Description

与相对于基座的支撑表面倾斜地设置并且具有相同反射面积的反射镜相比,根据本发明的与基座3的支撑表面S大体平行地设置的反射镜13可以具有更大的光束采集识别范围,即,具有更大的扫码识别区。换句话说,为了获得同样大小的光束采集识别范围或扫码识别区A,与反射镜相对于基座的支撑表面倾斜地设置的情况相比,根据本发明相对于基座3的支撑表面S大体平行地设置的反射镜13可以具有更小的反射面积。这样,由于可以采用更小反射面积的反射镜,反射镜安装在其中的基座也可以制作成更小的尺寸,从而具有更小的体积、更轻的重量和更低的成本。
为了进一步减轻基座3的重量,基座3可以构成为由第一支腿部3a和第二支腿部3b形成的∧形,内侧设置有反射镜13的读取窗11可以设置在第一支腿部3a和第二支腿部3b中的一个上,例如设置在第一支腿部3a上。用于接收手持式扫码器5的容纳部19部分地位于第一支腿部3a以及部分地位于第二支腿部3b上。手持式扫码器5也相应地形成为∧状、并且具有较短的第一部分5a和较长的第二部分5b,摄像头21设置在L状的手持式扫码器5的较短的第一部分5a的端部。当手持式扫码器5被放置在基座3 上时,手持式扫码器5的较短的第一部分5a被接收在容纳部19位于第一支腿部3a上的部分中,使得摄像头21与透光孔15对齐且朝向反射镜13,而手持式扫码器5的较长的第二部分5b被接收在容纳部19位于第二支腿部3b上的部分中。当手持式扫码器5被从基座3上取下时,手持式扫码器5的较长的第二部分5b可以供操作者抓握手持式扫码器5。
第一支腿部3a和第二支腿部3b优选地构造成轻薄的扁平体,并且使得第一支腿部3a和第二支腿部3b之间的夹角α优选地在90至120°之间,更优选地为100°,从而使得经过基座3的读取窗11形成的扫码识别区处于容易覆盖各种待扫描的图形码的位置,即,使得各种待扫描的图形码能够被方便地扫描。第一支腿部3a和第二支腿部3b通常由塑性材料注塑而成,为了提高轻薄的基座3的强度,可以在基座3中设置金属或其它材料构成的加强件3c。
在优选实施例中,基座3的第一支腿部3a和第二支腿部3b是成一体的,但是应理解的是,基座3的第一支腿部3a和第二支腿部3b也可以是可旋转地连接在一起,例如通过铰链连接在一起。在不使用时,第一支腿部3a和第二支腿部3b可以被旋转折叠在一起,从而减少存放时所占用的空间。在使用时,可以将第一支腿部3a和第二支腿部3b旋转打开以安放在支撑表面上。此外,第一支腿部3a和第二支腿部3b之间的夹角可以根据需要调节,从而获得合适的扫码识别区。如果需要,还可以设置锁定装置,将第一支腿部3a和第二支腿部3b锁定在所调节的合适位置。
基座3和手持式扫码器5的尺寸优选地设计成当手持式扫码器5被放置在基座3上时,手持式扫码器5的较短的第一部分5a的顶表面与第一支腿部3a的顶表面保持齐平、以及手持式扫码器5的侧表面与基座3的侧表面保持齐平,从而使得扫码装置1的整体结构显得简洁、紧凑。
手持式扫码器5的较长的第二部分5b的顶表面上设置有第一显示屏23,第一显示屏23可以用于显示读取的图形码的信息以供操作员观看、以及供操作员在需要时输入指令和/或信息,例如在作为支付扫码装置时显示需要支付的金额。手持式扫码器5的较短的第一部分5a的顶表面上设置有第二显示屏25,第二显示屏25也用于显示读取的图形码的信息,但通常供诸如消费者的其它人员观看。
手持式扫码器5的第二部分5b的侧面上可以设置有电源开关27,用于打开和关闭手持式扫码器5。手持式扫码器5的第二部分5b的侧面上还可以设置有第一扫码按钮29,优选地还可以在第二部分5b的顶面上第一显示屏23下侧设置第二扫码按钮31,无 论是按下第一扫码按钮29还是第二扫码按钮31都可以使手持式扫码器5执行对图形码进行扫描以读取其承载的信息的功能。手持式扫码器5的第二部分5b的另一侧面上还可以设置有音量调节按钮33,以调节由手持式扫码器5发出的音频提示的音量大小。
正如所知的,手持式扫码器5的内部设置有用于执行扫描读码功能的光学元件、电子元件以及电池等,本发明不涉及对手持式扫码器5的内部结构的改进,因此,对此不再进行详细描述。
图7以立体示意图显示了根据本发明优选实施例的分体式的读码装置的基座。图8以立体示意图显示了根据本发明优选实施例的分体式的读码装置的基座,其中,充电线被插接到基座上。当手持式扫码器5被放置在基座3上时,可以对手持式扫码器5进行充电。为此,基座3的第二支腿部3b中可以设置有电路板(未示出)、以及与电路板连接的充电线接口35,例如USB接口。基座3的第二支腿部3b的顶面上还设置与电路板连接的导电触点37。当手持式扫码器5被放置在基座3上时,手持式扫码器5的第二部分5b的底面上的导电触点(未示出)与基座3的第二支腿部3b的顶面上的导电触点37接触,从而对手持式扫码器5进行充电。优选地,基座3的第二支腿部3b上设置有通透开口39,设置在第二支腿部3b中的电路板位于开口39上方,充电线接口35设置在开口39的靠近电路板的侧壁上,并且在开口39下方设置有从第二支腿部3b的底面向内凹进的凹槽41。当然,凹槽41也可以从第二支腿部3b的顶面向内凹进。这样,与导线43连接的充电线插头45可以在开口39中插入充电线接口35,并且使得导线43被嵌入到凹槽41中。结果,充电线插头45不会外露在第二支腿部3b的外侧,从而减少对外部环境的干扰。

Claims (10)
- 一种分体式的读码装置(1),包括:具有读取窗(11)的基座(3),所述基座(3)能够被安放在一个支撑表面(S)上,所述读取窗(11)包括形成在所述基座(3)中的空腔(7)、设置在所述空腔(7)中的反射镜(13)、安装在所述基座(3)上并且覆盖所述空腔(7)朝向外侧的开口(7a)的透光板(9)、以及与所述反射镜(13)相对地设置在所述空腔(7)的一端的封闭的透光孔(15);具有摄像头(21)的手持式扫码器(5),当所述手持式扫码器(5)被可取下地放置在所述基座(3)上时,所述摄像头(21)与所述透光孔(15)对齐,使得来自待扫描的图形码的入射光线经过所述反射镜(13)反射后能够透过所述透光孔(15)到达所述摄像头(21);其中,所述反射镜(13)与所述基座(3)的支撑表面(S)平行地设置,并且所述透光板(9)与所述反射镜(13)成锐角地设置。
- 如权利要求1所述的分体式的读码装置(1),其特征在于,所述基座(3)构成为由第一支腿部(3a)和第二支腿部(3b)形成的∧形,所述读取窗(11)设置在所述第一支腿部(3a)上,用于接收所述手持式扫码器(5)的容纳部(19)部分地位于第一支腿部(3a)以及部分地位于所述第二支腿部(3b)上,所述手持式扫码器(5)也相应地形成为∧状并且具有短的第一部分(5a)和长的第二部分(5b),所述摄像头(21)设置在所述第一部分(5a)的端部。
- 如权利要求2所述的分体式的读码装置(1),其特征在于,所述第一支腿部(3a)和所述第二支腿部(3b)构造成扁平体,并且所述第一支腿部(3a)和所述第二支腿部(3b)之间的夹角(α)在90至120°之间。
- 如权利要求2所述的分体式的读码装置(1),其特征在于,所述第一支腿部(3a)和所述第二支腿部(3b)由塑性材料注塑而成。
- 如权利要求2所述的分体式的读码装置(1),其特征在于,所述第一支腿部(3a)和所述第二支腿部(3b)可旋转地连接在一起。
- 如权利要求5所述的分体式的读码装置(1),其特征在于,所述第一支腿部(3a)和所述第二支腿部(3b)之间的夹角是可调节的。
- 如权利要求2所述的分体式的读码装置(1),其特征在于,所述基座(3)和所述手持式扫码器(5)构造成当所述手持式扫码器(5)被放置在所述基座(3)上时,所述第一部分(5a)的顶表面与所述第一支腿部(3a)的顶表面保持齐平、以及所述手 持式扫码器(5)的侧表面与所述基座(3)的侧表面保持齐平。
- 如权利要求2所述的分体式的读码装置(1),其特征在于,所述手持式扫码器(5)的所述第二部分(5b)的顶表面上设置有第一显示屏(23)。
- 如权利要求8所述的分体式的读码装置(1),其特征在于,所述手持式扫码器(5)的所述第一部分(5a)的顶表面上设置有第二显示屏(25)。
- 如权利要求2所述的分体式的读码装置(1),其特征在于,所述第二支腿部(3b)上设置有通透的开口(39),在所述开口(39)的侧壁上设置有与所述第二支腿部(3b)中的电路板连通的充电线接口(35),在所述开口(39)下方设置有向内凹进的凹槽(41),所述第二支腿部(3b)的顶面上还设置与所述电路板连通的导电触点(37),当所述手持式扫码器(5)被放置在所述基座(3)上时,所述导电触点(37)与所述第二部分(5b)的底面上的导电触点接触。
