圈之间的弹性支撑件。所述第二振膜通常采用多孔阻尼件,所述第二振膜包括折环部及自所述折环部延伸形成的固定部,所述折环部与所述固定部上均形成有通孔,所述固定部通常与所述弹性支撑件及所述盆架胶合固定。由于扬声器性能需求,需要所述折环部上的通孔孔径较大,导致所述固定部上的通孔同样孔径较大,使得即使通过高温模压等方式也无法将所述固定部的通孔孔径缩小,从而在打胶固定所述第二振膜与所述弹性支撑件、所述盆架时,由于所述固定部上的通孔孔径较大造成溢胶严重甚至无法通过胶水胶合,影响到产品的外观和性能。
因此,有必要提供一种改进的振膜及采用该振膜的扬声器来解决上述问题。
技术问题
针对相关技术中的扬声器由于振膜结构的影响,导致胶合固定振膜时溢胶严重甚至无法通过胶水胶合,从而影响到扬声器的性能的技术问题,本申请提供了一种在装配时能有效避免溢胶,降低装配难度,从而提升扬声器性能的振膜。
技术解决方案
针对相关技术中的扬声器由于振膜结构的影响,导致胶合固定振膜时溢胶严重甚至无法通过胶水胶合,从而影响到扬声器的性能的技术问题,本申请提供了一种在装配时能有效避免溢胶,降低装配难度,从而提升扬声器性能的振膜。
一种振膜包括振膜本体及与所述振膜本体固定连接的胶合部,所述振膜本体包括折环部、自所述折环部延伸形成的固定部、形成于所述折环部与所述固定部上的通孔,所述胶合部与所述固定部固定连接且覆盖所述固定部上的所述通孔。
优选的,所述固定部包括自所述折环部一侧延伸形成的第一固定部及自所述折环部另一侧延伸形成的第二固定部,所述第一固定部与所述第二固定部均形成有所述通孔,所述胶合部包括与所述第一固定部固定连接的第一胶合部及与所述第二固定部固定连接的第二胶合部。
优选的,所述第一固定部包括第一上表面及与所述第一上表面相对设置的第一下表面,形成于所述第一固定部的所述通孔自所述第一上表面向所述第一下表面方向贯穿所述第一固定部设置,所述第一胶合部包括与所述第一上表面固定连接的第一部分、与所述第一下表面固定连接的第二部分及连接所述第一部分与所述第二部分的第三部分,所述第一部分覆盖所述第一上表面,所述第二部分覆盖所述第一下表面,所述第三部分填充于所述第一固定部的所述通孔中。

有益效果
与相关技术相比,本申请的振膜通过设置所述胶合部与所述固定部固定连接,并让所述胶合部覆盖所述固定部的所述通孔设置,使得所述振膜在装配时通过所述胶合部与其他部件胶合固定,胶合面更加的平整,不容易出现溢胶现象,改善了产品外观以及装配胶合状态的一致性,降低了装配难度。
相对应的,本申请提供的扬声器通过采用所述振膜可以有效地避免溢胶的问题,从而提升了所述扬声器的性能。

请结合参阅图1至图3。本申请提供了一种扬声器100,其包括盆架10、收容于所述盆架10内的磁路系统30和振动系统50,所述磁路系统30用于驱动所述振动系统50振动发声。
所述磁路系统30包括与所述盆架10固定连接的磁轭31、组配于所述磁轭31上的主磁钢32和副磁钢33、叠设于所述主磁钢32上的主极芯34及叠设于所述副磁钢33上的副极芯35,所述副磁钢33与所述主磁钢32间隔设置形成磁间隙。
所述振动系统50包括音圈51、与所述音圈51远离所述磁轭31一侧连接的第一振膜52、与所述音圈51靠近所述磁轭31一侧连接的弹性支撑件53及与所述弹性支撑件53靠近所述磁轭31一侧连接的第二振膜54。
所述音圈51至少部分插设于所述磁间隙内用于驱动所述第一振膜52振动发声。所述音圈51包括两相对设置的长轴边511及连接两所述长轴边511的两短轴边513,所述长轴边511至少部分插设于所述磁间隙内。
所述第一振膜52包括与所述音圈51固定连接的球顶部521、自所述球顶部521向外延伸形成的第一折环部523及自所述第一折环部523向外延伸形成的连接部525,所述连接部525固定于所述盆架10上。

所述第一胶合部561包括与所述第一上表面5533固定连接的第一部分5611、与所述第一下表面5534固定连接的第二部分5613及连接所述第一部分5611与所述第二部分5613的第三部分5615,所述第一部分5611覆盖所述第一上表面5533,所述第二部分5613覆盖所述第一下表面5534,所述第三部分5615填充于所述第一固定部5531的所述通孔555中。
所述第二胶合部563包括与所述第二上表面5535固定连接的第四部分5631、与所述第二下表面5536固定连接的第五部分5633及连接所述第四部分5631与所述第五部分5633的第六部分5635,所述第四部分5631覆盖所述第二上表面5535,所述第五部分5633覆盖所述第二下表面5536,所述第六部分5635填充于所述第二固定部5532的所述通孔555中。
所述胶合部56与所述固定部553通过高温融合或胶水胶合固定为一体。所述第一部分5611远离所述第一固定部5531一侧表面与第一安装部531相互胶合固定,所述第四部分5631远离所述第二固定部5532一侧表面与所述第二安装部533相互胶合固定。在本实施例中,所述第二部分5613远离所述第一固定部5531的一侧表面悬置于所述盆架10与所述磁轭31围成的空间内,所述第五部分5633远离所述第二固定部5532的一侧表面悬置于所述盆架10与所述磁轭31围成的空间内。当然,在其他实施例中,根据实际所需所述第二部分5613远离所述第一固定部5531的一侧表面可与任意其他部件相互胶合固定,所述第五部分5633远离所述第二固定部5532的一侧表面可与任意其他部件相互胶合固定。即只需在所述固定部553上设置所述胶合部56,所述第二振膜54通过所述胶合部56与其他部件胶合固定即可。
可以理解的是,通过设置所述胶合部56覆盖所述固定部553,可以良好的填充所述通孔555。在所述第二振膜54与所述弹性支撑件53以及所述盆架10胶合时胶合面更加平整,不容易发生溢胶,从而提升了产品的外观和性能。
与相关技术相比,本申请的振膜通过设置所述胶合部与所述固定部固定连接,并让所述胶合部覆盖所述固定部的所述通孔设置,使得所述振膜在装配时通过所述胶合部与其他部件胶合固定,胶合面更加的平整,不容易出现溢胶现象,改善了产品外观以及装配胶合状态的一致性,降低了装配难度。
相对应的,本申请提供的扬声器通过采用所述振膜可以有效地避免溢胶的问题,从而提升了所述扬声器的性能。
以上所述的仅是本申请的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本申请的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种振膜,包括振膜本体,所述振膜本体包括折环部、自所述折环部延伸形成的固定部及形成于所述折环部与所述固定部上的通孔,其特征在于,所述振膜还包括与所述固定部固定连接的胶合部,所述胶合部覆盖所述固定部上的所述通孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的振膜,其特征在于,所述固定部包括自所述折环部一侧延伸形成的第一固定部及自所述折环部另一侧延伸形成的第二固定部,所述第一固定部与所述第二固定部均形成有所述通孔,所述胶合部包括与所述第一固定部固定连接的第一胶合部及与所述第二固定部固定连接的第二胶合部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的振膜,其特征在于,所述第一固定部包括第一上表面及与所述第一上表面相对设置的第一下表面,形成于所述第一固定部的所述通孔自所述第一上表面向所述第一下表面方向贯穿所述第一固定部设置,所述第一胶合部包括与所述第一上表面固定连接的第一部分、与所述第一下表面固定连接的第二部分及连接所述第一部分与所述第二部分的第三部分,所述第一部分覆盖所述第一上表面,所述第二部分覆盖所述第一下表面,所述第三部分填充于所述第一固定部的所述通孔。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的振膜,其特征在于,所述第二固定部包括第二上表面及与所述第二上表面相对设置的第二下表面,形成于所述第二固定部的所述通孔自所述第二上表面向所述第二下表面方向贯穿所述第二固定部设置,所述第二胶合部包括与所述第二上表面固定连接的第四部分、与所述第二下表面固定连接的第五部分及连接所述第四部分与所述第五部分的第六部分,所述第四部分覆盖所述第二上表面,所述第五部分覆盖所述第二下表面,所述第六部分填充于所述第二固定部的所述通孔中。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的振膜,其特征在于,所述胶合部与所述固定部通过高温融合或胶水胶合固定为一体。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的振膜,其特征在于,所述胶合部为硅橡胶、热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶或热塑性弹性体材料制成。
  7. 一种扬声器,包括盆架、收容于所述盆架内的振动系统及磁路系统,其特征在于,所述振动系统包括如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的振膜。
