Description

物联网数据溯源系统 技术领域
本发明属于物联网应用技术,具体的涉及一种能够实现产品溯源及物联网智能管理的数据溯源系统。
背景技术
近年来,由于包括食品含有农药残留、激素,禽流感等畜禽疾病危机频繁发生,严重影响了人民的身体健康,并引起社会广泛关注。如何对包括食品在内的产品进行有效的跟踪和追溯,已成为一个极为迫切的全球性课题。现有可对产品进行正向、逆向追踪的生产控制系统已经应用于各种类型的运转过程和生产控制系统,例如原材料追溯、生产过程追溯、产品售后追溯,电子化生产管理,以及质量管控系统中。它可以让第三方追溯到包括哪个零件被安装于成品中。产品生产过程中,产生了哪些需要控制的关键参数,是否都合格。以及对当前制造过程的严密控制等等信息。
由于目前常用的FRID射频技术等电子元件存在读写次数有限的问题,同时无法做到较大数据容量加载的问题,其应用领域受到限制,特别是在生物制品及肉类制品领域,难以实现有效的信息反馈和验证。另外现有溯源系统中如何实现云端系统内的溯源信息与终端的电子元件及存储的信息保持一致,其信息校验的难度较大,无法实现有效的信息核对及真实性验证,从而保证电子元件的安装与信息存储的准 确对应。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种能够实现物联网数据的有效溯源并且支持大容量、可校验功能的物联网数据溯源系统。其能够较为便捷及全面的反馈追溯信息及校验结果,并支持智能化数据的存储和分析,为物联网芯片的安装提供更为可靠和有效的手段,避免溯源元件出现错误安装和信息不对应情况的发生。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种物联网数据溯源芯片安装系统,其特征在于所述溯源芯片系统包括:
云端单元,包括数据库存储模块、数据分析模块、信息接收模块和信息输出模块,用于存储感应芯片信息,以及接收和发送感应芯片信息和检索终端单元的读取信息;
追溯标签,用于安装感应芯片,存储感应芯片信息及附着信息;
检索终端单元,包括追溯标签读取模块和追溯信息上传模块,用于读取追溯标签的信息并上传至云端单元。
具体的讲,所述云端单元通过无线网络通讯连接检索终端,所述云端单元的信息输出模块读取所述存储模块的信息设置,所述检索终端单元的信息收模块接收所述云端模块的信息输出模块的信息设置。
一实施方式中,所述云端单元的数据分析模块通讯连接所述数据库存储模块和检索终端单元的信息上传模块,并向信息输出模块发出分析结果设置。
另一实施方式中,所述追溯标签包括感应芯片、感应芯片安装的固相支撑物、基因探针,所述感应芯片存储有产品的附着信息。
一实施方式中,所述感应芯片为具有多分支树状微波传输线结构的量子芯片。
一实施方式中,所述检索终端单元还包括追溯信息接收模块,用于接收追溯标签上安装的感应芯片的信息。
云端单元中的数据库存储模块存储有追溯标签数据库,以及对应的产品信息,例如产品加工、存储、安装和检测信息。其信息接收模块通过通信网络接受检索终端单元读取的数据信息,数据分析模块从数据库存储模块中读取信息并将信息接收模块传送来的信息进行对比分析,并将分析结果发送给信息输出模块,信息输出模块把分析结果传送给检索终端单元。检索终端单元可读取相应的追溯标签内的信息,并通过信息上传模块上传至云端单元,进行比对,并进行感应芯片的安装,安装感性芯片后的追溯标签包含有对应的感应芯片的安装信息,以及附带产品的生产、加工、安装等信息;这类信息与数据库存储模块内的信息构成一一对应关系。
本发明的有益效果在于,该物联网数据溯源系统能够实现物联网数据的有效溯源并且支持大容量、可校验功能。其能够较为便捷及全面的反馈追溯信息及校验结果,并支持智能化数据的存储和分析,为物联网芯片的安装提供更为可靠和有效的手段,避免溯源元件出现错误安装和信息不对应情况的发生。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的阐述。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,该物联网数据溯源芯片安装系统主要由云端单元、追溯标签和检索终端单元三部分组成。云端单元包括数据库存储模块、数据分析模块、信息接收模块和信息输出模块,用于存储感应芯片信息,以及接收和发送感应芯片信息和检索终端单元的读取信息;追溯标签,用于安装感应芯片,存储感应芯片信息及附着信息;检索终端单元,包括追溯标签读取模块和追溯信息上传模块,用于读取追溯标签的信息并上传至云端单元。还包括追溯信息接收模块,用于接收追溯标签上安装的感应芯片的信息。
云端单元通过无线网络通讯连接检索终端,所述云端单元的信息输出模块读取所述存储模块的信息设置,所述检索终端单元的信息收模块接收所述云端模块的信息输出模块的信息设置。云端单元的数据分析模块通讯连接所述数据库存储模块和检索终端单元的信息上传模块,并向信息输出模块发出分析结果设置。追溯标签包括感应芯片、感应芯片安装的固相支撑物、基因探针,所述感应芯片存储有产品的附着信息。具体应用中,感应芯片可选择具有多分支树状微波传输线结构的量子芯片。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种物联网数据溯源芯片安装系统,其特征在于所述溯源芯片系统包括:
    云端单元,包括数据库存储模块、数据分析模块、信息接收模块和信息输出模块,用于存储感应芯片信息,以及接收和发送感应芯片信息和检索终端单元的读取信息;
    追溯标签,用于安装感应芯片,存储感应芯片信息及附着信息;
    检索终端单元,包括追溯标签读取模块和追溯信息上传模块,用于读取追溯标签的信息并上传至云端单元。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的物联网数据溯源芯片系统,其特征在于所述云端单元通过无线网络通讯连接检索终端,所述云端单元的信息输出模块读取所述存储模块的信息设置,所述检索终端单元的信息收模块接收所述云端模块的信息输出模块的信息设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的物联网数据溯源系统,其特征在于所述云端单元的数据分析模块通讯连接所述数据库存储模块和检索终端单元的信息上传模块,并向信息输出模块发出分析结果设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的物联网数据溯源系统,其特征在于所述追溯标签包括感应芯片、感应芯片安装的固相支撑物、基因探针,所述感应芯片存储有产品的附着信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的物联网数据溯源系统,其特征在于所述感应芯片为具有多分支树状微波传输线结构的量子芯片。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的物联网数据溯源系统,其特征在于所述检索终端单元还包括追溯信息接收模块,用于接收追溯标签上安装的感应芯片的信息。
