Abstract

This patent application, which belongs to the field of agricultural supplies, reveals an equipment for cutting pens to medium-sized trees which are grinded, and so far there is no equipment that performs the grinding of waste, cleaning and preparation of areas to be cultivated and for such activities, several specific equipment for each task is needed; therefore, the object of this patent application is an innovative configuration composed by a horizontal chassis (2) which bears in the center of its upper side a transmission shaft (3), which has an input shaft (4) ) in the front side and two output shafts, one on each side, in which the transmission shafts are connected (5) and deflection rollers are coupled at the ends, (6) which are connected to lower deflection rollers (7) by means of straps (8). The referred lower deflection rollers (7) are connected at the ends of a cutting rotor (9), which is placed at the lower side of the chassis (2) and above the chassis and at its ends, there are two opposed arms in "L" shape (21) and at the center, there is a frame in a "U" shape (22) and finally on the rear side of the chassis (2) there is a chains curtain (24). These machines - the ecotriturers, vp or vl, can work according to the soil and the vegetation type with two rotors models of high robustness and efficiency, hammer or nozzle rotor and special steel knives rotor, another important point is to highlight two lines the vp - heavy version with different models according to the power of the tractor (models 100, 200 or 300 or other adapted to the different tractors or machinery) and the vl - light version (models 100, 200 or 300 or other adapted to different tractors or machinery).

[001] This patent has as object one practical and innovative model in agricultural machine, which belongs to the field of agricultural supplies, with use, more precisely for cutting pens to medium-sized trees whose advantage is the high productivity, without putting the operators into risks related to venomous animals and others disadvantages as human fatigue and to which was provided original constructive device with the aim to improve its use and performance if compared to others models usually found in the market.
[002] This patent deals with an equipment that has its functional system connected to the rotational output of an agricultural tractor, that might be at rear or front side of the respective tractor.
[003] There is, therefore, in this patent application, one equipment especially designed and developed for cutting and grinding trees with no need to burn them, preserving, in that way, the environment and soil nutrients, moisture, among other advantages.
[004] It is still a goal of this application, to present one model in agricultural machine with low costs for its industrial practicability, however, in addition to the requirements of robustness, safety and practicality use, offering, in this way to the consumers, an additional option to the market of congeners. In opposition to the usual models, it offers innumerable possibilities and benefits to the users, becoming one model of great acceptance in the consumer market.

[005] As it is known, notably by the experts in this subject, for starting a crop in the agricultural field, the preparation of soil is necessary.
[006] The goal of preparing the soil is to provide suitable conditions for the plants growth, which consist of forming a structure of aggregates favorable to roots growth, to the presence of air and water, to the microorganisms activities and to the addition of organic material, correctives and nutrients.
Weak points of the technical state
[007] Today, and at the present time, the agricultural and forest companies have many gaps and needs due to lack of equipment that perform the grinding of waste as well as the cleaning and preparation of areas to be cultivated. Thus, this impacts the accumulation of inefficiencies.
[008] This is because these processes are not made by one single equipment, but by several specific machines for each task. The job becomes more expensive and usually makes the performance of these works impossible because the available equipment are imported, very expensive, fragile at their operational structure and not adapted to the reality.
[009] In addition to that, there is a difficult or lack of technical assistance or replacement spares.
[010] The imported equipment, due to the above exposed reasons, has low monthly productivity and high cost.

[029] According to what is shown by the above related figures, the "DEVICE INTRODUCED IN AGRICULTURAL MACHINE ", object of this patent application, has its functional system connected to the rotational output of an agricultural tractor, which can be at rear or front side.

[044] At the cutting rotor (9) two sets of linear knives have been planned (14), diametrically opposites, where each set of linear knife (14) is comprised by multiple knives (15) fixed on one rod (16) of a quadrangular transversal section, whose ends are coupled to external flanges (23); which are placed at 90 ° from the linear knives (14) rods of circular transversal section are planned (17), whose ends are coupled to external flanges (23) and throughout their length have multiple semi-disks (18), which are connected to the pipe (10) and to the rods (16).

[050] From the description provided above, it can be verified that the referred "DEVICE INTRODUCED IN AGRICULTURAL MACHINE " is characterized as an equipment of great utility, having all practical and functionality qualities that fully justify the patent application of a Utility Model.

CLAIM:
1- "DEVICE INTRODUCED IN AGRICULTURAL MACHINE", refers to a machine for cutting pens to medium-sized trees and grind them, and so far there is no equipment that performs the grinding of waste, cleaning and preparation of areas to be cultivated and for such activities, several specific equipment for each task is needed; therefore, the object of this patent application is an innovative configuration characterized by being composed by a horizontal chassis (2) which bears in the center of its upper portion a transmission shaft (3), which has an input shaft (4) ) on the front side and two output shafts, one on each side, in which the transmission shafts are connected (5) and deflection rollers are coupled at the ends, (6) which are connected to lower deflection rollers (7) by means of straps (8).
2- The referred lower deflection rollers (7) are connected at the ends of a cutting rotor (9), which is placed at the lower portion of the chassis (2).
3- Specifically, the referred cutting rotor (9) is composed by a pipe (10) which bears an internal flange on each end (11), from which an axis is placed (12) from its center where the lower deflection roller is connected (7).

5- There are planned circular transversal rods (17) whose ends are coupled to the external flanges (23) and throughout their length bear multiple semi-disks (18) which are connected to the pipe (10) and to the rods (16) where the axis (12) is coupled to the chassis (2) trough a bearing support (13) and the deflection rollers set and straps are protected by fairings (19) which have lids (20) and above the chassis and at its ends, there are two opposed arms in "L" shape (21) opposed and at the center, there is a frame in a“U” shape (22) and finally on the rear side of the chassis (2) there is a chains curtain (24).
