Description

与ETC高速收费兼容的电子标识收费系统 技术领域
本发明涉及高速收费领域,具体涉及一种与ETC高速收费兼容的电子标识收费系统。
背景技术
ETC是不停车电子收费系统,ETC专用车道是给那些装了ETC车载器的车辆使用的,采用电子收费方式.
ETC(Electronic Toll Collection)不停车收费系统是目前世界上最先进的路桥收费方式。通过安装在车辆挡风玻璃上的车载电子标签与在收费站ETC车道上的微波天线之间的微波专用短程通讯,利用计算机联网技术与银行进行后台结算处理,从而达到车辆通过路桥收费站不需停车而能交纳路桥费的目的。
机动车电子标识(electronic registration identification of the motor vehicle,简称ERI)也叫汽车电子身份证、汽车数字化标准信源、俗称“电子车牌”,将车牌号码等信息存储在射频标签中,能够自动、非接触、不停车地完成车辆的识别和监控,是基于物联网无源射频识别(RFID)在智慧交通领域的延伸。机动车电子标识技术突破了原有交通信息采集技术的瓶颈,实现车辆交通信息的分类采集、精确化采集、海量采集,动态采集,抓住了智能交通应用系统采集源头的关键问题,是构建智慧交通应用系统的基础。机动车电子标识由国家公安部制定并予以推广,用于全国车辆真实身份识别的一套高科技系统的统称,由公安部交通管理局统一标准,统一推行,统一管理,与汽车车辆号牌并存,并且法律效力等同于车辆号牌。
传统技术存在以下技术问题:
目前出现了利用电子标识的收费系统,但是目前的利用电子标识的收费系统不能与ETC高速收费兼容,导致使用ETC但没有安装的汽车不能顺利收费。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种与ETC高速收费兼容的电子标识收费系统,可以与ETC高速收费兼容,使用ETC但没有安装的汽车也能顺利收费。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种与ETC高速收费兼容的电子标识收费系统,包括:ETC高速公路车道收费系统、机动车电子标识识别系统和边缘控制器组成;
所述ETC高速公路车道收费系统包括ETC OBU、ETC天线、ETC控制器和ETC车道收费系统;
所述机动车电子标识识别系统包括机动车电子标识(RFID)读写器、机动车电子标识天线和机动车电子标识,
边缘控制器用于所述机动车电子标识与所述ETC车道收费系统安全接入、所述机动车电子标识读写控制和解密读取所述机动车电子标识。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括高速路收费中心授权系统和机动车电子标识认证系统,所述边缘控制器分别与高速路收费中心授权系统和机动车电子标识认证系统分别认证后才能:
接入ETC车道收费系统;
完成对机动车电子标识读写器的双向认证;
解密机动车电子标识读取的机动车电子标识的内容。
在其中一个实施例中,所述机动车电子标识读写器隔一定时间会改变对读取的机动车电子标识内容进行加密的加密密钥,该密钥被用于对读取的机动车电子标识信息进行加密,改变的密钥会以非对称加密的方式传送给权利要求2所述的机动车电子标识认证系统。
在其中一个实施例中,所述边缘控制器控制机动车电子标识读写器读取相应内容并根据权利要求2所述的机动车电子标识认证系统获取相应机动车电子标识读写器输出内容的解密密钥,以此获取真实的机动车电子标识内容。
在其中一个实施例中,在机动车电子标识与机动车电子标识读写器通讯的标准空口协议上电子标识内的内容被加密写入,读写器对机动车电子标识内容进行二次加密和输出。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括一个ETC卡虚拟账户系统。该系统分别与高速路收费中心和边缘控制器连接,具有以下功能:
对应机动车电子标识标签内存储的ID或账户信息,建立对应的ETC卡(记账卡)和相应的虚拟账户;
对边缘控制器进行身份认证,以确认受理设备的合法性;
对通过身份认证的边缘控制器上送的车辆通行流水,使用相应的虚拟ETC卡的TAC密钥进行签名认证,生成对应TAC认证码。
在其中一个实施例中,ETC卡虚拟账户系统授权边缘控制器通过机动车电子标识读写器读到的机动车电子标识标签的ID或账号产生车辆通行流水,使用相应的虚拟ETC卡的TAC密钥进行签名认证,生成对应TAC认证码。
在其中一个实施例中,所述系统其车道设置中机动车电子标识识别区与 ETC OBU与ETC天线交易区大致重叠,但可以前后进行相对位置微调。
在其中一个实施例中,所述边缘控制器与支付平台联接,支付平台与边缘控制器进行双向认证后,边缘控制器可直接进行支付。

  4. 如权利要求1-3所述的与ETC高速收费兼容的电子标识收费系统,其特征在于,ETC卡虚拟账户系统授权边缘控制器通过机动车电子标识读写器读到的机动车电子标识标签的ID或账号产生车辆通行流水,使用相应的虚拟ETC卡的TAC密钥进行签名认证,生成对应TAC认证码。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的与ETC高速收费兼容的电子标识收费系统,其特征在于,在机动车电子标识与机动车电子标识读写器通讯的标准空口协议上电子标识内的ID或其他内容被加密后写入,读写器对机动车电子标识内容进行二次加密和输出。
