在以下描述中,为了清楚展示本发明的结构及工作方式,将借助诸多方向性词语进行描述,但是应当将“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“外”、“内”、“向外”、“向内”、“上”、“下”等词语理解为方便用语,而不应当理解为限定性词语。
如图1-2所示,智能窗帘控制装置具有底座1,所底座1用于安装在窗户玻璃或墙壁上。智能窗帘控制装置还具有控制组件2。控制组件2可滑动地安装在所述底座1上。控制组件包括壳体21、控制器(未示出)和驱动机构22,所述控制器安装在壳体21内,并与所述驱动机构电连接以控制所述驱动机构的运行。驱动机构22安装于壳体21,用于驱动窗帘的拉绳运动,进而实现窗帘的开合。
底座1可通过吸附方式(例如,吸盘或3M胶)在窗帘所要遮挡的玻璃上或者在拉绳所在一侧的墙壁上,或者通过螺钉固定在拉绳所在一侧的墙壁上。这种安装方式非常简单。如果底座1要固定在玻璃上,可以先在玻璃上放置一块静电贴,然后再用3M胶粘贴,防止对玻璃造成破坏。
参考图2-10,描述壳体21与底座1的配合结构。底座1的上表面具有沿高度方向均匀间隔开的一排卡槽11和位于该一排卡槽11两侧的两个滑槽12。卡槽11可以由相互平行并间隔开的一组长形通孔构成。卡槽11可以是多排组成的一系列卡槽。控制组件2还包括与卡槽11配合的卡块23,所述卡块23可操作地安装在底座1和壳体21之间,以将壳体21相对于底座固定上或者使得壳体能够相对于底座运动。壳体21的下表面具有与滑槽12配合的滑条211。壳体21上还设有卡块致动件212,如图5所示。卡块致动件212用于将卡块23从卡槽11中脱离。当需要调整控制组件2在底座1的位置时,通过按下卡块致动件212,使卡块23脱离卡槽11,然后使壳体21通过其滑条211沿着滑槽12滑动到所需位置,再松开卡块致动件212,使卡块23卡接在卡槽11中即可。安装和调整非常方便。
如图7所示,卡块23包括卡接部231、致动部232和位于两者之间的凸台233。卡接部231用于与底座1的卡槽11配合,即卡接部231可插入卡槽11,而将壳体相对于底座固定。致动部232的正反面上各具有一凸起2321,其可与卡块致动件212配合而将卡块23安装于卡块致动件212上,下文将进一步详 细说明。
如图6所示,卡块致动件212呈叉子状,包括两个叉齿2121和一叉柄2122。叉齿2121的端部连接于在壳体21的下表面上,叉柄2122部分突出于壳体1外。叉齿2121具有弹性,从而在卡块致动件相对于壳体21动作后可回弹。叉齿2121与叉柄2122之间具有一与致动部232形状一致的开孔2123。开孔2123的两侧具有与凸起2321配合的凸片2124。壳体21底部设有与开孔2123对准的开口213(如图8所示),以供卡块23的致动部穿过。在叉柄2122按下时,凸片2124作用于凸起2321,带动卡块23运动,使得卡接部231从卡槽11脱离。具体地,叉柄2122按下时,致动部232被顶起通过开口213进入壳体21,进而带动卡接部231脱离卡槽11;而当叉柄2122松开时,在弹性回复力作用下,卡块23下降,使得卡接部231接合在卡槽11中。
在一未示出的实施例中,壳体21与底座1的卡接结构采用另一种方式。具体地,壳体21的下表面具有与卡槽11配合的突起,所述突起形成在弹性片上,所述弹性片一端固定在所述壳体下表面上,另一端位于所述壳体外,使得所述弹性片按下时,所述突起从卡槽11中脱离。这里,卡块和突起可以统称为卡接件,其可以与卡槽配合而将控制组件固定在底座上的某个位置上。
如图2和4所示,底座1的两内侧上具有凹槽13,滑条211的外侧面设有与所述凹槽13配合的凸起2111,当滑条211沿滑槽12滑动时,凸起2111接合在凹槽13中并沿凹槽13滑动。
如图1和2所示,壳体21的上表面设有操作面板24,所述操作面板24与所述控制器电连接。操作面板24包括电源开关、设置键、窗帘打开键和窗帘闭合键等。
如图2和3所示,所述驱动机构22包括电机221和转盘222。电机221安装在壳体21中并与转盘222驱动连接。转盘222安装在壳体21侧面上,窗帘拉绳一端可套接在转盘222上。因此,电机221驱动转盘222转动,带动所述拉绳运动,进而实现窗帘本体的开合。根据需要,转盘也可以安装于壳体外的任何合适的位置处。
如图3所示,转盘222包括轮状本体,所述轮状本体固定安装在电机221的转轴2211上。具体地,轮状本体的设置中心孔2224。电机的转轴2211穿过 该中心孔,由此将转盘222固定连接至电机。轮状本体的外周壁上设有周向凹槽2221。周向凹槽2221中具有两排交错排列的齿2222。各个齿222从凹槽的侧壁沿轮状本体的中心轴线方向延伸出。优选地,两排齿2222之间形成V形间隙。拉绳套接在两排齿2222之间(即,V形间隙中)。这种结构可以适合各种形式的拉绳(例如,带珠子的拉绳等)。本实施例中,两排齿中的至少一个齿延伸超过相邻齿的末端。优选地,两排齿中相邻的两个齿中至少有一个齿延伸超过转盘的纵向中心线A。由此,可以增加转盘222对窗帘拉绳的摩擦力,防止拉绳相对于转盘打滑。
一实施例中,齿2222的远端设有肋条2223,以使拉绳更好地卡紧在两排齿2222之间,从而能够在电机221的驱动下,带动拉绳运动,进而实现窗帘本体的开合。此时,肋条可认为是上述齿的末端。
转盘222上设有包覆于转盘外的防护罩223,用于防止轮状本体222(具体地,齿2222)被损坏。防护罩还可以防止人的手被夹进转盘而受伤。进一步地,防护罩还可以用来挡光,以免影响光电门计数。在所示实施例中,所述防护罩223包括圆盘形主体2231和从该主体2231的径向两侧向外延伸的固定条2232。固定条2232横跨周向凹槽2221固定在壳体21上(例如,通过螺钉)。
如图2所示,所述控制组件2还包括光电门24,所述光电门24安装在电机221的转轴2211侧面。初次使用时,按下设置键进入设置模式,接着按上转动键或者下转动键,通过光电门24计数,记录拉绳运动上限和下限所对应的转盘222(或电机221)转数,得出两个预定位置。
一实施例中,壳体21内置有电池(未示出),所述电池用于给所述控制器和电机供电。电池可以是充电电池。相应地在壳体外侧设置充电口。另一实施例中,壳体内设有电源模块,其一端连接于驱动电机,另一端可以直接连接于插座。
一实施例中,所述控制器还集成有无线通信模块。无线通信模块用于接收无线信号指令,所述控制器根据指令控制电机转动,从而带动拉绳运动,当拉绳运动到预定位置时,电机221停止转动,或者当窗帘的开合程度达到要求时,电机221停止转动,从而实现远程智能控制。上述的控制可通过安装有APP的智能手机或安装有远程控制软件的台式电脑、笔记本 电脑或平板电脑等进行远程控制。优选地,所述无线通信模块为ZigBee模块或蓝牙模块。ZigBee模块具有低功耗的优点,可以延长电池的使用寿命。一实施例中,所述控制器还集成语音识别模块,其用于接收语音指令来控制所述控制组件动作。另一实施例中,语音识别模块也可以集成于诸如智能手机、平板或者智能音箱等智能终端上,而在智能窗帘控制装置上设置能够与该智能终端通信连接的通信模块。控制器内还设有与该通信模块电连接的相应控制元件,用于控制电机动作。智能窗帘控制装置与智能终端通信连接,从而用户只需对着智能终端发出语音命令,就能够控制窗帘的开合及开合程度。
上述实施例中的智能窗帘控制装置可以方便地加装到现有的已安装的窗帘中,由此可以方便地将现有已安装的手动窗帘变成自动窗帘。应理解的是,上述的智能窗帘控制装置还可以集成于新的窗帘中,由此形成一种智能窗帘,其能够实现自动开合控制。
以上已详细描述了本发明的较佳实施例,但应理解到,若需要,能修改实施例的方面来采用各种专利、申请和出版物的方面、特征和构思来提供另外的实施例。
考虑到上文的详细描述,能对实施例做出这些和其它变化。一般而言,在权利要求中,所用的术语不应被认为限制在说明书和权利要求中公开的具体实施例,而是应被理解为包括所有可能的实施例连同这些权利要求所享有的全部等同范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种智能窗帘控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    底座;以及
    控制组件,所述控制组件可滑动地安装在所述底座上;
    其中,所述控制组件包括壳体、控制器和驱动机构,所述控制器安装在所述壳体内,并与所述驱动机构电连接以控制所述驱动机构的运行,所述驱动机构包括电机和转盘,所述电机安装在所述壳体中并与所述转盘驱动连接,所述转盘安装于所述壳体外并包括轮状本体,所述轮状本体固定安装在所述电机的转轴上并且其外周壁上设有周向凹槽,所述周向凹槽中具有两排交错排列的齿。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能窗帘控制装置,其特征在于,所述底座具有沿高度方向间隔开的一系列卡槽和沿高度方向延伸的滑槽,所述壳体上设有与所述卡槽可操作地脱开或者连接的卡接件,以及所述壳体的下表面具有与所述滑槽配合的滑条。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能窗帘控制装置,其特征在于,所述两排交错排列的齿中的一排齿中的至少一个齿延伸超过另一排齿中的相邻齿的末端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的智能窗帘控制装置,其特征在于,所述两排交错排列的齿中相邻的两个齿中至少有一个齿延伸超过转盘的纵向中心线。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的智能窗帘控制装置,其特征在于,所述两排交错排列的齿中每个齿的远端设有肋条。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的智能窗帘控制装置,其特征在于,所述两排交错排列的齿之间形成V形间隙。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的智能窗帘控制装置,其特征在于,所述卡接件为与所述卡槽配合的卡块,所述卡块安装在所述底座和所述壳体之间,以及所述壳体上还设有卡块致动件,所述卡块致动件与所述卡块连接并布置成可操作地驱动所述卡块从所述卡槽中脱离或进入所述卡槽中。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的智能窗帘控制装置,其特征在于,所述卡块包括卡接部、致动部和位于两者之间的凸台,所述卡接部与所述卡槽配合,所述致动部的正反面上各具有一凸起,以及所述卡块致动件呈叉子状,包括两个叉 齿和一叉柄,所述叉齿的端部形成在所述壳体的下表面上,所述叉柄部分突出于所述壳体外,所述叉齿与所述叉柄之间具有一与所述致动部形状一致的开孔,所述开孔的两侧具有与所述凸起配合的凸片,所述壳体底部设有与所述开孔对准的开口。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的智能窗帘控制装置,其特征在于,所述壳体的下表面具有与所述卡槽配合的突起以及与所述滑槽配合的滑条,所述突起形成在弹性片上,所述弹性片一端固定在所述壳体底部,另一端位于所述壳体外,并布置成使得所述弹性片按下时,所述突起从所述卡槽中脱离。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的智能窗帘控制装置,其特征在于,所述转盘还包括包覆于所述转盘外的防护罩。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的智能窗帘控制装置,其特征在于,所述防护罩包括圆盘形主体和从所述主体的径向两侧向外延伸的固定条,所述固定条横跨所述周向凹槽固定在所述壳体上。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的智能窗帘控制装置,其特征在于,所述控制组件还包括光电门,所述光电门用于记录拉绳运动上限和下限所对应的转盘的转数。
  13. 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的智能窗帘控制装置,其特征在于,所述控制器集成有无线通信模块。
  14. 根据权利要求13任一项所述的智能窗帘控制装置,其特征在于,所述无线通信模块为ZigBee模块或蓝牙模块。
  15. 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的智能窗帘控制装置,其特征在于,所述壳体内置有电池,所述电池用于给所述控制器和电机供电。
  16. 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的智能窗帘控制装置,其特征在于,所述底座设置成通过吸附方式固定在窗户玻璃或墙壁上或通过螺钉固定安装在墙壁上。
  17. 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的智能窗帘控制装置,其特征在于,所述壳体的上表面设有操作面板,所述操作面板与所述控制器电连接。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的智能窗帘控制装置,其特征在于,所述操作面板至少包括电源开关、设置键、窗帘打开键和窗帘闭合键。
  19. 根据权利要求1-11任一项所述的智能窗帘控制装置,其特征在于,所述控制器集成有能够通过语音对窗帘进行控制的语音控制模块,或者所述控制器设有能够与带有语音识别模块的外部智能终端通信连接的通信模块,且所述控制器还设有与该通信模块电连接的控制元件,用于根据外部智能终端所接收到的语音指令来控制电机动作。
  20. 一种智能窗帘,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求1-19任一项所述的智能窗帘控制装置;以及
    窗帘本体和拉绳,所述拉绳连接于所述智能窗帘控制装置的转盘上,其中所述智能窗帘控制装置布置成带动所述拉绳运动,进而带动所述窗帘本体运动。
