Abstract
一种花生壳猫砂及其制作方法,所述猫砂的制作原料包括花生壳粉、活性炭、防腐剂、粘合剂及增稠剂,猫砂制造原料的成分质量比例为:花生壳粉70%-80%,活性炭2%-10%,防腐剂0.2%-2%,粘合剂10-18%,增稠剂2%-10%。制作时通过磨粉、控水、搅拌得到猫砂原料,将猫砂原料进行造粒、烘干后得到猫砂颗粒,采用花生壳和活性炭为主要原料,具备天然除臭、单位质量低的优点,同时因花生壳方便降解,可直接冲厕或者置于花园中降解,因此具备环保卫生的优点。其制备方法简单,可实现大规模生产。
Description
本发明属于宠物清洁用品领域,特别涉及一种猫砂及其制作方法。
猫砂作为猫咪生活的必需品,一款价钱合理、效果理想、有效除臭、环保卫生的猫砂在养猫人群的日常生活中占据重要地位。传统的宠物猫猫砂多为膨润土猫砂和豆腐猫砂。
膨润土猫砂颗粒较小,灰尘较大,单位质量大,不方便运输,从原材料到接团后不能直接于厕所冲去,较不环保,因受限于材料本身味道需要人工添加香精辅助除臭;豆腐猫砂相对于膨润土猫砂有多方面改善,但是同样受限于材料本身味道需要人工添加香精辅助除臭,部分猫咪对气味较为敏感,不利于猫砂的普遍通用性。
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足,提供一种环保卫生、成本低廉、运输方便的花生壳猫砂,本发明还提供了上述花生壳猫砂的制作方法。
本发明的第一个技术方案是:
一种花生壳猫砂,所述花生壳猫砂的制作原料包括花生壳粉、防腐剂、粘合剂及增稠剂,所述猫砂制造原料的成分质量比例为:花生壳粉70%-80%,防腐剂0.2%-2%,粘合剂10-18%,增稠剂2%-10%。
优选的,所述猫砂制作原料的成分质量比例为:花生壳粉78%,防腐剂1%,粘合剂18%,增稠剂3%。
本发明的第二个技术方案是:一种花生壳猫砂,所述猫砂的制作原料包括花生壳粉、活性炭、防腐剂、粘合剂及增稠剂,所述猫砂制作原料的成分质量比例为:花生壳粉70%-80%,活性炭2%-10%,防腐剂0.2%-2%,粘合剂10-18%,增稠剂2%-10%。
优选的,所述猫砂制作原料的成分质量比例为:花生壳粉76%,活性炭2%,防腐剂1%,粘合剂18%,增稠剂3%。
本发明的第一个技术方案制作一种花生壳猫砂的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据成分质量比例选取的花生壳使用破碎磨粉机进来破碎,磨粉以作备用;
(2)花生壳粉测量水分,加水或使用烘干机烘干,最终控制水分在10%-15%;
(3)粉末中按成分质量比例添加防腐剂,粘合剂,增稠剂,使用搅拌机进行充分混合均匀;
(4)使用颗粒机对混合粉末进行颗粒压制,然后用风选机进行颗粒筛选,选出一定大小的猫砂颗粒;
(5)猫砂颗粒完成后使用烘干机再次烘干,使用除尘机清理不合格粉末;
(6)使用真空包装机对一定重量的成品进行真空包装。
本发明的第二个技术方案制作一种花生壳猫砂的方法,在上述第一个技术方案的步骤(1)中,根据成分质量比例选取的花生壳和活性炭使用破碎磨粉机进来破碎,磨粉以作备用。
优选的,在本发明的第一个和第二个技术方案制作一种花生壳猫砂的方法的步骤(2)中,花生壳粉最终控制水分在12%。
优选的,所述步骤(4)中,使用平模造粒机对混合粉末进行颗粒压制形成直径为2mm-5mm,长度为8mm-20mm的圆柱形猫砂颗粒。
1、由于花生壳猫砂的主要原料为花生壳,利用花生壳本身的味道与活性炭达到天然除臭的功效,在五分钟内可完成对宠物尿液氨味的吸收,无需人工添加香精,对宠物猫更友好,提高了本发明的通用性。
2、此款猫砂采用回收花生壳作为主要原材料,是可降解的材料,结团后更可直接于厕所冲掉或用于花圃中作肥料,提升了本发明的环保性。
3、因花生壳自身单位重量低,所以本发明花生壳猫砂也兼具这一特性,有利于物流运输。
4、花生壳粉分子间较为松散能很好地吸收锁住水分,压成颗粒状之后仍能较好地吸收水分,水分吸收率能达到240%以上,对比传统猫砂相同体积可吸收更多水分,使用时间更久,提升了本发明的实用性。
下面结合试验例及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。但不应将此理解 为本发明上述主题的范围仅限于以下的实施例,凡基于本发明内容所实现的技术均属于本发明的范围。
实施例一:
一种花生壳猫砂,猫砂的制造原料包括花生壳粉、活性炭、防腐剂、粘合剂及增稠剂,猫砂制造原料的成分质量比例可为:花生壳粉76%,活性炭2%,防腐剂0.5%,粘合剂18%,增稠剂3.5%。
实施例二:
一种花生壳猫砂,猫砂的制造原料包括花生壳粉、活性炭、防腐剂、粘合剂及增稠剂,猫砂制造原料的成分质量比例可为:花生壳粉80%,活性炭3%,防腐剂1%,粘合剂13%,增稠剂3%。
本发明实施例一和实施例二一种花生壳猫砂的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、根据成分质量比例选取的花生壳和活性炭使用破碎磨粉机进来破碎,磨粉以作备用;
(2)、花生壳粉测量水分,加水或使用烘干机烘干,最终控制水分在12%;
(3)、粉末中按成分质量比例添加防腐剂,粘合剂,增稠剂,使用搅拌机进行充分混合;
(4)、使用平模造粒机对混合粉末进行颗粒压制形成直径为2mm-5mm,长度为8mm-20mm的圆柱形猫砂颗粒。比如直径为2mm、3mm、4mm、5mm,长度为8mm、10mm、12mm、14mm、16mm、18mm、20mm;
(5)、猫砂颗粒完成后使用烘干机再次烘干,并且使用除尘机清理不合格粉末;
(6)、使用真空包装机对一定重量的成品进行真空包装。
实施例三:
一种花生壳猫砂,所述猫砂的制造原料包括花生壳粉、防腐剂、粘合剂及增稠剂,所述猫砂制造原料的最佳成分质量比例为:花生壳粉78%,防腐剂1%,粘合剂18%,增稠剂3%。
实施例三的一种花生壳猫砂的制作方法,其制作步骤与实施例一和实施例二的制作方法大体相同,不同之处在于步骤(2)中不含活性炭,而只是采用花生壳破碎、磨粉。
本发明猫砂作为猫咪生活的必需品,环保卫生、成本低廉、运输方便的 猫砂在养猫人群的日常生活中占据重要地位,具有工业实用性。

- 一种花生壳猫砂,其特征在于:所述猫砂的制作原料包括花生壳粉、防腐剂、粘合剂及增稠剂,所述猫砂制造原料的成分质量比例为:花生壳粉70%-80%,防腐剂0.2%-2%,粘合剂10-18%,增稠剂2%-10%。
- 一种花生壳猫砂,其特征在于:所述猫砂的制作原料包括花生壳粉、活性炭、防腐剂、粘合剂及增稠剂,所述猫砂制作原料的成分质量比例为:花生壳粉70%-80%,活性炭2%-10%,防腐剂0.2%-2%,粘合剂10-18%,增稠剂2%-10%。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种花生壳猫砂,其特征在于:所述猫砂制作原料的成分质量比例为:花生壳粉78%,防腐剂1%,粘合剂18%,增稠剂3%。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种花生壳猫砂,其特征在于:所述猫砂制作原料的成分质量比例为:花生壳粉76%,活性炭2%,防腐剂1%,粘合剂18%,增稠剂3%。
- 制作如权利要求1所述的一种花生壳猫砂的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)根据成分质量比例选取的花生壳使用破碎磨粉机进来破碎,磨粉以作备用;(2)花生壳粉测量水分,加水或使用烘干机烘干,最终控制水分在10%-15%;(3)粉末中按成分质量比例添加防腐剂,粘合剂,增稠剂,使用搅拌机进行充分混合均匀;(4)使用颗粒机对混合粉末进行颗粒压制,然后用风选机进行颗粒筛选,选出一定大小的猫砂颗粒;(5)猫砂颗粒完成后使用烘干机再次烘干,使用除尘机清理不合格粉末;(6)使用真空包装机对一定重量的成品进行真空包装。

- 根据权利要求5或6所述的一种花生壳猫砂的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中,使用平模造粒机对混合粉末进行颗粒压制形成直径为2mm-5mm,长度为8mm-20mm的圆柱形猫砂颗粒。
