Abstract

L'invention porte sur un système permettant à des personnes qui sont spécialisées dans certains sujets ou fournissent des services de conseil sur leur profession d'entrer en contact avec des personnes qui peuvent souhaiter les consulter dans le monde entier, ou permettant de manière similaire à des personnes qui ont besoin de connaissances et d'aide sur n'importe quel sujet d'entrer en contact avec des experts (E) qui pourraient les aider dans le monde entier, permettant aux parties de tenir des réunions en ligne, en direct et en vidéo par l'intermédiaire de l'internet (10) et permettant aux experts (E) de recevoir des honoraires de leurs clients en rétribution du service qu'ils fournissent, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend : un logiciel côté utilisateur (20) assurant l'interaction de visiteurs (V), d'utilisateurs (U) et d'experts (E) avec le système par l'intermédiaire de dispositifs intelligents (21), un logiciel côté serveur (30) répondant aux demandes provenant du logiciel côté utilisateur (20) et vérifiant les services pertinents, un service Web (40) assurant le stockage de programmes et de codes relatifs à l'interface utilisateur dans le logiciel côté utilisateur (20), un service de stockage (50) assurant le stockage de fichiers tels que des photos, vidéos, comptes-rendus, etc. d'utilisateurs (U) et d'experts (E), un service de base de données (DB) (60) pour conserver des informations sur des utilisateurs (U) et des experts (E) enregistrés, des enregistrements de rendez-vous, des enregistrements de transaction et des enregistrements relatifs à des paramètres utilisés par le logiciel côté utilisateur (20), un service d'authentification (70) pour sauvegarder des informations de nom d'utilisateur et de mot de passe d'utilisateurs (U) enregistrés dans le système et pour décider d'approuver ou de rejeter une tentative de connexion par vérification de ces informations de la personne essayant de se connecter au système, un service d'appel vidéo (90) permettant d'établir et de maintenir une connexion de conversation vidéo entre l'utilisateur (U) et l'expert (E), et un service de paiement (100) permettant d'effectuer le transfert d'argent entre l'utilisateur (U) et l'expert (E).
