It is a doner kebab mold characterized by a rotation gear located on the doner kebab skewer assembled to the chassis connected to a rotation mechanism configured to full automatic doner kebab cutting robot designed on the purpose of facilitating carriage of doner kebab meat between 350-1000 kg without needing any muscle power or means of conveyance and assembly of it to doner kebab cutting robot.

SPECIFICATION
DONER KEBAB MOLD
Technical Field
The invention is related to a doner kebab mold designed in order to connect doner kebab made from red or white meat in the industrial food plants as well as minor establishments such as restaurants, hotels in food sector to a doner kebab cutting robot configured on the purpose of automatically cooking and cutting it.
Prior Art
Carriage of the doner kebab prepared for cutting to full automatic doner kebab cutting robots used in industrial production or in other words in the plants performing production of monthly 30 tons and over and assembly of the doner kebab to doner kebab cutting robot were carried out through forklift. However; carriage with forklift of and assembly to doner kebab cutting robot the doner kebab skewer, on which the meat at the amount between 350 and 1000 kg is affixed, are difficult. This situation causes time loss and it is not considered safe by the users.
The subject of the invention is a doner kebab mold characterized by a rotation gear located on the doner kebab skewer assembled to the chassis connected to a rotation mechanism configured to full automatic doner kebab cutting robot designed on the purpose of facilitating carriage of doner kebab meat between 350-1000 kg without needing any muscle power or means of conveyance and assembly of it to doner kebab cutting robot.
Description of the Invention
The purpose of the invention is to make, in a disassembled structure, a doner kebab mold, on which doner kebab skewer (1 ), on which meat to cut is inserted, is located and which has a wheeled chassis (4) without any need to transfer the doner kebab skewer (1 ), on which doner kebab meat is affixed, with any agent by connecting rotation mechanism (13) in doner kebab cutting robot (12, figure.1.
Invented doner kebab mold is geometrically centered by a chassis (4) configured by using 60x60 mm square profiles, a machining manufacture part (8) located in the middle of the chassis and at the shape of a wineglass including 1 taper roller and 3 fixed ball bearings (9), doner kebab skewer (1 ), on which a gear is connected, placed on this machining manufacture part, profile pole (5), which is configuration of the chassis and located vertically to chassis profiles placed on the wheels and an upper centering mechanism (10), which may be connected to one another by placing on doner kebab skewer and disassembled, and a doner kebab skewer and machining manufacture part in the shape of a wineglass.
Doner kebab mold is easily carried by means of the wheels (2) connected to the chassis (4) configured from the profiles and it may be assembled to doner kebab cutting robot (12). Directing doner kebab mold while being carried is facilitated by means of the handle (7) achieved from full shafts configured on profile pole (5) located vertically to chassis profiles, which are configurations of chassis and located on the wheels.

The system, in which invention design is used, consists of three separate parts as doner kebab mold, furnace group (14) and doner kebab cutting robot (12). Cooking and cutting may be performed without need to transfer doner kebab meat from doner kebab mold to doner kebab cutting robot (12) by connecting doner kebab mold to rotation mechanism (13) of doner kebab cutting robot (12). On this purpose, doner kebab mold is configured to operate synchronously with doner kebab cutting robot (12).
Doner kebab skewer is required to rotate by a rotation speed appropriate for cooking period to cook the meat and to cut the points cooked. Hence, doner kebab mold is required to be in a structure appropriate for rotation around its own axis of doner kebab skewer (1 ), on which the meat is inserted, placed in the middle point. There is one rotation gear (3) in the invention placed on mentioned doner kebab skewer (1 ) on this purpose, figure.3. Rotation gear (3) of mentioned doner kebab mold is connected to rotation mechanism (13) configured in doner kebab cutting robot (12) chassis as the details can be seen in figure.4. Harmonized operations of rotation gear (3) and rotation mechanism (13) with one another are carried out by means of pinion gear structuring. Pinion gear (13b) located on rotation mechanism (13) placed on doner kebab cutting robot (12) chassis is fixed on pinion gear (to rotation gear-3) configured on doner kebab skewer. Rotation mechanism (13) has the capability to rotate pinion gear (13b) by means of the engine (13a) it is connected to. Rotation gear (3) connected to doner kebab skewer (1 ), on which the meat is aligned with rotation power coming from rotation mechanism (13) rotated around itself. The image, in which doner kebab cutting robot (12) and doner kebab mold are connected to one another, is seen in figure 2. Hence, doner kebab is prepared to be cooked safer and quicker without need to transfer by forklift by means of special configuration of the invention.
In terms of invention doner kebab mold usage, at first meat is put within the mold(6) made from steel sheet sections seen in figure.5 connected on the chassis (4), optionally steel sheet sections (1 1 ) designed having reverse conical geometries are placed at the bottom of the mold made from steel sheet sections where the doner kebab pours and it enables that lower part of doner kebab becomes conical doner kebab poured in the mold is waited in the freezer with low temperature, figure.8. Detailed Description of Invention
The system, in which invention design is used, consists of three separate parts as doner kebab mold, furnace group (14) and doner kebab cutting robot (12). All these parts in the invention are disassembled and they are easily disassembled and assembled.
The invention is a doner kebab mold and it has a pinion gear (13b) gained rotation movement around its own axis via engine of rotation mechanism (13a) connected on doner kebab cutting robot chassis and pinion gear (13b) gained rotation movement around itself via engine located on doner kebab skewer (1 ), on which meat is fixed, and to provide rotation of doner kebab skewer to rotate around its own axis and rotation gear (3b) connected on doner kebab skewer. Doner kebab mold is eased to be installed on doner kebab cutting robot (12) by carrying doner kebab meat by means of wheels (2) connected to chassis. Doner kebab skewer (1 ), on which doner kebab meat is inserted is located in the middle of doner kebab mold chassis (4). Rotation mechanism (13) located on doner kebab cutting robot (12) chassis and doner kebab mold rotation gear (3) is each pinion gears. Mentioned rotation mechanism (13) and rotation gear (31 ) are fixed by being connected. Hence, rotation gear (3) and also doner kebab skewer (1 ), on which doner kebab meat aligned as connected, are rotated around themselves by rotation power effect coming from rotation mechanism (13). Rotation mechanism of rotation gear (1 ) and doner kebab cutting robot (12) on doner kebab mold are connected to one another with pinion gear (13b) during installation. Claims

1 . A doner kebab mold comprising a wheeled doner kebab mold wherein it comprises the chassis configured from the profiles to make the doner kebab ready for cut and easy carriage of this ready meat to the robot and meat filling and press machine for minced meat doner kebab preparation.
2. A doner kebab mold according to Claim 1 ; wherein it comprises at least one wheel connected to mentioned gear and connected doner kebab mold rotation gear and the mentioned chassis on the purpose of carrying the doner kebab meat in order to provide rotation of a skewer to rotate around its axis by locating a doner kebab skewer, on which doner kebab meat is inserted, on the mentioned skewer giving rotation movement with a gear gained rotation movement around its own axis.
3. A doner kebab mold according to Claim 1 ; wherein it comprises fixed pinion gears by connecting pinion gear and doner kebab mold rotation gear included in rotation mechanism on doner kebab cutting robot chassis to operate as a gear wheel.
4. A doner kebab mold according to Claim 1 ; wherein it is carried by easily directing with handle connected to profile pole.

A doner kebab mold according to Claim 1 ; wherein it comporises chassis configured by using 60x60 m square profiles, a doner kebab skewer with an upper centering mechanism (10), which is structuring of the chassis and connected to one another by placing on profile pole and rotation skewer positioned vertically to chassis profiles placed on the wheels, a machining manufacture part located in the middle of the chassis and at the shape of a wineglass including 1 taper roller and 3 fixed ball bearings centered geometrically by a machining manufacture part in the shape of wineglass.
6. A doner kebab mold according to Claim 1 ; wherein it comprises steel sheet sections having a disassembled structure, in which doner kebab is filled.
7. A doner kebab mold according to Claim 1 ; wherein it comprises sheet metal sections designed having a reverse conical geometric is placed in the bottom part of the mold made from sheet metal sections, providing that lower part of doner becomes conical, to which doner kebab is poured.
8. A doner kebab mold according to Claim 1 ; wherein it comprises AISI 304 quality stainless steel in accordance with food standards is used in the production.
9. A doner kebab mold according to Claim 1 ; wherein it comprises a disassembly characteristic as a separate part from full automatic doner kebab cutting robot and furnace group.
