Abstract

The present disclosure discloses a mobile robot including a sensing unit, a controller, and a communication unit. The sensing unit obtains image information around the mobile robot, the controller generates a control signal using the image information, and the communication unit transmits the control signal to a terminal connected to the mobile robot through a wired or wireless communication method and receives a terminal signal from the terminal. The controller extracts property information of an unidentified user from the image information and determines whether there is an intruder or not based on the property information.
