Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés de blocage et de filtrage d'appels entrants sur des téléphones de communication cellulaire et peut être utilisée dans des applications mobiles. L'invention permet d'effectuer un filtrage des appels indésirables, y compris lorsqu'il est impossible de déterminer le numéro de l'abonné appelant. On propose à l'utilisateur de filtrer les numéros de téléphones issus d'une liste de contacts à l'aide d'une application en fonction des critères suivants: blocage permanent de l'appel entrant d'un numéro donné; acceptation permanente des appels entrants d'un numéro donné; acceptation des appels entrants d'un numéro donné dans des conditions déterminées. A partir d'une application préalablement installée sur un téléphone, on génère des critères de filtrage au moins en ce qui concerne un code secret qui est envoyé via l'application mobile aux personnes dont les appels entrants peuvent être reçus en permanence; le code secret est généré de manière à pouvoir être reconnu par cette même application mobile installée sur un autre téléphone d'un autre abonné auquel le code secret est adressé; l'abonné ayant reçu le code secret de l'utilisateur effectue un appel initial vers l'utilisateur via l'application mobile installée sur son téléphone; avant d'envoyer l'appel, l'application mobile de l'abonné envoie un message SMS avec un code et effectue alors seulement l'appel initial vers le téléphone de l'utilisateur; lors de l'arrivée de l'appel entrant, on reçoit l'appel entrant sur le téléphone de l'utilisateur à l'aide de l'application et simultanément à l'aide de celle-ci et par programmation on coupe le microphone et le son de l'appel entrant tout en lisant le numéro déterminé du téléphone de l'appel entrant d'abonné; on vérifie ensuite la présence du message SMS depuis ce même numéro et, s'il est présent, on lit le contenu du message SMS donné et on recherche une correspondance du code; lors d'une correspondance avec le code, on laisse passer l'appel, sinon on utilise d'autres filtres générés.
