  • Caravan is a trailer or motor vehicle, which is suitable for living for a long time protected from any external factors and is equipped with suitable utensils for cooking, sleeping and meeting basic needs inside. They have been developed to offera residential ambient to people wherever they travel. Caravans are divided into two categories as motor caravan and camper trailer. Those which are pulled by a motor vehicle are called camper trailers, while those which are driven by the power of the vehicle over installed are called motor caravan. Today, motor caravans are generally manufactured by mounting on the chassis of commercial vehicles known. While the camper trailers provide comfort for long-term stays, motor caravans serve different purposes in terms of mobility and practicality, and both of them have certain advantages and disadvantages.
  • camper trailers are preferred particularly by the people short on time and for short-term uses. Since motor caravans cause expenses such as vehicle inspection, motor vehicle tax, maintenance, etc. as in the regular passenger cars, camper trailers are more preferable. However, the maneuvering difficulty of the camper trailers on narrow roads is a major disadvantage for the driver. Drivers prefer smaller caravans to eliminate this disadvantage and increase the maneuverability of the vehicle.
