Abstract

The invention is related to an improvement based on generation of QR codes in electrotherapy systems which are, in particular, used in physiotherapy centers. Fundamentally, the electrotherapy system of the invention comprises; a central desk registration system to which personal information is entered during the patient's submission and work order issued by the doctor after the diagnosis is entered, a code generator which converts the information in the central desk registration system into a QR code and an electrotherapy device with a code reader which convert the QR code available in the central desk registration system into digital data.

Description

AN ELECTROTHERAPY SYSTEM WITH QR CODE READER AND A METHOD
THEREOF
Technical Field
The invention relates to an electrotherapy device with a QR code reader.
The invention, in particular, relates to an electrotherapy application method that prevents human-induced errors in electrotherapy applications which are frequently used in physiotherapy centers and which relies on QR code generation and reading.
State of the Art
Electrotherapy devices, often used in physical therapy clinics, provide healing of damaged tissues by the application of electrical, light and sound energy in different ways. In current applications, following the doctor's examination of the patient at a physiotherapy clinic, the work order containing the information needed for the treatment is delivered to the practitioner health units. On the other hand, in some applications, work orders are delivered directly to the patient and the patient must be directed directly to the practitioner unit. In both applications, work orders do not contain details and are filled in manually. This often leads to human-induced errors.
The current technique does not have a system in which both patient personal information and the work order containing the necessary information for treatment are transferred in digital media and detected by electrotherapy devices. Furthermore, current technique does not mention a system where electrotherapy devices are integrated with a QR code reader.
Today, with use of QR codes, it is intended to provide access to medical information more quickly. For example, the patent document number WO2014039614A1 mentions a method where patient information can be accessed quickly through the use of QR codes. Flowever, this document does not mention a system in which QR code readers are integrated into a medical device.
As a result, due to the negativity described above and the inadequacy of the existing solutions on the subject, an improvement in the relevant technical area has been made necessary. Object of the Invention
The invention is inspired by existing situations and aims to solve the disadvantages mentioned above.
The main purpose of the invention is to prevent human-induced errors that are encountered in electrotherapy applications.
A purpose of the invention is to automatically follow up electrotherapy treatment applications through digital data.
A purpose of the invention is to monitor personal information about the patient and all other information related to his/her treatment through digital media.
In order to achieve the aforementioned purposes, the electrotherapy system of the invention comprises; a central desk registration system to which personal information is entered during the patient's submission and work order issued by the doctor after the diagnosis is entered, a code generator which converts the information in the central desk registration system into a QR code and an electrotherapy device with a code reader which convert the QR code available in the central desk registration system into digital data.
The structural and characteristic features and all advantages of the invention will be understood more clearly through the detailed explanation written with the following figures and references to these figures, and therefore assessment should be made by considering these figures and detailed explanation.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In the herein detailed description, the electrotherapy system and method with QR code reader of the invention is described only for a better understanding of the subject matter.
In Figure 1 , a block diagram of the electrotherapy system with a QR code reader of the invention is given. Fundamentally, the mentioned system comprises;
• A central desk registration system (MDKS) to which personal information (OZ) is entered during the patient's (FI) submission and work order (IE) issued by the doctor (D) after the diagnosis is entered,
• A code generator (1 ) which converts the work order (IE), along with the personal information (OZ) in the central desk registration system (MDKS) into a QR code (QR) and
• An electrotherapy device (2) with a code reader (2.1 ) which convert the QR code (QR) available in the central desk registration system (MDKS) into digital data.
The electrotherapy method of the invention comprises the following process steps:
• Entering the personal information (OZ) during the patient's (FI) submission and work order (IE) issued by the doctor (D) after the diagnosis to the central desk registration system (MDKS)
• Flaving the central desk registration system (MDKS) transfer the entered personal information (OZ) and work order (IE) to a code generator (1 )
• Converting the received information by the mentioned code generator (1 ) into QR code (QR) and transferring it to the central desk registration system (MDKS) • Converting the QR cod tral desk registration system
(MDKS) into digital data by the code reader (2.1 ) provided in the electrotherapy device (2)
• Electrotherapy device (2) performing the treatment in accordance with the converted digital data.
Application Example
This application example commences when the patient (H) first enters the personal information (OZ) to the central desk registration unit (MDKS). Also in the diagnosis process, the doctor (D) enters the work order (IE) generated for the patient (H) into the central desk registration system (MDKS). In addition to this information, the central desk registration system (MDKS) includes information about diagnosis, treatment, the doctor (D) and the technician. Data input in this application example are provided by a Web interface to provide ease of use. The information input is recorded for use in the central desk registration system (MDKS) database.
In the process thereafter, a code generator (1 ) converts the personal information (OZ) and work order (IE) input into QR code (QR). The generated QR code (QR) is retrieved and saved by the central desk registration system (MDKS).
During the treatment of the patient (H), first; the personalized QR code (QR) available in the central desk registration system (MDKS) is converted into digital data by the code reader (2.1 ) provided in the electrotherapy device (2). This reading process can be carried out, for example, by accessing the central desk registration system (MDKS) through a mobile device such as a tablet or phone, and then showing the QR code (QR) to the code reader (2.1 ).
After this process, the QR code (QR) converted to digital data is recognized by the electrotherapy device (2) as a work order (IE) and the patient's (H) treatment is initiated accordingly.
