Abstract

本发明公开了一种同轴旋转式杯盖,其包括具有进水连接孔(10)的杯盖本体(1)、在杯盖本体(1)上的枢轴孔(11)、旋转把手(2)和吸嘴部(3);在旋转把手(2)未被翻起时,吸嘴部(3)的进水孔(30)与进水连接孔(10)未连通;在吸嘴部(3)随着旋转把手(2)的翻起而发生转动时,进水孔(30)与进水连接孔(10)相连通。本发明还公开了一种饮水杯。如此,用户单手翻起旋转把手时,吸嘴部能够发生转动,进水孔与进水连接孔相连通,就可以进入到进水孔,以方便完成喝水动作;不需要喝水时,用户单手做相反的翻动操作,进水孔就不再与进水连接孔连通,于是可以关闭进入到进水孔。

Description

同轴旋转式杯盖及具有该杯盖的饮水杯 技术领域
本发明涉及饮水杯的技术领域,尤其涉及一种同轴旋转式杯盖及具有该杯盖的饮水杯。
背景技术
用户通常会使用饮水杯盛放诸如饮料或者矿泉水等饮料,以在口渴时饮用。现有的饮水杯主要包括杯体以及与该杯体配合的杯盖。杯盖一般包括有杯盖主体、在杯盖主体上开设的出水孔以及能够密封住出水孔的密封塞,出水孔往往会高出杯盖主体一定的高度。需要喝水时,用户利用一个手握住杯体,利用另一个手将杯盖上的密封塞打开或者移除,露出出水孔(或称饮水孔),然而通过该出水口去饮用杯体中盛放的水;不需要喝水时,用户利用一个手握住杯体,利用另一个手将密封塞密封住杯盖上的出水孔,从而确保杯体中的水不会流出。
现有的这种杯盖结构却存在一些问题:需要喝水时,用户通过单独的一个手很难移除杯盖上的密封塞,也就无法打开出水孔喝水;用户单独依靠一个手也难以把密封塞封住杯盖上的出水孔。也就是说,现有的杯盖结构需要用户双手操作才可以喝到杯体中盛放的饮料,难以满足用户希望利用单手操作来打开或者关闭杯盖上出水口的实际需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种同轴旋转式杯盖。该同轴旋转式杯盖在紧固到盛水的杯体后,方便用户通过单手翻起或者下翻旋转把手,就可以打开或者关闭进入到吸嘴部的进水孔,以完成喝水动作。
本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题是提供一种具有上述同轴旋转式杯盖的饮水杯。该饮水杯方便用户通过单手翻起或者下翻杯盖的旋转把手,就可以打开或者关闭进入到吸嘴部的进水孔,以轻松地完成喝水动作。
本发明解决上述第一个技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该同轴旋转式杯盖,包括杯盖本体,杯盖本体具有进水连接孔以及设置在杯盖本体上的枢轴孔,其特征在于,还包括旋转把手和吸嘴部;
其中,所述旋转把手具有把手本体以及位于该把手本体上的销杆,销杆的端部形成有第一切口且销杆的该端部能够穿入对应的枢轴孔内转动,旋转把手通过销杆的该端部与枢轴孔的配合可转动地位于杯盖本体上;
所述吸嘴部具有进水孔、出水通道和饮水孔,出水通道分别连通进水孔和饮水孔;位于该吸嘴部上且靠近进水孔的位置形成有与第一切口做卡合配合的开槽,吸嘴部通过该开槽与第一切口之间的卡合配合转动地连接在旋转把手上;
并且,在所述旋转把手未被翻起时,所述吸嘴部的进水孔与杯盖本体的进水连接孔未连通;在所述吸嘴部随着旋转把手的翻起而发生转动时,该吸嘴部的进水孔与杯盖本体的进水连接孔相连通。
改进地,所述同轴旋转式杯盖还包括有配合遮盖吸嘴部的饮水孔的吸嘴翻盖部;所述销杆的端部形成有第二切口,该吸嘴翻盖部具有翻盖部本体以及沿翻盖部本体延伸而成的弯耳,弯耳形成有与第二切口做卡合配合的转动开孔,吸嘴翻盖部通过转动开孔与第二切口之间的卡合配合转动地连接在旋转把手上。
进一步地,在所述同轴旋转式杯盖中,所述销杆的端部形成有第一销轴孔,所述吸嘴部的开槽内形成有第二销轴孔,所述第一销轴孔、转动开孔和第二销轴孔中穿设有一销轴。
再改进,在所述同轴旋转式杯盖中,所述吸嘴翻盖部形成有卡合部,所述杯盖本体上形成有拨动孔,拨动孔内安装有配合遮盖吸嘴部的饮水孔的拨动结构,拨动结构具有穿过拨动孔后且位于杯盖本体外侧的拨动开关,拨动结构与卡合部可脱卸在一起。
改进地,在所述同轴旋转式杯盖中,所述杯盖本体具有位于进水连接孔的外围且形成在杯盖本体的上端面的固定壁,枢轴孔形成在固定壁上。
进一步地,所述固定壁上形成有定位槽,与所述销杆的端部处于同侧且位于所述旋转把手上具有能够进入到定位槽内的定位突起。
改进地,在所述同轴旋转式杯盖中,所述杯盖本体的上端面设置有对应配合进水连接孔的密封部件,密封部件具有连通进水连接孔的开孔,该密封部件位于吸嘴部与进水连接孔之间。
再改进,在所述同轴旋转式杯盖中,所述第二切口的弧度大于所述第一切口的弧度;或者,所述杯盖本体具有进气孔;或者,所述杯盖本体的内侧具有防漏水的密封圈。
本发明解决上述第二个技术问题所采用的技术方案为:该具有所述同轴旋转式杯盖的饮水杯,包括杯体,其特征在于,所述同轴旋转式杯盖的杯盖本体与杯体相互旋紧一起。
进一步地,所述饮水杯还包括饮水管,饮水管的一端与杯盖本体的进水连接孔相连接,饮水管的另一端位于杯体内。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
首先,本发明中的同轴旋转式杯盖至少具有杯盖本体、旋转把手和吸嘴部,杯盖本体具有进水连接孔和枢轴孔,旋转把手上形成有能够进入枢轴孔内以实现转动的销杆,由此使旋转把手能够转动地连接到杯盖本体上;吸嘴部具有进水孔、出水通道和饮水孔, 吸嘴部转动地连接在旋转把手上。这样,用户单手翻起旋转把手,就可以使吸嘴部的进水孔与杯盖本体的进水连接孔相连通,此时便打开了吸嘴部的进水孔,以方便完成喝水动作;用户单手下翻旋转把手,吸嘴部随着旋转把手转动,就可以使吸嘴部的进水孔不再与杯盖本体的进水连接孔连通,此时便关闭了吸嘴部的进水孔;
其次,本发明中的同轴旋转式杯盖还可以增加设置吸嘴翻盖部,吸嘴翻盖部转动地连接在旋转把手上,并且通过一销轴穿设旋转把手、吸嘴部和吸嘴翻盖部,以实现旋转把手、吸嘴部和吸嘴翻盖部之间的同轴旋转,即单独翻起该旋转把手,就可以使得吸嘴部和吸嘴翻盖部也随着旋转,达到了旋转把手、吸嘴部和吸嘴翻盖部三者转动时的同轴联动旋转效果;
最后,本发明的同轴旋转式杯盖还可以在其吸嘴翻盖部上形成卡合部,杯盖本体的拨动孔内安装具有穿过该拨动孔且位于杯盖本体外侧的拨动开关,拨动结构与卡合部可脱卸在一起,如此设置,只要用户利用单手拨动该拨动开关,就可以使拨动结构与卡合部相互脱卸分离,从而方便用户进一步旋转该旋转把手,进而打开或者关闭吸嘴部的进水孔。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1~图13所示,为本发明一种同轴旋转式杯盖的一个优选实施例。该同轴旋转式杯盖包括杯盖本体1、旋转把手2和吸嘴部3。
其中,杯盖本体1具有进水连接孔10以及设置在杯盖本体1上的枢轴孔11,此处的“设置”是指,枢轴孔11既可以是由杯盖本体1直接形成,也可以是由一个独立部件形成该枢轴孔11,然后再将形成该枢轴口11的独立部件固定到杯盖本体1上;不仅如此,该同轴旋转式杯盖还包括:
该旋转把手2具有把手本体20以及位于该把手本体20上的销杆21,销杆21的端部形成有第一切口211且销杆21的该端部能够穿入对应的枢轴孔11内转动,旋转把手2通过销杆21的该端部与枢轴孔11的配合可转动地位于杯盖本体1上;
此处所指的旋转把手2是指用户能够施加外力给杯盖的结构,属于整个杯盖接收外外力的受力结构。例如,该旋转把手2既可以设计成如图3所示的结构形式,当然也可以设计成单杆的结构形式。另外,关于“位于该把手本体20上的销杆21”是指,销杆21既可以是由该把手本体20直接形成,销杆21也可以是作为一个独立的部件,然后被固定在把手本体20上。第一切口211能够对旋转(翻起)过程中的旋转把手2起到角度定位的作用。
其中,如图3和图12所示,此处的销杆21优选由该把手本体20形成;把手本体20在整体上大致呈U型,该U型把手本体20的左右两端分别形成有一销杆21;当然,销杆21也可以是一个独立的部件,销杆21通过常用的紧固方式设置在把手本体20上;
该吸嘴部3具有进水孔30、出水通道31和饮水孔32,出水通道31分别连通进水孔30和饮水孔32;位于该吸嘴部3上且靠近进水孔30的位置形成有与第一切口211做卡合配合的开槽34,吸嘴部3通过该开槽34与第一切口211之间的卡合配合转动地连接在旋转把手2上;例如,参见图9所示,可以在开槽34的内侧壁上形成有第一凸块341,利用该第一凸块341配合对应的销杆上的第一切口211,以实现开槽34与销杆21之间的卡合配合;
其中,在旋转把手2未被翻起时,吸嘴部3的进水孔30与杯盖本体1的进水连接孔10未连通;在吸嘴部3随着旋转把手2的翻起而发生转动时,吸嘴部3的进水孔30与杯盖本体1的进水连接孔10相连通。这样,在将该同轴旋转式杯盖配合紧固到盛水的杯体上后,一旦用户单手翻起旋转把手2,吸嘴部3会随之翻起,使其进水口30连通杯盖本体1的进水连接孔10,杯体中的水就会通过该进水连接孔10进入到杯盖,然后再经吸嘴部3的进水孔30和出水通道31流入到饮水孔32处,方便用户的饮用需要。
出于方便用户安全饮水的实际需要,参加图1、图3和图12所示,本实施例中的同轴旋转式杯盖还可以包括有配合遮盖吸嘴部3的饮水孔32的吸嘴翻盖部4;销杆21的端部形成有第二切口212,该吸嘴翻盖部4具有翻盖部本体40以及沿翻盖部本体40延 伸而成的弯耳41,弯耳41形成有与第二切口212做卡合配合的转动开孔410,吸嘴翻盖部4通过转动开孔410与第二切口212之间的卡合配合转动地连接在旋转把手2上。
作为实现转动开孔410与第二切口212之间的卡合配合方式,参见图11所示,也可以在转动开孔410的内侧壁上形成有第二凸块411,利用该第二凸块411配合对应的销杆上的第二切口212,以实现转动开孔410与销杆21的第二切口之间的卡合配合。第二切口212的弧度根据需要可以大于第一切口211的弧度。
为了实现旋转把手2、吸嘴部3和吸嘴翻盖部4之间的同轴转动,参加图3、图4、图5和图12所示,也可以在销杆21的端部形成有第一销轴孔210,吸嘴部3的开槽34内形成有第二销轴孔340,第一销轴孔210、转动开孔410和第二销轴孔340中穿设有一销轴5。这样,利用穿设的该销轴5就可以实现旋转把手2、吸嘴部3和吸嘴翻盖部4三者在转动时的联动转动效果。
具体地,本实施例中的吸嘴翻盖部4可以形成有卡合部42,杯盖本体1上形成有拨动孔12,拨动孔12内安装有配合遮盖吸嘴部的饮水孔32的拨动结构6,拨动结构6具有穿过拨动孔12后且位于杯盖本体1外侧的拨动开关61,拨动结构6与卡合部42可脱卸在一起。吸嘴翻盖部4的结构参见图3和图11所示,拨动孔12的设置情况参见图6、图7和图8所示,拨动结构6的结构参见图13所示,拨动结构6可以整体上呈一弯曲状,其弯曲的部分正好能够遮盖住吸嘴部的饮水孔32。拨动结构6上可以形成有一供卡合部42卡入的卡合口60。
为使旋转把手2可以更加稳定地在杯盖本体1上绕着枢轴孔11转动,参见图6~图8所示,该杯盖本体1进一步具有位于进水连接孔10的外围且形成在杯盖本体1的上端面的固定壁13,枢轴孔11形成在固定壁13上。此处的固定壁13优选以环绕杯盖本体1的边缘的方式形成在该杯盖本体1上。
为了满足旋转把手2相对杯盖本体1转动至不同位置时的定位效果,参见图6和图12所示,可以在固定壁13上形成有定位槽130,与该销杆21的端部处于同侧且位于旋转把手2上具有能够进入到定位槽130内的定位突起22。这样,将旋转把手2翻起转动至一定位置后,此时旋转把手2上的定位突起22就会卡入到固定壁13上的定位槽130内,此时的卡入过程会给用户一个卡入的效果提示,该效果提示主要表现为卡入时的振动提示。当然,根据实际的需要,定位槽130以及与该定位槽130配合的定位突起22的数量可以做适当增加或者减少。相邻的定位槽130之间的位置也可以根据需要进行设置,对应地,旋转把手2上的相邻定位突起22之间的位置情况也做适应性的调整,以配合固定壁13上所形成的定位槽130。
在针对该同轴旋转式杯盖的实际使用过程中,为了避免进水连接孔10出现漏水的情况发生,还可以在杯盖本体1的上端面设置有对应配合进水连接孔10的密封部件7,密封部件7具有连通进水连接孔10的开孔70,该密封部件7位于吸嘴部3与进水连接 孔10之间。针对密封部件7的设置情况可以参见图6和图7所示。杯盖本体1上也还可以具有进气孔14,以确保该同轴旋转式杯盖与杯体配合后,杯体内外的气压平衡,从而使得杯体中盛放的水更加顺畅地经进水连接孔10流入到吸嘴部3中。密封部件7上也可以形成有对应连通进气孔14的进气连接孔71,吸嘴部3上形成有进气密封结构36,该进气密封结构36不仅能够在吸嘴部3未被翻起时封闭住进气连接孔71,而且该进气密封结构36也能够在吸嘴部3被翻起时不再封闭住进气连接孔71。
杯盖本体1的内侧也可以具有防漏水的密封圈15,这样可以确保盛水杯体与该同轴旋转式杯盖紧固时的密封和防漏水效果。
此处杯盖本体1的内侧壁上可以具有配合外部杯体的螺纹结构,以满足该同轴旋转式杯盖与外部杯体配合后的饮水需要。
不仅如此,本实施例还将位于吸嘴部3上且进水孔30所处的结构35设置成弧形状结构,而杯盖本体1上形成有配合该弧形状结构35转动的弧形段16。由此以来,可以确保吸嘴部3相对杯盖本体1发生转动时的平滑性。
如图14所示,为本发明具有上述同轴旋转式杯盖的饮水杯,该饮水杯包括杯体8以及上述同轴旋转式杯盖,同轴旋转式杯盖的杯盖本体1与杯体8相互旋紧在一起。
当然,为了方便用户的饮水需要,还可以额外增加一个饮水管9(图中用虚线表示),该饮水管9的一端与杯盖本体的进水连接孔10相连接,饮水管9的另一端位于杯体8内。
需要饮水时,用户拨动杯盖本体外侧的拨动开关61,使得拨动结构6与吸嘴翻盖部4的卡合部42相互脱卸分离,将旋转把手2向上翻起,拨动结构6不再遮盖住吸嘴部3的饮水孔32,吸嘴部3和吸嘴翻盖部4均会随着转动的旋转把手而翻起,使得吸嘴部3的饮水孔32向上露出,吸嘴部3的进水孔30与杯盖本体1的进水连接孔10相连通,用户通过吸嘴部的饮水孔32吸水时,杯体8中的水就可以经过该饮水管9进入到进水连接孔10,继而再经吸嘴部的进水孔30和出水通道31,由饮水孔32流出;
不需要饮水时,通过向下翻转该旋转把手2,吸嘴部3和吸嘴翻盖部4也会随之下翻,吸嘴翻盖部4的卡合部42与拨动结构6又相互卡合在一起,此时吸嘴部3的进水孔30不再与杯盖本体1的进水连接孔10连通,使得旋转把手2、吸嘴部3和吸嘴翻盖部4不再被翻起,此时吸嘴部3的饮水孔32被拨动结构6遮盖住,从而避免外部尘埃等杂质影响饮水孔32的卫生。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种同轴旋转式杯盖,包括杯盖本体(1),杯盖本体(1)具有进水连接孔(10)以及设置在杯盖本体(1)上的枢轴孔(11),其特征在于,还包括旋转把手(2)和吸嘴部(3);
    其中,所述旋转把手(2)具有把手本体(20)以及位于该把手本体(20)上的销杆(21),销杆(21)的端部形成有第一切口(211)且销杆(21)的该端部能够穿入对应的枢轴孔(11)内转动,旋转把手(2)通过销杆的该端部与枢轴孔的配合可转动地位于杯盖本体(1)上;
    所述吸嘴部(3)具有进水孔(30)、出水通道(31)和饮水孔(32),出水通道(31)分别连通进水孔(30)和饮水孔(32);位于该吸嘴部(3)上且靠近进水孔(30)的位置形成有与第一切口(211)做卡合配合的开槽(34),吸嘴部(3)通过该开槽(34)与第一切口(211)之间的卡合配合转动地连接在旋转把手(2)上;
    并且,在所述旋转把手(2)未被翻起时,所述吸嘴部(3)的进水孔(30)与杯盖本体(1)的进水连接孔(10)未连通;在所述吸嘴部(3)随着旋转把手(2)的翻起而发生转动时,该吸嘴部(3)的进水孔(30)与杯盖本体(1)的进水连接孔(10)相连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的同轴旋转式杯盖,其特征在于,还包括有配合遮盖吸嘴部(3)的饮水孔(32)的吸嘴翻盖部(4);
    所述销杆(21)的端部形成有第二切口(212),该吸嘴翻盖部(4)具有翻盖部本体(40)以及沿翻盖部本体(40)延伸而成的弯耳(41),弯耳(41)形成有与第二切口(212)做卡合配合的转动开孔(410),吸嘴翻盖部(4)通过转动开孔(410)与第二切口(212)之间的卡合配合转动地连接在旋转把手(2)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的同轴旋转式杯盖,其特征在于,所述销杆(21)的端部形成有第一销轴孔(210),所述吸嘴部的开槽(34)内形成有第二销轴孔(340),所述第一销轴孔(210)、转动开孔(410)和第二销轴孔(340)中穿设有一销轴(5)。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的同轴旋转式杯盖,其特征在于,所述吸嘴翻盖部(4)形成有卡合部(42),所述杯盖本体(1)上形成有拨动孔(12),拨动孔(12)内安装有配合遮盖吸嘴部的饮水孔(32)的拨动结构(6),拨动结构(6)具有穿过拨动孔(12)后且位于杯盖本体(1)外侧的拨动开关(61),拨动结构(6)与卡合部(42)可脱卸在一起。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3所述的同轴旋转式杯盖,其特征在于,所述杯盖本体(1)具有位于进水连接孔(10)的外围且形成在杯盖本体(1)的上端面的固定壁(13),枢轴孔(11)形成在固定壁(13)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的同轴旋转式杯盖,其特征在于,所述固定壁(13)上形成有定位槽(130),与所述销杆(21)的端部处于同侧且位于所述旋转把手(2)上具有能够进入到定位槽(130)内的定位突起(22)。
  7. 根据权利要求2或3所述的同轴旋转式杯盖,其特征在于,所述杯盖本体(1)的上端面设置有对应配合进水连接孔(10)的密封部件(7),密封部件(7)具有连通进水连接孔 (10)的开孔(70),该密封部件(7)位于吸嘴部(3)与进水连接孔(10)之间。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的同轴旋转式杯盖,其特征在于,所述第二切口(212)的弧度大于所述第一切口(211)的弧度;或者,所述杯盖本体(1)具有进气孔(14);或者,所述杯盖本体(1)的内侧具有防漏水的密封圈(15)。
  9. 一种具有权利要求1~8任一项所述同轴旋转式杯盖的饮水杯,包括杯体(8),其特征在于,所述同轴旋转式杯盖的杯盖本体(1)与杯体(8)相互旋紧在一起。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的饮水杯,其特征在于,还包括饮水管(9),饮水管(9)的一端与杯盖本体(1)的进水连接孔(10)相连接,饮水管(9)的另一端位于杯体(8)内。
