本公开还提供一种电视,其包括摄像头、语音传感器、分别与所述语音传感器和摄像头连接的处理器以及与所述处理器连接的存储器,所述存储器存储有基于电视的自动拍照程序,所述处理器执行时被实现上述所述的基于电视的自动 拍照方法中的步骤。
本公开还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现上述所述的基于电视的自动拍照方法中的步骤。
相较于现有技术,本公开公开了一种基于电视的自动拍照方法、电视及存储介质,所述基于电视的自动拍照方法包括电视启动后,采集用户启动照相机拍照时发送的至少一个语音;所述电视识别所述语音对应的语音指令;所述电视根据所述语音指令控制其配置的摄像头进行拍照,并将拍摄得到的照片显示在所述电视上。本公开旨在利用语音人工智能技术通过用户不同的拍照语音使得电视根据不同的语音指令实现自动拍照的功能,减少人工操作,为用户提供便捷、人性化的拍照方式。

具体实施方式
为使本公开的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本公开进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本公开,并不用于限定本公开。
实施例1
请参阅图1,图1是本公开提供的一种基于电视的自动拍照方法的流程图,应该说明的是,本公开实施方式的基于电视的自动拍照方法并不限于图1所示的流程图中的步骤及顺序,根据不同的需求,流程图中的步骤可以增加、移除或者改变顺序。
如图1所示,本公开提供的基于电视的自动拍照方法包括以下步骤:
S10、电视启动后,采集用户启动照相机拍照时发送的至少一个语音。
本实施例中,预先录制用户控制所述电视中照相机实现拍照功能的若干语音,并设置每个语音对应的语音指令。一个语音指令可对应一个语音,也可对应于多个语音。所述语音可以是方言,以方便不会说普通话的用户也可通过语音实现拍照的功能,若所述语音为方言时,通过语音传感器将方言语音转换为普通话语音。当然,所述语音也可以是普通话、个性化的语音,由用户自行定义。当进行语音录制时,录制的语音尽可能简短,以减少设备识别处理消耗以及减少空间占用。当然,在获取所述电视中用于存储预设的语音以及所述语音对应的语音指令时,若检测到用户并未进行预先录制语音及设置语音指令,则所述预设的语音为系统默认语音。
在录制预设的语音之前,需要创建用于存储预设的语音以及所述语音对应的语音指令的语音库,一旦录制好语音,则将所述语音以及对其设置的语音指令一并存储在所述电视的语音库中。所述语音库分为录制区域以及公共区域,所述录制区域用于存储用户录制的语音,而所述公共区域用于存储网络通用语音,从而丰富语音资源。在录制好语音后,为每个语音设置一对应的语音指令,用于电视根据识别出的语音指令实现拍照功能。
例如,用户录制“开启照相机”、“打开相机”、“开启相机”等语义中可提取出“开启照相机”的语音,其对应的同一语音指令为“开启照相机”,用于控制电视内置的摄像头或外置的摄像头启动,同时停止电视当前视频播放;
用户录制“拍照”、“开始拍照”等语义中可提取出“拍照”的语音,其对应的同一语音指令为“拍照”,用于控制所述摄像头对电视前的景物开始拍摄并将拍摄后的照片全屏显示在所述电视上,实现即拍即可见的功效;
用户录制“开启闪关灯”的语音,其对应的语音指令为“开闪关灯”,用于控制当前拍照的参数设置为关闭闪关灯;
用户录制“关闭照相机”、“关闭相机”等语义中提取出“关闭相机”,其对应的同一语音指令为“关闭照相机”,用于控制电视内置的摄像头或外置的摄像头关闭,退出当前拍照模式,同时继续电视当前视频播放。
具体实施时,所述S10具体包括:
S11,所述电视接收到用户触发开机按键后启动;
S12,所述电视启动其配置的语音传感器,通过语音传感器采集用户向所述 电视发送的用于启动照相机拍照的至少一个语音。
在本实施例中,用户触发电视上的开机按键使得电视开机,控制所述电视的传感器启动,实时采集电视前用户发出的语音。所述语音传感器可以为声音传感器,能够拾取电视前预设范围内的人物发出的声音,需要说明的是,这里采集的声音的对象仅仅指的是人,非其他生命体,如动物,可通过常见的红外传感器进行识别发出声音的对象。具体的,所述声音传感器采集用户向所述电视发送的用于启动照相机拍照功能的若干语音。
S20、所述电视识别所述语音对应的语音指令。
在本公开实施例中,基于步骤S10采集到的若干语音并不能直接用于转换成语音指令,需要对采集到的若干语音进行识别处理以获取清晰高质量的语音。所述对采集到的若干语音进行识别处理具体包括:首先,利用端点检测技术对所有采集到的语音作筛除非说明声以及筛除多余的静音的处理,以得到有效的人声;其次,对筛除后的语音利用降噪技术进行去噪处理,并对去噪处理后的语音根据预设的特征参数作特征提取处理,并将提取出的特征词进行语义组合,以获取能够用于电视识别的语音。这样,采集到的若干语音经过端点检测、降噪以及特征提取处理后得到的语音,不仅提高与预设的语音比对效率,同时加快识别速度,使得识别结果更加准确。
具体实施时,所述步骤S20具体包括:
S21,获取所述电视中用于存储预设的语音以及所述语音对应的语音指令的语音库;
S22,将采集的若干语音进行识别处理后,与所述语音库中预设的语音一一比对,以确定采集到的每个语音对应的语音指令。
即获取存储在语音库中预设的语音,该语音是用户预先录制的,而每个语音均对应一个语音指令,因此,将经过识别处理后的若干语音与预设的语音进行一一比对,可以确定采集的语音所对应的语音指令,一旦识别处理后的语音与预设的语音一致,则所述语音转换为语音指令,即可控制电视实现拍照功能。
若识别处理后的语音遍历语音库的所有语音,均不一致,则所述电视不作处理,说明当前采集到的语音不是用于实现拍摄功能的语音或是错误语音,此时,电视将弹窗提示或语音提示请输入正确实现拍摄功能的语音。
S30、所述电视根据所述语音指令控制其配置的摄像头进行拍照,并将拍摄得到的照片显示在所述电视上。
在本实施例中,所述电视根据基于步骤S20识别处理后得到的语音转换后的语音指令来控制电视实现拍摄功能。
具体实施时,所述S30具体包括:
S31,当所述语音对应的语音指令为“开启照相机”时,所述电视控制所述电视上的摄像头启动,所述电视暂停当前视频播放;
S32,当所述语音对应的语音指令为“拍照”时,所述摄像头采集所述电视前的图像并将拍摄的照片全屏显示在所述电视上;
S33,当所述语音对应的语音指令为“关闭照相机”时,所述电视控制所述电视上的摄像头关闭,所述电视继续当前视频播放。
所述拍摄功能还包括开启/关闭闪光灯、切换模式等实现用户拍摄出清晰高质的照片的各种功能。所述拍摄功能并非限制性的,所述拍摄功能由用户为不同的功能定义对应的语音以及设置对应的语音指令来一一控制实现。
进一步的,在所述电视接收到“开启照相机”的语音指令以控制摄像头的开启,此时,检测是否有与电视连接的摄像头,若有,则自动连接所述摄像头,且当前电视屏幕显示进入预览模式,以使得电视前的用户可根据显示的画面随时调制以呈现满意的拍摄效果。若没有检测到正常连接的摄像头,则进一步判断所述摄像头是否故障,若排除故障原因,还是没有检测到正常连接的摄像头,则再进一步检测摄像头的插口是否松动,若排除插口松动因素仍然没检测到有连接的摄像头时,检测是否摄像头是否存在其他问题,上述因素一一排除均未检测到连接的摄像头,则所述电视将通过弹出窗口或语音提示摄像头故障,无法拍照。这样,在开启摄像头前通过检测摄像头是否连接以提示用户及时维修,排除设备故障,以提高拍摄效率。
当摄像头设备正常,即自动连接所述摄像头时,当所述电视在接收到语音所识别出的“拍照”的语音指令时,立即拍摄电视前的景物,并将拍摄后的照片全屏显示在所述电视上,如全家福照片。此时,在拍照的过程中,因为电视是根据用户的“拍照”语音指令控制拍摄,所以,在成像前可时刻调整拍摄画面,无需设置拍摄倒计时长,解决现有技术中倒计时设置不合适导致重拍的现象。一旦拍摄 完成后,将自动保存当前拍摄的照片至电视的存储器中,如内存。
此时,电视将弹窗提示或语音提示当前显示的照片是否需要重新拍照,也就是说,当前显示的照片是否达到用户预期的满意程度,若需要重新拍照,则说明当前显示的照片没有达到用户预期的满意程度(即不满意),此时,电视接收到用户的肯定回答的语音指令后切换到预览模式,当再次接收到“拍照”的语音指令后重新拍摄。若不需要重新拍照,也就是说,当前显示的照片达到用户预期的满意程度,此时,所述电视接收到用户否定回答的语音指令后生成当前照片的二维码并将所述二维码显示在上述电视屏幕供用户扫描。移动终端扫描所述二维码后,可下载并保存所述照片,同时也可将下载的照片分享至社交平台,如微信朋友圈、微博、QQ空间等。
为了个性化设置拍摄的照片以及美化拍摄的照片,满足不同用户的不同需求,在照片显示在所述电视的屏幕上后,所述电视同样通过弹窗提示或语音提示是否设置照片的相框或更换照片的相框,当所述电视接收到用户确认回答的语音指令后自动更换相框直至所述电视再次接收到用户确认回答的语音指令后保存当前相框及其照片。
当然,在所述电视弹窗提示或语音提示的同时,会同时在屏幕上显示“是”、“否”两个选项供用户通过遥控器选择,以防止所述语音传感器损坏时仍然能实现拍摄功能。
实施例2
为了更好理解本公开所提供的一种基于电视的自动拍照方法,下面用一具体实施例加以说明,如图2所示。
S101,启动电视,然后执行S102;
S102,采集用户语音,当用户语音识别出语音指令为“开启照相机”时,启动摄像头,然后执行S103;
S103,检测是否有与电视连接的摄像头,若是,则执行S104,若否则执行S105;
S104,进入预览模式,采集用户的语音识别出的语音指令为“拍照”后,开始拍照,然后执行S1041;
S105,检测摄像头是否存在故障,若是,则执行S1053,若否,则执行S1051;
S1051,检测摄像头插口是否松动,若是,则执行S1053,若否,则执行S1052;
S1052,检测摄像头是否存在其他问题,若是,则执行S1053,若否,则执行S104;
S1053,是否排除故障问题,若是,执行S104,若否,则执行S1054;
S1054,提示摄像头故障,无法拍照;
S1041,全家福照片显示在电视上,并自动保存至电视中,然后执行S1042;
S1042,弹窗提示或语音提示是否设置照片的相框或更换照片的相框,若是,则执行S1044,若否,则执行S1043;
S1043,弹窗提示或语音提示是否满意当前拍摄的照片,若是,则执行S1045,若否,则执行S104;
S1044,电视自动更换当前照片相框直至接收到用户肯定回答的语音指令形成新的全家福照片,然后执行S1041;
S1045,生成当前照片的二维码并显示在电视上,移动终端扫描所述二维码,然后执行S1046或S1047;
S1046,下载并保存扫描二维码所得到的照片至移动终端,然后执行S1048;
S1047,将扫描二维码所得到的照片分享至社交平台,然后执行S1048;
S1048,提示是否再次拍照,若是,则执行S104,若否,则执行S1049;
S1049,拍照结束或接收到“关闭照相机”语音指令,关闭摄像头,拍照结束。
这样,利用语音人工智能技术,电视接收到用户的不同语音与预设的语音识别出对应的语音指令,使得电视根据不同的语音指令控制实现自动拍摄功能,无需繁琐设置相机,也无需设置摄像机拍摄的倒计时长,无需额外增加设备如三脚架,即可根据语音实现电视的自动拍照功能,为用户提供便捷、人性化的拍照方式,更提高用户体验。
实施例3
基于上述基于电视的自动拍照方法,本公开还相应提供了一种电视,如图3所示,所述电视200包括摄像头3、语音传感器4、处理器1以及与所述处理器1连接的存储器2,所述摄像头3和所述语音传感器4均与所述处理器1连接。图3仅示出了电视200的部分组件,但是应理解的是,并不要求实施所有示出的组件,可以替代的实施更多或者更少的组件。
所述摄像头3可以为高清晰摄像头,也可以为通用摄像头,能够用于实现拍照功能即可。所述语音传感器4为通用传感器,能够用于拾取声音并进行识别即可。
所述存储器2在一些实施例中可以是所述电视200的内部存储单元,例如电视200的内存。所述存储器2在另一些实施例中也可以是所述电视200的外部存储设备,例如所述电视200上配备的插接式U盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,所述存储器2还可以既包括所电视200的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。所述存储器2用于存储安装于所述电视200的应用软件及各类数据,例如所述基于电视的自动拍照程序代码等。所述存储器2还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。在一实施例中,存储器2上存储有基于电视的自动拍照程序,该基于电视的自动拍照程序可被处理器1所执行,从而实现本申请中基于电视的自动拍照方法,具体如上述方法所述。
所述处理器1在一些实施例中可以是一中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU),微处理器,手机基带处理器或其他数据处理芯片,用于运行所述存储器2中存储的程序代码或处理数据,例如执行所述基于电视的自动拍照方法等,具体如上述方法所述。
本公开还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器(本实施例为所述处理器1)执行,以实现本公开基于电视的自动拍照方法中的步骤,具体如上述方法所述。
综上所述,本公开提供了一种基于电视的自动拍照方法、移动终端及存储介质,所述基于电视的自动拍照方法包括电视启动后,采集用户启动照相机拍照时发送的至少一个语音;所述电视识别所述语音对应的语音指令;所述电视根据所述语音指令控制其配置的摄像头进行拍照,并将拍摄得到的照片显示在所述电视上。本公开旨在利用语音人工智能技术通过用户不同的拍照语音使得电视根据不同的语音指令实现自动拍照的功能,减少人工操作,为用户提供便捷、人性化的拍照方式。
当然,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分 流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关硬件(如处理器,控制器等)来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取的存储介质中,该程序在执行时可包括如上述各方法实施例的流程。其中所述的存储介质可为存储器、磁碟、光盘等。
应当理解的是,本公开的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本公开所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种基于电视的自动拍照方法,其特征在于,所述基于电视的自动拍照方法包括:
    电视启动后,采集用户启动照相机拍照时发送的至少一个语音;
    所述电视识别所述语音对应的语音指令;
    所述电视根据所述语音指令控制其配置的摄像头进行拍照,并将拍摄得到的照片显示在所述电视上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于电视的自动拍照方法,其特征在于,所述电视根据所述语音指令控制其配置的摄像头进行拍照,并将拍摄得到的照片显示在所述电视上之后包括:
    所述电视通过弹窗或语音提示是否设置所述照片的相框或更换所述照片的相框;
    所述电视接收到用户确认回答的语音指令后自动更换相框直至所述电视接收到用户肯定回答的语音指令后保存当前相框及照片。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的基于电视的自动拍照方法,其特征在于,所述电视根据所述语音指令控制其配置的摄像头进行拍照,并将拍摄得到的照片显示在所述电视上之后还包括:
    所述电视通过弹窗或语音提示当前显示的照片是否需要重新拍照;
    所述电视接收到用户否定回答的语音指令后生成当前照片的二维码并显示。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的基于电视的自动拍照方法,其特征在于,所述电视接收到用户否定回答的语音指令后生成当前照片的二维码并显示之后包括:
    移动终端扫描所述二维码,得到所述照片并保存或将所述照片分享至社交平台。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的基于电视的自动拍照方法,其特征在于,所述电视启动后,采集用户启动照相机拍照时发送的至少一个语音之前包括:
    建立用于存储预设的语音以及所述语音对应的语音指令的语音库;
    预先录制用户控制所述电视中照相机实现拍照功能的若干语音,并设置每个语音对应的语音指令;
    将录制的若干语音以及每个语音对应的语音指令存储在所述电视的语音库中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的基于电视的自动拍照方法,其特征在于,所述语音库包括 录制区域以及公共区域,所述录制区域用于存储用户录制的语音,所述公共区域用于存储网络通用语音。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的基于电视的自动拍照方法,其特征在于,所述电视启动后,采集用户启动照相机拍照时发送的至少一个语音具体包括:
    所述电视接收到用户触发开机按键后启动;
    所述电视启动其配置的语音传感器,通过语音传感器采集用户向所述电视发送的用于启动照相机拍照的至少一个语音。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的基于电视的自动拍照方法,其特征在于,所述电视识别所述语音对应的语音指令具体包括:
    获取所述电视中用于存储预设的语音以及所述语音对应的语音指令的语音库;
    将采集的至少一个语音进行识别处理后,与所述语音库中预设的语音一一比对,以确定采集到的每个语音对应的语音指令。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的基于电视的自动拍照方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述电视中用于存储预设的语音以及所述语音对应的语音指令包括:
    若检测到用户并未进行预先录制语音及设置语音指令,则所述预设的语音为默认语音。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的基于电视的自动拍照方法,其特征在于,所述将采集的至少一个语音进行识别处理具体包括:
    利用端点检测技术对所有采集到的语音作筛除非说明声以及筛除多余的静音的处理,以得到有效的人声;
    对筛除后的语音利用降噪技术进行去噪处理,并对去噪处理后的语音根据预设的特征参数作特征提取处理;
    将提取出的特征词进行语义组合,以获取能够用于电视识别的语音。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的基于电视的自动拍照方法,其特征在于,所述将采集的至少一个语音进行识别处理后,与所述语音库中预设的语音一一比对,以确定采集到的每个语音对应的语音指令之后包括:
    当识别处理后的语音与预设的语音一致,则所述语音转换为用于控制电视实现相关拍照功能的语音指令。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的基于电视的自动拍照方法,其特征在于,所述将采集的至少一个语音进行识别处理后,与所述语音库中预设的语音一一比对,以确定采集到的每个语音对应的语音指令之后还包括:
    若识别处理后的语音遍历语音库的所有语音,均不一致,则电视将弹窗提示或语音提示请输入正确实现拍摄功能的语音。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的基于电视的自动拍照方法,其特征在于,所述电视根据所述语音指令控制其配置的摄像头进行拍照,并将拍摄得到的照片显示在所述电视上具体包括:
    当所述语音对应的语音指令为“开启照相机”时,所述电视控制所述电视上的摄像头启动,所述电视暂停当前视频播放;
    当所述语音对应的语音指令为“拍照”时,所述摄像头采集所述电视前的图像并将拍摄的照片全屏显示在所述电视上;
    当所述语音对应的语音指令为“关闭照相机”时,所述电视控制所述电视上的摄像头关闭,所述电视继续当前视频播放。
  14. 一种电视,其特征在于,包括摄像头、语音传感器、分别与所述语音传感器和摄像头连接的处理器以及与所述处理器连接的存储器,所述存储器存储有基于电视的自动拍照程序,所述处理器执行时被实现如权利要求1-13任一项所述的基于电视的自动拍照方法中的步骤。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序可被一个或者多个处理器执行,以实现如权利要求1-13任意一项所述的基于电视的自动拍照方法中的步骤。
