容器取放装置 技术领域
本发明涉及餐饮设备领域,特别是一种容器取放装置。
背景技术
酒吧餐厅等餐饮场所通常都具有调酒需要,现在的调酒操作主要由人工完成,比较费时费力。现有的自动调酒机器人虽然能够代替人工进行调酒操作,但是整个过程中还是需要有人员的参与,缺乏连贯性。
现有技术,中国专利《多用吸杯架》(公开号:2407676Y)包括杯架及杯子,杯架包括放物部及支承部,其放物部下底面有金属板、网,杯子底面固装有永久磁铁;本实用新型将倒置的杯子吸附于架子的底面,架子上可供放置物品等各种用途,充分利用空间,倒置的杯子能将渍水流尽,干净卫生,本产品可悬挂于墙上,也可以与家具、酒吧中的柜、台等结合,使用方便,外形美观。
上述现有技术是将杯子统一倒悬在吧台的顶部,通过人工进行拿取,由于杯子固定,杯子被取走后会流下空缺,需要人工不断地变换位置去取放杯子,十分不方便。
发明内容
针对上述技术缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种解决上述技术问题的容器取放装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明容器取放装置,包括:取放壳体(201),在所述取放壳体(201)内设有取放电机;取放底盘(202),所述取放底盘(202)设置在所述取放壳体(201)上,所述取放底盘(202)与所述取放电机连接;取放层盘(203),所述取放层盘(203)设置在所述取放底盘(202)的上方,所述取放层盘(203)通过取放支撑杆(204)与所述取放底盘(202)连接。
优选地,所述取放层盘(203)为多层,多层所述取放层盘(203)间隔布置在所述取放底盘(202)的上方,多层所述取放层盘(203)之间通过取放连接杆(205)连接。

如图1、图2所示,本发明容器取放装置,包括:取放壳体201,取放底盘202设置在取放壳体201上,取放底盘202与取放壳体201内的取放电机(图中未示出)连接。
多层取放层盘203间隔布置在取放底盘202的上方,多层取放层盘203之间通过取放连接杆205连接。底部的取放层盘203取放支撑杆204与取放底盘202连接。
不同层的取放连接杆205交错布置,同时底层的取放连接杆205与取放支撑杆204 交错布置,能使整体的结构强度更大。
在取放底盘202及取放层盘203的外缘设有多个取放机构206,具体地,取放机构206包括:取放座207,取放座207设置在取放底盘202及取放层盘203上,在取放座207上设有取放槽208;取放盖209,两个取放盖209通过滑轨设置在取放座207上。两个取放盖209通过滑轨(图中未示出)设置在取放座207上,两个取放盖209相向移动,进行开合,可将杯子211的底部卡入取放槽208内,通过两个取放盖209进行固定。
在取放壳体201底部设有调节脚210,可调节整个装置的高度。
