Abstract
The invention relates to the food packaging with adjustable internal volume developed for preservation of butter and similar products and has adjustable volume depending on the varying volume of the products packed therein during use. The food packaging with adjustable internal volume according to the invention comprises of the rotary body (1) that comprise the rotation handle (1.1), the platform guideway (1.2) and the stretching bar (1.3) thereon, the outer casing body (2) with helical guideway (2.1) formed therein, the movable platform (3) with motion tab (3.1) arranged at outer portion thereof, and the cover (4) parts and sections.
Description
FOOD PACKAGING WITH ADJUSTABLE INTERNAL VOLUME
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to the food packaging with adjustable internal volume developed for preservation of butter and similar products and having an adjustable volume depending on the varying volume of the products packed therein during use.
PRIOR ART
The butter and similar products used in kitchens are introduced into the market by the manufacturers after being packed in varying sizes and weights. These products are consumed in prolonged periods during general consumer practices and the packaging of these products are opened and closed many times. However, using packages of some products, in particular the butter and similar products, becomes difficult in time and, furthermore, poses some challenges with preservation in terms of hygiene.
Various packaging designs are being developed for the purpose of allowing ease of use and preservation of the butter and similar products. The patent document no. US3920156 discloses a packaging that comprises of a hallow body with exposed upper and lower sections wherein butter and similar product can be placed therein, a piston rod at the lower section of the body for pushing the product contained therein towards outside from the other opening, a spatula structure for cutting and removing the product extracted from the body after being pushed by the piston to a certain extent, and a cover for covering the exposed section of the body when not in use. As the product placed within the body is depleted depending on the use thereof, the remaining product is pushed outside by means of the piston, thus allowing use of the product at desired amount. Here, the piston rod might occupy an excessive space outside the body depending on the amount of product placed within the body, which, in turn, complicates the use and storage thereof.
The document no. CN206036608U discloses a butter gun that allows pushing the butter placed therein towards outside by means of a threaded rod. Here, again, the threaded rod used for pushing the product outside remains out of the packaging when the packaging forming subject matter of the document is completely filled with butter, which again complicates storage of the product. Furthermore, the pushing process becomes tiresome for, and takes long time of, the user taking into consideration the pitch of the threaded rod.
The document no. CN202542147U also discloses a product wherein the butter and any similar product is placed therein and allows extraction of desired amount of butter from the packaging. Said product includes a threaded rod at the central portion of the body wherein the butter is placed. The reciprocating motion of the platform arranged on the threaded rod based on the rotational movement of the threaded rod allows extraction of the butter placed within the body. Once again, the volume occupied by the threaded rod within the body causes the amount of butter than can be packed therein to be small, and the structure presents complications for use due to the pitch of the threaded rod. Furthermore, it would be extremely difficult for the users to refill the product with butter.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The food packaging with adjustable internal volume according to the invention is developed for allowing ease of use and hygienic preservation of the butter and similar products. The food packaging with adjustable internal volume so developed allows extraction of the butter and similar product placed within the packaging body to outside of the packaging body at the desired amount by means of the rotating parts developed at the packaging.
At the food packaging with adjustable internal volume so developed, the movable platform (3) which is arranged within the interior section of the rotary body (1 ), where the butter and similar product is placed therein, and which remains underneath the product inserted into the packaging makes upwards- downwards reciprocating motion depending on the rotational movement of the rotary body (1 ) and allows modification of the internal volume of the packaging
as desired. The fact that the outer casing body (2) of the motion tabs (3.1 ) located at exterior part of the movable platform (3) can be moved depending on progression within the helical guideway (2.1 ) arranged at the interior section facilitates use of the developed packaging.
All parts that constitute the food packaging with adjustable internal volume so developed are designed to be readily demountable. In this manner, in case the product preserved in the packaging is fully depleted or in case the user intends to replace such product, the packaging can be easily cleaned by the user and can be readily set-up for further use.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The food packaging with adjustable internal volume according to the invention comprises of the rotary body (1 ) that comprise the rotation handle (1.1 ), the platform guideway (1.2) and the stretching bar (1.3) thereon, the outer casing body (2) with helical guideway (2.1 ) formed therein, the movable platform (3) with motion tab (3.1 ) arranged at outer portion thereof, and the cover (4) parts and sections.
The rotation handle (1.1 ) that allows the user to readily rotate the body (1 ) around its own axis is arranged at the lower portion of the rotary body (1 ) developed at the food packaging with adjustable internal volume according to the invention. The rotary body (1 ) further comprises the platform guideway (1.2) for guiding the movement of the motion tab (3.1 ) of the movable platform (3) inserted therein. The stretching bar (1.3) that allows ease of insertion of the movable platform (3) into the rotary body (1 ) by the users during assembly of the packaging is arranged on the rotary body (1 ). The stretching bar (1.3) is formed at the upper portion of the platform guideway (1.2) on the rotary body (1 )·
The helical guideway (2.1 ) formed along the casing body (2) is arranged at the inner section of the outer casing body (2) developed at the food packaging with adjustable internal volume according to the invention. The end portions of the helical guideway (2.1 ) arranged at the lower and upper edges of the outer casing body (2) are formed as exposed to the outside.
The motion tabs (3.1 ) formed at different levels along the height of the platform body are arranged at the edge portion of the movable platform (3) developed at the food packaging with adjustable internal volume according to the invention. Arrangement of the motion tabs (3.1 ) at different levels facilitates guiding of the upwards-downwards reciprocating rotary motion of the movable platform (3).
The cover (4) piece developed at the food packaging with adjustable internal volume according to the invention allows preservation of the product preserved within the packaging from external factors when the packaging is not in use.
At the food packaging with adjustable internal volume according to the invention, first of all the movable platform (3) is inserted into the internal section of the rotary body (1 ). As previously mentioned herein, the movable platform (3) can be easily inserted within the rotary body (1 ) by the user thanks to the stretching bar (1.3) arranged on the rotary body (1 ). The movable platform (3) is inserted within the rotary body (1 ) such that the motion tab (3.1 ) arranged on the movable platform (3) is inserted in the platform guideway (1.2) arranged on the rotary body (1 ). Then, the outer casing body (2) is inserted and linked to the rotary body (1 ) with the movable platform (3) inserted therein. When assembling the outer casing body (2) on the rotary body (1 ), the movable platform (3) motion tab (3.1 ) protruding outwards from the rotary body (1 ) platform guideway (1.2) is fitted in the helical guideway (2.1 ) arranged at the inner section of the outer casing body (2) by a slight rotational motion applied by the user. After assembling the rotary body (1 ), the movable platform (3) and the outer casing body (2), the cover (4) can be fitted on the outer casing body (2) in order to keep the packaging sealed when not in use.
After completing the assembly of the food packaging with adjustable internal volume according to the invention, the butter and any similar product can be placed within the rotary body (1 ) and on the movable platform (3) after removing the product from its packaging. When the user rotates the rotation handle (1.1 ) located at the lower portion of the rotary body (1 ) around its own axis, the motion tab (3.1 ) inserted in the platform guideway (1.2) is forced to move by the platform guideway (1.2) depending on the rotational motion of the rotary body (1 ). The motion tab (3.1 ) inserted and fitted in the helical guideway (2.1 ) arranged at the inner section of the outer casing body (2) moves upwards along the helical guideway (2.1 ) due to movement of the rotary body (1 ). The product packed inside the packaging is then extracted outside from the rotary body (1 ) depending on the upward movement of the movable platform (3). After the user extracts desired amount of product from the packaging by rotating the rotation handle (1.1 ), the product is removed from the packaging by the user using any kitchen utensil and the product remaining the rotary body (1 ) can be safely preserved until next use by closing the cover (4).
After the product placed in the rotary body (1 ) of the food packaging with adjustable internal volume according to the invention is fully depleted, the user can dismantle the cover (4), the movable platform (3), the outer casing body (2) and the rotary body (1 ) and then clean the packaging before reuse. Thus, the food packaging according to the invention allows prolonged hygienic use.
Claims
1. The food packaging with adjustable internal volume developed for preservation of butter and similar products and has adjustable volume depending on the varying volume of the products packed therein during use, characterized in that; it comprises of the rotary body (1 ) that comprise the rotation handle (1.1 ), the platform guideway (1.2) and the stretching bar (1.3) thereon, the outer casing body (2) with helical guideway (2.1 ) formed therein, the movable platform (3) with motion tab (3.1 ) arranged at outer portion thereof, and the cover (4) parts and sections.
2. A food packaging with adjustable internal volume according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises of a rotation handle (1.1 ) that allows the user to readily rotate the body (1 ) around its own axis arranged at the lower portion of said rotary body (1 ).
3. A food packaging with adjustable internal volume according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises the platform guideway (1.2) arranged on said rotary body (1 ) for guiding the movement of the motion tab (3.1 ) of the movable platform (3) inserted therein.

A food packaging with adjustable internal volume according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises of the stretching bar (1.3) arranged on the rotary body (1 ) that allows ease of insertion of the movable platform (3) into the rotary body (1 ) by the users during assembly of the packaging.

A food packaging with adjustable internal volume according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises of the helical guideway (2.1 ) arranged at the inner section of the outer casing body (2) and formed along the casing body (2) with end portions arranged at the lower and upper edges of the outer casing body (2) formed as exposed to the outside.
6. A food packaging with adjustable internal volume according to claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises of motion tabs (3.1 ) formed at
different levels along the height of the platform body and arranged on the movable platform (3) for guiding of the upwards-downwards reciprocating rotary motion of the movable platform (3).
