本发明涉及模具技术领域,具体涉及一种冲压模具夹具。
背景技术
冲压模具,是在冷冲压加工中,将材料加工成零件的一种特殊工艺装备,称为冷冲压模具,冲压,是在室温下,利用安装在压力机上的模具对材料施加压力,使其产生分离或塑性变形,从而获得所需零件的一种压力加工方法。现有的冲压模夹具普遍由夹具本体和冲压模具组成,一般采用直接将模具固定在夹具本体上的方法,这种方法虽然可以使模具在加工时更稳定,但是通过这种安装方式的冲压模具不便于快速更换,在对模具进行调节时不方便。极大地影响了加工的效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种冲压模具夹具,它的装卸方便,且能实现快速更换冲压模,定位准确方便调节,提高了生产了效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案是:它包含冲压杆1、安装座2、固定座3、固定环4;所述的安装座2通过螺栓安装于冲压杆1的下方,安装座2的下方安装有固定座3,固定环4旋转固定于固定座3的底部;所述的固定座3包含外螺纹31、定位槽32、安装槽33;所述的外螺纹31设置于固定座3的下方外部,定位槽32设置于固定座3的内部,安装槽33的数量为两组,两组安装槽33分别对应设置于固定座3的两侧,所述的安装座2包含板体21、安装孔22、第二安装槽23;所述的安装孔22的数量为四个,四个安装孔22分别对应设置于板体21的内侧周边,第二安装槽23位于板体21的两侧。
所述的冲压杆1的底部表面设置有与安装孔22位置相对应的固定管孔。
所述的固定环4的内壁设置有与外螺纹31相配合的内螺纹41,固定环4的外部设置有若干个调节孔。
所述的安装座2的上方表面设置有水平或垂直检测表。
所述的固定座3的两端设置有气管固定环。
所述的安装座2与固定座3均为高档进口型钢材结构。
本发明的工作原理:通过在冲压杆1的底部安装安装板2,此时将垂直度以及水平度进行精确调节后,再将冲压模具放置固定座3的内部,固定座3通过螺栓旋钮固定,将固定环4旋转于固定座3的外侧,此时冲压模具安装完毕,当冲压模的端口出线瑕疵时,只需将固定座3与安装座2之间的螺栓松开,取出固定座3协同模具一起进行平面磨后,紧固螺栓固定座3与安装座2固定后即可开机加工,大大缩短了装卸的时间,且精密度也得到了提高。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:它的装卸方便,且能实现快速更换冲压模,定位准确方便调节,在安装座的两边安装有气吹装置,将灰尘进行吹除,保证了产品的质量,提高了生产了效率。

参看图1-图3所示,本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是:它包含冲压杆1、安装座2、固定座3、固定环4;所述的安装座2通过螺栓安装于冲压杆1 的下方,安装座2的下方安装有固定座3,固定环4旋转固定于固定座3的底部;所述的固定座3包含外螺纹31、定位槽32、安装槽33;所述的外螺纹31设置于固定座3的下方外部,定位槽32设置于固定座3的内部,安装槽33的数量为两组,两组安装槽33分别对应设置于固定座3的两侧,所述的安装座2包含板体21、安装孔22、第二安装槽23;所述的安装孔22的数量为四个,四个安装孔22分别对应设置于板体21的内侧周边,第二安装槽23位于板体21的两侧;所述的冲压杆1的底部表面设置有与安装孔22位置相对应的固定孔,方便对冲压杆1与安装座2进行固定定位;所述的固定环4的内壁设置有与外螺纹31相配合的内螺纹41,固定环4的外部设置有若干个调节孔。通过调节孔将固定环4旋转拆卸;所述的安装座2的上方表面设置有水平或垂直检测表。可以对安装座2的精确度进行实时测量,操作者对表针数值实时记录;所述的固定座3的两端设置有气管固定环。气管固定环的内部安装有气吹装置,气吹装置将产品及模具周边尘埃进行吹除,保证了产品的质量;所述的安装座2与固定座3均为高档进口型钢材结构。
本发明的工作原理:通过在冲压杆1的底部安装安装板2,此时将垂直度以及水平度进行精确调节后,再将冲压模具放置固定座3的内部,固定座3通过螺栓旋钮固定,将固定环4旋转于固定座3的外侧,此时冲压模具安装完毕,当冲压模的端口出线瑕疵时,只需将固定座3与安装座2之间的螺栓松开,取出固定座3协同模具一起进行平面磨后,紧固螺栓固定座3与安装座2固定后即可开机加工,大大缩短了装卸的时间,且精密度也得到了提高。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:它的装卸方便,且能实现快速更换冲压模,定位准确方便调节,在安装座的两边安装有气吹装置,将灰尘进行吹除,保证了产品的质量,提高了生产了效率。
