如图1-5所示,一种电池接口装置,包括接口1、电池2、底座3和罩壳4。接口1固定连接于底座3上,电池2与接口1插接固定,电池2上设置电源输出口2d,接口1上设置电源接收部,电源输出口2d与电源接收部电连接,底座3能够与罩壳4盖合,盖合时,两者之间形成容纳空间,电池2和接口1位于该容纳空间内。本发明也可以不配置罩壳4,仅依靠底座3安装到户外用品上也可以解决现有技术的问题。

电池的电性连接方式:电源输出口2d设置在连接座200的下端,电源接收部设置在插槽100的下端,电源接收部为插入电源输出口2d的金属插片1d,电源输出口2d与金属插片1d接触,金属插片1d再与控制模块5通过电线连接,以此实现电池2的控制和输出。
底座与罩壳的连接方式:底座3与罩壳4一端铰接,另一端在底座3与罩壳4盖合时能够卡接。具体的:底座3的一端设置旋转槽口3a,罩壳4的一端设置旋转轴4a,旋转轴4a插入旋转槽口3a并与之旋转连接,以此实现铰接;底座3与铰接端相对的另一端上设置凸台3b,罩壳4对应的一端上设置卡扣孔4b,底座3与罩壳4盖合时,凸台3b与卡扣孔4b卡接。
罩壳的防水:本发明转动罩壳4为防水罩壳,底座3与罩壳4相对一面的边沿上设置引水槽3c,罩壳4的上端端口的内边沿设置引水筋4c,底座3与罩壳4盖合时,引水筋4c位于引水槽3c,以此实现防水功能。
