Claims (8)
- 一种与ETC高速收费兼容的电子标识收费系统,其特征在于,包括:ETC高速公路车道收费系统、机动车电子标识识别系统和边缘控制器组成。所述ETC高速公路车道收费系统包括ETC OBU、ETC天线、ETC控制器和ETC车道收费系统;所述机动车电子标识识别系统包括机动车电子标识(RFID)读写器、机动车电子标识天线和机动车电子标识,边缘控制器用于所述机动车电子标识与所述ETC车道收费系统安全接入、所述机动车电子标识读写控制和解密读取所述机动车电子标识。
- 如权利要求1所述的与ETC高速收费兼容的电子标识收费系统,其特征在于,还包括高速路收费中心授权系统和机动车电子标识认证系统,所述边缘控制器分别与高速路收费中心授权系统和机动车电子标识认证系统分别认证后才能:接入ETC车道收费系统;完成对机动车电子标识读写器的双向认证;解密机动车电子标识读取的机动车电子标识的内容。
- 如权利要求2所述的与ETC高速收费兼容的电子标识收费系统,其特征在于,还包括一个ETC卡虚拟账户系统。该系统分别与高速路收费中心和边缘控制器连接,具有以下功能:对应机动车电子标识标签内存储的ID或账户信息,建立对应的ETC卡(记账卡)和相应的虚拟账户;对边缘控制器进行身份认证,以确认受理设备的合法性;对通过身份认证的边缘控制器上送的车辆通行流水,使用相应的虚拟ETC卡的TAC密钥进行签名认证,生成对应TAC认证码。
- 如权利要求1-3所述的与ETC高速收费兼容的电子标识收费系统,其特征在于,ETC卡虚拟账户系统授权边缘控制器通过机动车电子标识读写器读到的机动车电子标识标签的ID或账号产生车辆通行流水,使用相应的虚拟ETC卡的TAC密钥进行签名认证,生成对应TAC认证码。
- 如权利要求1所述的与ETC高速收费兼容的电子标识收费系统,其特征在于,在机动车电子标识与机动车电子标识读写器通讯的标准空口协议上电子标识内的ID或其他内容被加密后写入,读写器对机动车电子标识内容进行二次加密和输出。
- 如权利要求1所述的与ETC高速收费兼容的电子标识收费系统,其特征在于,所述系统其车道设置中机动车电子标识识别区与ETC OBU与ETC天线交易区大致重叠,但可以前后进行相对位置微调。
- 如权利要求1所述的与ETC高速收费兼容的电子标识收费系统,其特征在于,所述边缘控制器与支付平台联接,支付平台与边缘控制器进行双向认证后,边缘控制器可直接进行支付。
- 如权利要求1所述的与ETC高速收费兼容的电子标识收费系统,其特征在于,所述边缘控制器接入ETC车道收费系统,通过模拟ETC控制器将车辆通过信息传输给ETC车道收费系统进行收费或流水记录。从而达到与ETC高速收费系统兼容的目的。
