背景技术
随着移动终端行业的不断发展,人们对移动终端的功能需求越来越多样化,这就给移动终端的结构设计提出了更高的要求。
为了提升用户体验,相关的移动终端设置有多个呈环形排布的发光单元,在移动终端处于拍照模式,或者移动终端收到来电、通知消息,或者移动终端播放音乐等情况下,这些发光单元可以发出不同颜色的光,进而呈现出不同的光效,以达到辅助提醒用户、改善用户体验等效果。
然而,为了达到光效的均匀性,移动终端需要设置尽量多的发光单元,这些发光单元发光时需要很大的驱动能量,这就导致移动终端的功耗比较大。
发明内容
本公开公开一种移动终端,以解决移动终端的功耗比较大的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本公开采用下述技术方案:
一种移动终端,包括:
壳体,所述壳体设有透光部;
转盘,所述转盘可转动地设置于所述壳体内;
发光件,所述发光件设置于所述转盘上,且所述发光件与所述透光部的部分区域相对;
驱动机构,所述驱动机构设置于所述壳体内,所述驱动机构与所述转盘驱动连接,所述驱动机构驱动所述转盘转动。
本公开采用的技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
本公开公开的移动终端中,转盘上设有发光件,驱动机构可以驱动转盘转动,当转盘的转速达到一定值时,仅依靠较少的发光件即可获得均匀的光效。因此,该移动终端中的发光件的数量更少,发光件所需的驱动能量更小,因此移动终端的功耗更低。

如图1-图6所示,本公开的一些实施例公开一种移动终端,其包括壳体100、电路板200、转盘300、发光件400和驱动机构500。
壳体100是移动终端的各个零部件的安装基础,该壳体100设有透光部110,该透光部110可供外部环境中的光线进入移动终端内,或者供移动终端内的发光件400所发出的光线射入外部环境中。具体实施例中,壳体100可以包括主板上盖120、后盖130等部分,该后盖130与主板上盖120连接,主板上盖120可以覆盖电路板200,使得电路板200位于主板上盖120与后盖130之间,透光部110可以设置在后盖130上。电路板200具体可以是移动终端的主板,或者单独设置的电路板。透光部110可以通过丝印的方式设置于后盖130上,后盖130的其他区域则可以丝印具有设定颜色的油墨。另外,后盖130可以设置为玻璃后盖。

发光件400设置于转盘300上,且发光件400与透光部110的部分区域相对,也就是说,发光件400发出的光线可以通过透光部110射出。该发光件400与电路板200电连接,因此电路板200可以实现发光件400的供电以及发光件400的工作状态的控制等目的。本公开的一些实施例中,发光件400可以设置成LED(Light Emitting Diode,发光二极管)发光件,以延长发光件400的寿命。驱动机构500设置于壳体100内,该驱动机构500与转盘300驱动连接,以驱动转盘300转动。
本公开公开的移动终端中,转盘300上设有发光件400,驱动机构500可以驱动转盘300转动,当转盘300的转速达到一定值时,仅依靠较少的发光件400即可获得均匀的光效。因此,该移动终端中的发光件400的数量更少,发光件400所需的驱动能量更小,因此移动终端的功耗更低。
具体地,发光件400的数量可以设置为两个、三个甚至更多个,为了使移动终端的功耗进一步降低,可以将发光件400的数量设置为一个,驱动机构500带动转盘300转动时,该一个发光件400随之高速旋转,即可获得均 匀的光效。
上述透光部110可以是圆形结构、矩形结构或者是其他形状的结构。但是,考虑到透光部110的主要作用是在发光件400转动时供发光件400所发出的光线射出,而发光件400的转动轨迹为环形,因此可以将透光部110设置成具有环形透光区域的结构,在垂直于转盘300背离发光件400的一面的方向上,环形透光区域的中心点在壳体100上的投影与转盘300的转动中心在壳体100上的投影重合。需要说明的是,环形透光区域的中心点指的是环形透光区域的外轮廓线和内轮廓线的圆心。此种设置方式可以尽量减小透光部110的面积,使得移动终端内的大部分零部件可以被遮挡,继而优化移动终端的外观。
进一步地,透光部110背离转盘300的一侧表面设有第一环形凹槽111。设置该第一环形凹槽111后,透光部110背离转盘300的一侧表面相对于壳体100的其他部分凹陷,因此透光部110不容易与外部环境中的物体接触,也就不容易出现磨损,使得该透光部110可以始终保持较高的透光性,进而优化发光件400的光效。
进一步地,透光部110朝向转盘300的一侧表面设有第二环形凹槽112。由于该第二环形凹槽112与发光件400正对布置,所以一旦转盘300带动发光件400转动时出现晃动,该第二环形凹槽112可以避让发光件400,防止发光件400与透光部110发生碰撞,以此保护发光件400和壳体100的结构完整性。另一方面,设置该第二环形凹槽112后,发光件400可以适当利用该第二环形凹槽112的空间,安装转盘300和发光件400时可以适当减小两者与透光部110之间的距离,使得两者在移动终端的厚度方向上占用更少的空间,因此移动终端的厚度可以更小。
上述第一环形凹槽111和第二环形凹槽112的尺寸可以独立设计,为了进一步优化两者的效果,第一环形凹槽111和第二环形凹槽112的内轮廓线可以趋近于透光部110的内轮廓线,第一环形凹槽111和第二环形凹槽112的外轮廓线可以趋近于透光部110的外轮廓线。同时为了简化移动终端的加工工艺,在垂直于转盘300背离发光件400的一面的方向上,第一环形凹槽111在壳体100上的投影和第二环形凹槽112在壳体100上的投影可以重合。
上文描述了发光件400可以在转盘300的带动下高速旋转,进而获得均匀的光效,但是发光件400的作用并不局限于此,其还可以在转盘300的带动下慢速转动,从而传达相关信息。一种具体的实施例中,透光部110设有标识部(图中未示出),驱动机构500驱动转盘300转动,以使发光件400与标识部正对。该标识部具体可以通过丝印等方式设置在透光部110朝向转盘300的一侧表面。例如,该标识部可以是0~9的阿拉伯数字,当移动终端收到来电时,转盘300可以带动发光件400依次运动至来电号码所对应的标识部处,以点亮对应的标识部,达到辅助提醒用户的效果。当用户不便于收听来电提醒音时,该方案所产生的效果更佳。另外,该方案也可以配合来电显示、语音播报等使用,该方案还可以应用于拍摄时进行倒计时等场景。当然,该标识部还可以是字母、图案等具有标识作用的结构。
一种可选的实施例中,转盘300可以通过弹片600与电路板200连接且电导通。换言之,这里的弹片600一方面可以实现转盘300与电路板200之间的相对转动,另一方面还可以实现转盘300与电路板200之间的电导通,使得转盘300可以给发光件400供电。具体地,弹片600具有一定的预压量,该预压量可以根据实际需求设计,以使转盘300可以稳定地相对于电路板200转动,且两者之间的电导通比较可靠。另外,弹片600的数量可以设置为一个,也可以设置为多个,为了提升连接稳定性,可以将弹片600的数量设置为多个,具体的数量则可以根据实际情况设置,本文对此不作限制。
可选地,弹片600的两端可以设置为平板结构,以使弹片600的一端可以与电路板200贴合,另一端可以与转盘300贴合,进而增大弹片600与电路板200和转盘300的接触面积,优化连接效果。
为了提升转盘300转动时的稳定性,壳体100和转盘300中,一者设有限位凸部,另一者设有限位凹槽,该限位凸部与限位凹槽配合,以限制转盘300相对于电路板200的位置。限位凸部与限位凹槽配合时,至少可以限制转盘300沿垂直于自身的方向的移动,进一步地,还可以限制转盘300出现的摆动,从而使得发光件400的运动轨迹更加精确。
一种可选的实施例中,转盘300上设置有前文所述的限位凸部310,壳体100则设置有前文所述的限位凹槽140。该限位凸部310可以是圆柱体, 在垂直于转盘300背离发光件400的一面的方向上,该圆柱体的圆心在壳体100上的投影与转盘300的转动中心在壳体100上的投影重合。如此设置后,限位凸部310与限位凹槽140之间的间隙可以设置得尽量小,进而达到更好的限位效果。
本公开的一些实施例中,为了简化驱动机构500的结构,该驱动机构500可以包括驱动源510和传动部件,该驱动源510通过传动部件与转盘300连接,以驱动转盘300转动。这里的驱动源510具体可以是电机。可选地,转盘300的外侧面设有传动齿320,这里的传动齿320沿着转盘300的外侧面布置一整圈;传动部件可以包括蜗杆520,该蜗杆520与传动齿320啮合,以驱动转盘300转动。此种结构利用转盘300自身的结构设置传动齿320,并且仅通过蜗杆520即可将驱动源510输出的动力传递至转盘300,因此该驱动机构500的结构更加简单,其传动路径更短,因而可以更高效地驱动转盘300转动。
本公开的一些实施例所公开的移动终端可以为智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器或可穿戴设备。当然,该移动终端也可以是其他设备,本公开的一些实施例对此不做限制。
本公开上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本公开的实施例而已,并不用于限制本公开。对于本领域技术人员来说,本公开可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本公开的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本公开的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种移动终端,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体设有透光部;
    转盘,所述转盘可转动地设置于所述壳体内;
    发光件,所述发光件设置于所述转盘上,且所述发光件与所述透光部的部分区域相对;
    驱动机构,所述驱动机构设置于所述壳体内,所述驱动机构与所述转盘驱动连接,所述驱动机构驱动所述转盘转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述透光部具有环形透光区域,在垂直于所述转盘背离所述发光件的一面的方向上,所述环形透光区域的中心点在所述壳体上的投影与所述转盘的转动中心在所述壳体上的投影重合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其中,所述透光部背离所述转盘的一侧表面设有第一环形凹槽。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其中,所述透光部朝向所述转盘的一侧表面设有第二环形凹槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述透光部设有标识部,所述驱动机构驱动所述转盘转动,以使所述发光件与所述标识部正对。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述转盘通过弹片与所述移动终端的电路板连接且电导通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的移动终端,其中,所述壳体和所述转盘中,一者设有限位凸部,另一者设有限位凹槽,所述限位凸部与所述限位凹槽配合,以限制所述转盘相对于所述电路板的位置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的移动终端,其中,所述限位凸部设置于所述转盘上,且所述限位凸部为圆柱体,在垂直于所述转盘背离所述发光件的一面的方向上,所述圆柱体的圆心在所述壳体上的投影与所述转盘的转动中心在所述壳体上的投影重合。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述驱动机构包括驱动源和 传动部件,所述驱动源通过所述传动部件与所述转盘连接,以驱动所述转盘转动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,所述转盘的外侧面设有传动齿,所述传动部件包括蜗杆,所述蜗杆与所述传动齿啮合,以驱动所述转盘转动。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的移动终端,其中,所述发光件的数量为一个。
