  1. 一种电子元件除静电装置,包括支撑板(1)、滑轮(2)以及箱体(3),其特征在于:所述支撑板(1)底部两侧均设置有滑轮(2),所述箱体(3)设置在支撑板(1)顶部中间位置,所述支撑板(1)底部中间位置设置有灰尘回收箱(4),所述箱体(3)一侧设置有除灰组件,所述箱体(3)另一侧设置有除静电组件,所述箱体(3)内部由吸尘风机腔(5)以及离子风机腔(6)组成,且所述吸尘风机腔(5)以及离子风机腔(6)之间设置有隔板,所述吸尘风机腔(5)内部设置有吸尘风机(7),所述吸尘风机(7)一侧设置有进风管道(8),所述吸尘风机(7)底部一侧设置有排尘管道(9),所述吸尘风机(7)通过排尘管道(9)与所述灰尘回收箱(4)内部相连通,所述离子风机腔(6)内部设置有离子风机(10),且所述离子风机腔(6)一侧外壁开设有进风孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子元件除静电装置,其特征在于:所述除灰组件由第一支撑架(11)、吸附腔(12)、第一连接头(13)、第一伸缩连接管道(14)组成,所述第一支撑架(11)设置在箱体(3)一侧,所述第一支撑架(11)底部与所述支撑板(1)顶部固定连接,所述吸附腔(12)设置在第一支撑架(11)远离箱体(3)一侧,所述吸附腔(12)远离第一支撑架(11)一侧设置有进料口,所述吸附腔(12)靠近第一支撑架(11)一侧与所述第一连接头(13)相连接,所述第一连接头(13)另一侧与所述第一伸缩连接管道(14)一侧相连接,所述第一伸缩连接管道(14)远离连接头一侧与所述吸尘风机(7)一侧进风管道(8)相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电子元件除静电装置,其特征在于:所述第一连接头(13)内部设置为第一空腔,且所述第一连接头(13)一侧通过第一空腔与所述吸附腔(12)内部相连通,所述第一连接头(13)另一侧通过第一空腔与所述第一伸缩连接管道(14)内部相连通,所述第一连接头(13)顶部设置有第一把手,且所述第一连接头(13)底部与所述第一支撑架(11) 顶部相接触。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子元件除静电装置,其特征在于:所述除静电组件由第二支撑架(15)、喷头(16)、第二连接头(17)以及第二伸缩连接管道(18)组成,所述第二支撑架(15)设置在箱体(3)一侧,所述第二支撑架(15)底部与所述支撑板(1)顶部固定连接,所述喷头(16)设置在第二支撑架(15)远离箱体(3)一侧,所述喷头(16)一侧与所述第二连接头(17)相连接,所述第二连接头(17)远离喷头(16)一侧与所述第二伸缩连接管道(18)相连接,所述第二伸缩连接管道(18)远离第二连接头(17)一端与所述离子风机(10)排风口相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种电子元件除静电装置,其特征在于:所述第二连接头(17)内部设置为第二空腔,所述第二连接头(17)一端通过第二空腔与所述喷头(16)内部相连通,所述第二连接头(17)另一端通过第二空腔与所述第二伸缩连接管道(18)内部相连通,所述第二连接头(17)底部设置有第二把手,所述第二连接头(17)底部与所述第二支撑架(15)顶部相接触。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子元件除静电装置,其特征在于:所述离子风机(10)底部设置有安装架(19),所述安装架(19)底部与所述离子风机腔(6)底部内壁固定连接,且所述安装架(19)顶部固定连接有减震垫(20),所述减震垫(20)顶部与所述离子风机(10)底部固定连接。
