技术领域
本申请涉及一种清洗工具,例如涉及一种多功能清洗机。
背景技术
清洗机可以帮助用户冲洗庭院,窗户,车等对象,因为清洗机需要连接水源的特性,清洗机通常难以实现便携性。针对功率较大的清洗机,难以对匹配大功率清洗机的泵和电源的尺寸进行优化,不方便用户进行清洗操作。小型便捷的清洗机,性能往往较低,不能满足高压清洗的需求。因此相关技术中的清洗机,难以兼顾清洗机的便携性和输出性能。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种多功能清洗机,该多功能清洗机的增压组件和喷枪可拆卸连接,且增压组件适配安装到市面常见的水桶上,其输水性能和水桶的容量匹配地设计。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本申请作具体的介绍。
参照图1和图2,在本申请的一种实施方式中,提供一种多功能清洗机,包括:增压组件200、喷枪300、进水组件400,喷枪300供用户握持并输出液体。增压组件200连接于喷枪300,并由增压组件200向喷枪300供给加压液体。参照图2,增压组件200包括:主壳体210、泵201、电源接口202、马达203。泵201设置于主壳体210内部。电源接口202用于连接电源装置,电源装置连接于主壳体210。马达203用于驱动泵201运转。多功能清洗机还包括控制单元和用于储液的储存装置500,控制单元控制马达203的运行,增压组件200可拆卸地安装在储存装置500上方,并通过第一进水组件410抽取储存装置500内的液体,并通过增压组件200向喷枪300供给加压液体。
参照图2和图3,多功能清洗机还包括出水组件600,出水组件600包括出水管610和出水口620,出水口620连通于泵201,且出水口620设置在主壳体210上。出水管610连接出水口620和喷枪300。出水组件600用于连接增压组件200和喷枪300,从而将增压组件200内的液体传输到喷枪300,可选的,出水管610被实施为软管或弹簧管,出水管610具有预设长度,从而可以满足用户控制喷枪300距离增压组件200一定距离内移动,从而在使用多功能清洗机时,可以将增压组件200放置在水面、地面或者水桶上,通过握持并移动喷枪300在距增压组件200一定范围内进行清洗。

泵201通过出水组件600输送液体,将液体通过出水通道从喷嘴310喷出。扳手320设置于握持部330附近,且握持部与喷嘴延伸方向以一定角度相交,握持部供用户握持,用户在通过握持部330握持喷枪300的时候,可以按动扳手320, 以控制喷枪300开启喷射液体或者控制多功能清洗机的高压清洗模式或低压清洗模式。一种实施方式中,喷嘴可拆卸地与喷枪300连接,并且不同类型的喷嘴可被替换地安装到喷枪300,以实现喷嘴喷射出不同形态的液体。喷嘴310可以被设置不同长度,从而方便用户使用,比如选择较长长度的喷嘴从而实现站立清洗地面。
参照图2,主壳体210包括进水部240,进水部240连接于泵201,且进水部240可拆卸地连接进水组件400。进水部240形成与第一进水组件410连接的进水口241,第一进水组件410可拆卸地连接到增压组件200,在第一进水组件410连接到增压组件200时,第一进水组件410与进水口241连通。主壳体210内部包括连通于泵201的增压管道,增压管道连通进水口241和出水口620,泵201抽取液体从进水口流入增压管道,再从壳体的出水口620向喷枪300输入液体。
喷枪300还包括设置与出水管连接的阀门,阀门用于控制出水通道与外界的连通和封闭。扳手与阀门连接,通过操作扳手控制阀门的位移,从而允许出水通道内的液体通过喷嘴被释放。马达203用于驱动泵201运转,马达203连接于电源装置,并被控制单元控制运行,控制单元可以被实施为电路板,电路板控制马达203的运行,从而驱动泵201运行以输送液体。

为了满足对液体的储存需求,并使得多功能清洗机便于携带,储存装置500为最大外径大于等于280mm并且小于等于330mm的储水桶。可选的,储存装置500的尺寸被设置为开口处截面直径取值外径295mm到320mm,内径280mm到290mm,储存装置500的高度被设置为250mm到450mm,此时底座213的底面2131的最大内 径被设置大于等于285mm并且小于等于335mm。储存装置500的高度设置为350mm到370mm,储存装置500的容量为15L到20L。增压组件200适配连接以上尺寸的储存装置500,在市面上较为常见,从而增加了多功能清洗机的兼容性,用户在购买多功能清洗机时也可以选择不单独购买储存装置500,以降低成本。
增压组件200的尺寸与储存装置500匹配,可选的,主壳体210的底面2131的内径大于等于200mm且小于等于500mm。增压组件200被设置重量大于等于1.2kg并且小于等于3kg。可选的,主壳体210的向第一方向的投影为圆形或近圆形,其内径取值290到330mm。泵201和电源装置的型号根据底座213的面积以及需求的抽水性能被选择,使得主壳体210支撑泵201和马达203的前提下,又能适配合适的储存装置500,喷枪300输出的最大水压与底座213的底面2131的内径之比的范围在0.6psi/mm到2psi/mm之间,从而使得储存装置的储水能力和增压组件200的抽水能力相匹配,实现对储存装置和增压组件200的有效利用。使得用户在通过增压组件抽取储存装置500内的液体时,不需要频繁地对储存装置500补充液体,也不会因增压组件的输出流量过小而不能有效利用储存装置500内的液体。
在将泵201和电池包230以及马达203设置于增压组件200后,因为使用时可以不用提握增压组件200,因此增压组件200的重量和体积可较大的设计,从而可以容纳多个电池包230和较大型泵201以及马达203,从而多功能清洗机的功率可较大的设置,并且该设计有效的提升了多功能清洗机的电源装置的续航能力,方便用户使用,提升了多功能清洗机的性能。
参照图9,增压组件200包括设置于主壳体210底部的至少一个滑轮220。可选的,滑轮220设为四个,并被实施为万向轮,从而方便用户在运输多功能清洗机时,将增压组件200放置于地面,并通过拖动增压组件200带动滑轮220滑动,降低用户拖动增压组件200时耗费的精力。可选的,主壳体210包括把手290,供用户握持。
可选的,参照图10,主壳体210具有插孔260,插孔260部分贯通主壳体210,或形成于主壳体210侧面,相对主壳体210向外延伸,插孔260形态与喷枪300配合,用于放置喷枪300。在运输或不使用多功能清洗机时,将喷枪300插入插孔260,用于固定收纳喷枪300,方便对多功能清洗机的运输和储存。
参照图11,增压组件200至少部分设有防水装置,通过防水装置封装增压组件200,防止液体进入增压组件200内部。防水装置至少设置于主壳体210各板块连接处的缝隙,用于封闭缝隙防止液体进入主壳体210内部。可选的,防水装置 被实施为橡胶等物理防水材料,成本较低且工艺简单。另一种实施方式中,防水装置被实施为纳米涂层,防水涂层等化学材料,通过在主壳体210外增加防水涂层以达到防水的效果。主壳体210的尺寸设置使得增压组件200可以被放置漂浮在水面上,从而用户可以将增压组件200放置在液面上,并通过第一进水组件410从液面直接获取液体,并由泵201将液体输出到喷枪300工作,通过防水装置防止液体渗入增压组件200内破坏其内部零件的运行。
可选的,安装了电源装置后的增压组件200密度被设置小于水的密度,从而可以将多功能清洗机直接放在液面上,通过第一进水组件获取液体。
可选的,第一进水管412和第二进水接口421被实施为软管,并拆卸地连接于第一进水接口411和第二进水接口421,相同的,出水管可拆卸地连接于出水口620和喷枪300,以上可拆卸的连接关系可以通过旋转连接,过盈配合连接,弹性件卡扣连接等方式,从而方便用户快拆组装。
第一连接件282的被实施为具有第一侧壁和第二侧壁的夹件,且第一侧壁和第二侧壁之间的距离可调节,如通过螺钉和加长件,通过旋紧固定加长件,以控制夹件的宽度,从而适应不同开口直径的储存装置。
参照图12,在本申请的另一种实施方式中,提供一种多功能清洗机,包括喷枪300a和增压组件200a。增压组件200a包括:泵、电源接口、出水组件600a,出水组件600a和泵连通,且喷枪300a可拆卸地和出水组件600a连接。把手290a供用户握持,电源接口用于连接电源装置。增压组件200a的输出流量大于等于2.5L并且小于等于4.5L,且增压组件200a的重量被设置大于等于1.2kg并且小于等于3kg,从而在保证多功能清洗机一定输出流量的前提下,降低增压组件200a的重量。增压组件200a的尺寸被紧凑地设计,体积被设置大于等于2.5升且小于等于6升。可选的,增压组件200a的尺寸被设置大于等于3升且小于等于4升。
参照图13,在喷枪300a与出水组件600a分离时,增压组件200a从进水组件240a抽取液体并将液体从出水组件600a送出,此时增压组件200a可以作为抽水泵使用。在喷枪300a和出水组件600a连接时,增压组件200a通过进水组件240a抽取液体并通过喷枪300a输出液体。
参照图14和图15,增压组件200a还包括设置在主壳体210a上的把手290a和挂钩291a,挂钩291a使得增压组件200a可被放置在用户腰部,把手290a供用户握持增压组件200a。挂钩291a还可以与储存装置配合,如可以挂在储水桶的开口处。通过挂钩291a,用户在使用多功能清洗机时,可以将增压组件200a挂到 腰间或者储存装置上,储存装置可以是上述实施方式中的储水桶,从而不再需要握持增压组件200a,降低用户工作的负荷。在用户需要时,也可以通过手握把手290a控制增压组件200a,以扩大可清洁范围。
增压组件200a还包括漂浮装置,漂浮装置可拆卸地和主壳体210a连接,在主壳体210a连接漂浮装置时,增压组件200a可被漂浮地放置在水面上。漂浮装置可以被设置为气囊,较轻的壳体。在一种实施方式中,漂浮装置被设置为用于储水的储存装置,由塑料等较轻的材料制作,且适配安装增压组件200a,在漂浮装置安装到增压组件200a时,两者可以漂浮在水面上,用于抽取液体。另外,也可以用漂浮装置储存液体,供增压组件200a抽取。
参照图15和图16,主壳体210a还包括安装槽211a,喷枪300a被设置可拆卸地连接于安装槽211a,此时喷枪300a和增压组件200a一体连接,用户可以通过握持配枪而不需单独握持增压组件200a。可选的,喷枪300a设有适配件,适配件使得喷枪300a和主壳体210a可拆卸地连接,从而实现喷枪300a和增压组件200a一体连接。
综上,本申请提出的多功能清洗机,具有多种应用场景。如手持喷枪300a,而增压组件200a放置到储水桶上进行工作,或是一手握持喷枪300a、一手握持增压组件200a进行工作,或是将喷枪300a和增压组件200a连接,同时握持喷枪300a和增压组件200a进行工作,或是将作业组件放置到水面上工作,或是拆洗喷枪300a,将增压组件200a作为抽水泵使用,或是手握喷枪300a,将增压组件200a挂在腰上进行清洗工作。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种多功能清洗机,包括:
    喷枪,供用户控制输出液体;
    增压组件,连接于所述喷枪,并由所述增压组件向所述喷枪供给加压液体;
    第一进水组件,所述第一进水组件连接于所述喷枪;
    所述增压组件包括:
    主壳体,
    泵,设置于所述主壳体内部;
    电源接口,用于连接电源装置;
    马达,用于驱动所述泵运转;
    进水部,所述进水部形成与所述第一进水组件连接的进水口;
    其中:
    所述多功能清洗机还包括储水桶,所述储水桶的开口外径大于等于280mm并且小于等于330mm;
    所述主壳体包括底座,所述底座包括圆形的底面,通过所述底座使得所述增压组件与所述储水桶可拆卸地连接,所述底面的内径大于等于200mm且小于等于500mm;且所述喷枪输出的最大水压与所述底座的底面的内径之比的范围在0.6psi/mm到2psi/mm之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的多功能清洗机,其中:
    所述第一进水组件与所述增压组件可拆卸连接,在所述第一进水组件连接到所述增压组件时,所述第一进水组件与所述进水口连通。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的多功能清洗机,其中:
    所述电源装置为至少一个电池包,
    所述主壳体还包括电池包罩体,所述电源接口连接于所述底座,所述电池包罩体至少可以被移动到第一位置,在所述电池包罩体位于所述第一位置时,所述电池包罩体和所述主壳体之间形成密封的电池包容纳室。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的多功能清洗机,其中:
    所述增压组件的重量被设置大于等于1.2kg并且小于等于3kg。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的多功能清洗机,其中:所述主壳体还包括把手,所述把手供用户握持。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的多功能清洗机,其中:所述增压组件包括设置于主壳体底部的滑轮。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的多功能清洗机,其中:所述多功能清洗机还包括第二进水组件,所述第二进水组件连接于所述泵,所述增压组件通过所述第二进水组件获取液体。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的多功能清洗机,其中:所述储水桶的容量为15L到20L。
  9. 一种多功能清洗机,包括:
    喷枪,供用户控制输出液体;
    增压组件,连接于所述喷枪,并由所述增压组件向所述喷枪供给加压液体;
    第一进水组件,所述第一进水组件连接于所述增压组件;
    所述增压组件包括:
    主壳体,
    泵,设置于所述主壳体内部;
    电源接口,用于连接电源装置;
    马达,用于驱动所述泵运转;
    进水口,与所述第一进水组件连通;
    其中:
    所述增压组件的输出流量大于等于2.5L并且小于等于4.5L;所述增压组件的重量被设置大于等于1.2kg并且小于等于3kg;
    所述增压组件还包括连接装置,所述连接装置的最大夹持区间被设置大于等于280mm并且小于等于330mm,使得所述连接装置适配连接最大外径大于等于280mm并且小于等于330mm的储水桶。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的多功能清洗机,其中:所述主壳体包括形成于所述主壳体底部的底座,所述底座的底面被设置为圆形或近圆形。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的多功能清洗机,其中:所述底座的底面的最大内径被设置大于等于200mm并且小于等于500mm。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的多功能清洗机,其中:所述底座的底面的最大内径被设置大于等于285mm并且小于等于335mm。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的多功能清洗机,其中:所述连接装置包括两个连接件,所述连接件被相对设置在所述底座的底面两侧。
  14. 如权利要求9所述的多功能清洗机,其中:所述连接装置为环形的套圈,且所述连接装置的内径被设置大于等于280mm并且小于等于330mm。
  15. 如权利要求9所述的多功能清洗机,其中:所述多功能清洗机运行功率 在150W到300W。
  16. 一种多功能清洗机,包括:
    喷枪,供用户控制输出液体;
    增压组件,连接于所述喷枪,并由所述增压组件向所述喷枪供给加压液体;
    第一进水组件,所述第一进水组件连接于所述增压组件;
    所述增压组件包括:
    主壳体,
    泵,设置于所述主壳体内部;
    电源接口,用于连接电源装置;
    马达,用于驱动所述泵运转;
    进水口,与所述第一进水组件连通;
    其中:
    所述增压组件的输出流量大于等于2.5L并且小于等于4.5L;
    所述增压组件还包括连接装置,所述连接装置连接于所述主壳体,所述连接装置适配连接最大外径大于等于280mm并且小于等于330mm的储水桶。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的多功能清洗机,其中:所述多功能清洗机还包括第二进水组件,所述第二进水组件连接于所述泵,所述增压组件通过所述第二进水组件获取液体。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的多功能清洗机,其中:所述主壳体包括形成于所述主壳体底部的底座,所述底座的底面被设置为圆形或近圆形。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的多功能清洗机,其中:所述连接装置包括两个连接件,所述连接件被相对设置在所述底座的底面两侧。
  20. 如权利要求18所述的多功能清洗机,其中:所述连接装置为环形的套圈,且所述连接装置的内径被设置大于等于280mm并且小于等于330mm。
  21. 如权利要求18所述的多功能清洗机,其中:
    所述电源装置为至少一个电池包,
    所述主壳体还包括电池包接口和电池包罩体,所述电池包接口连接于所述底座,所述电池包罩体至少可以被移动到第一位置,在所述电池包罩体位于所述第一位置时,所述电池包罩体和所述电池包壳体之间形成密封的电池包容纳室。
  22. 如权利要求16所述的多功能清洗机,其中:所述主壳体还包括把手,所 述把手供用户握持。
  23. 如权利要求16所述的多功能清洗机,其中:所述增压组件包括设置于主壳体底部的滑轮。
  24. 如权利要求16所述的多功能清洗机,其中:所述增压组件还包括设置在所述主壳体上的挂钩。
  25. 如权利要求16所述的多功能清洗机,其中:
    所述主壳体还包括安装槽,所述喷枪被设置可拆卸地连接于所述安装槽。
  26. 如权利要求16所述的多功能清洗机,其中:
    所述主壳体设有插孔,所述插孔供所述喷枪穿过。
