本发明具有的主要优点和有益效果是:
1、由于本发明的技术方案中,护理工作站采用与ICU重症监护病床旁地面固定连接安装的监护立柱和护理立柱上部并延伸位于病床上方的主横梁构造,本发明立地式结构设计其安装装配和维修保养更加方便,省去了现有技术中需要经常对悬吊连接支架进行维 护保养的步骤,并且安装时对天花顶层板的承载质量无特殊要求,从根本上解决了现有技术中ICU吊桥/塔悬挂式传统结构存在的安装维修不变和安全隐患问题;
2、在本发明技术方案中,将现有非金属软管构造的医气管道改进为金属或非金属的硬质材质构造,并从地面或天花顶层板或墙面侧向延伸进入监护立柱、护理立柱和主横梁的内腔与相应的医气安控装置、医气终端安装连接,强弱电源从地面或天花顶层板或墙面侧向延伸进入监护立柱、护理立柱和主横梁的内腔与相应的强弱电源插座接口安装连接,由于现有技术中非金属软管其使用寿命较短,而采用金属或非金属的硬质材质硬管构造安全可靠耐用,具有更长的使用寿命,有效地保障了医气使用的安全性和稳定性,从根本上杜绝了因医气软管损坏带来的爆燃安全事故,同时,医气管道安控装置和电源安控装置的设计,为医气及设备的正常使用和维护维修提供了方便快捷的安全控制和保障。
3、采用发明的技术方案,在输液药泵支撑臂的前端设有一个报警指示灯,并在硬管构造的医气管道上连接一个氧气压力监测装置,报警指示灯分别连接氧气压力监测装置、强弱电源线缆和呼叫对讲装置,当医气管道发生泄漏或压力不稳定和强弱电源线缆发生故障以及病患启动呼叫对讲装置时,报警指示灯会分别发出灯光和声响的提示,使医护人员能在护理工作站的醒目位置及时发现上述提示,以避免因医气泄漏或压力不稳定和强弱电源线缆故障以及病人呼叫未及时发现而导致的医疗安全事故,保障了设备整体使用的安全性。
4、又由于本发明的技术方案中,药液泵架组件是通过旋转臂和输液药泵滑动总成滑动连接固定悬臂,而输液药泵滑动总成为U型结构构造,检查照明灯又是通过固定臂设置在固定悬臂前端上方固定连接,并且固定旋臂是从主横梁前端沿病床旁一侧延伸,这样使药液泵架组件和检查照明灯能沿固定旋臂在病床头至床尾一侧滑动移动,并配合其旋转关节旋转,其移动范围和移动位置更大也更加合理,便于医护人员的活动和操作使用,满足了医务人员治疗的服务需求。
5、采用本发明的技术方案,护理立柱配置有医用影像图文数字信息装置,通过该装置,医护人员可就近查阅、记录、存储以及传输病患者的影像和图文数字信息,而且护理立柱也可以配置医疗用品储物柜组件结构构造,该医疗用品储物柜组件可以是具有开合门构造的腔体结构,或敞口结构构造,或独立构造并外挂连接于护理立柱的外挂柜/盒/框结构,使护理柱具有更多的储物空间,便于医护人员对病患者的治疗使用和现场管理。
6、由于采用本发明的技术方案,睡眠灯的上方还设有反光装置,该反光装置能使睡明灯光线集中照射在床位上方,为患者及医护人员提供更好的光源照射效果。
7、又由于本发明的技术方案,在主横梁上可设置一个病人移吊装置,通过该病人移吊装置能更加平稳、安全、方便的将病人从ICU病床移吊至转运病床上,无需人工手工搬运,减轻了医护人员的劳动量,避免了人工手动搬运对病人造成的二次伤害。
8、采用本发明的技术方案,监护立柱配置有治疗监护功能组件,护理立柱配置有护理功能组件,医疗与监护护理部件的配置更加完备合理,便于医护人员的就近操作使用以及为病人提供更为优质的医疗监护服务。

作为本发明实施方式的改进,所述护理工作站还包括连接于所述主横梁12的病人移吊装置62,所述病人移吊装置采用移吊臂6203结构,所述移吊臂通过固定座6201与所述主横梁12连接,所述移吊臂通过轴6202与所述固定座活动连接,所述移吊臂上安装有通过升降电机6204驱动并具有吊钩6206的吊带6205。
在本发明的改进实施方式中,所述病人移吊装置采用升降臂6207结构,所述升降臂通过固定座6201与所述主横梁12连接,所述升降臂通过轴6202与所述固定座活动连接并由驱动装置6208驱动升降,所述升降臂上固定安装具有吊钩6206的吊带6205。
在本发明的改进实施方式中,所述升降臂6207通过轴座6209与所述主横梁12连接,所述升降臂一端连接驱动装置6208,所述升降臂上固定安装具有吊钩6206的吊带6205。
应当注意地是,本发明的上述技术方案中,主横梁12一端与其不同方向延伸成的横向区段之间的角度朝向是根据临床使用需求来决定的,护理立柱23、固定悬臂16以及监护立柱4与主横梁12连接的角度朝向也是根据临床使用需求来决定的。
虽然本发明结合不同优选实施说明,应该理解可以在其上进行不同的修改以及改变,如不偏离本发明在权利要求中提出的范围。也就是说,本发明不局限于上述实施方式,尤其是,可以通过采用本发明的不同构形连接方式的组合而得到的所述护理工作站,均属于本发明的权利要求所保护的范围。

  1. 一种立地式重症监护病房护理工作站,其特征在于:包括横向设置的主横梁(12)、分别与主横梁(12)两端连接并延伸固定于地面的监护立柱(4)和护理立柱(23),所述主横梁(12)的一端部向与其不同的至少一个方向延伸构成横向分段构造,所述护理立柱与所述主横梁(12)的横向分段一端连接,所述主横梁上分别设有带反光装置(10)的睡眠灯(11)、病人基本信息数字显示屏(13)、辅助照明灯(33)和输液药泵支承臂,所述输液药泵支承臂上设有报警指示灯(17)、药液泵架组件(28)和检查照明灯(32),所述监护立柱(4)配置有治疗监护功能组件,所述护理立柱(23)配置有护理功能组件,所述监护立柱(4)和护理立柱(23)上分别设有医气管道安控装置与电源安控装置,硬管构造的医气管道(40)分别延伸至所述主横梁、监护立柱、护理立柱与相应的医气管道安控装置和医气终端安装连接,强弱电源(50)分别延伸至所述主横梁、监护立柱、护理立柱与相应的电源安控装置和强弱电源插座接口安装连接,所述监护立柱(4)、护理立柱(23)和输液药泵支承臂与主横梁(12)构成的平面布局能根据临床需求而改变其位置、方向、距离和角度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种立地式重症监护病房护理工作站,其特征在于:所述护理立柱(23)采用立柱结构构造,所述护理功能组件包括听诊器挂架(25)、手电筒挂架、负压吸管盒、隐藏式强弱电源控制箱I(21)、工作平台(22)、医用影像图文数字信息装置(19)、键盘托板(20),所述医用影像图文数字信息装置(19)外挂于所述护理立柱(23),所述键盘托板(20)上方还分别设有键盘放置区(206)和鼠标放置区(205),对应所述键盘放置区和鼠标放置区上方设有与键盘底托(202)翻转连接的键盘活动盖(201)和鼠标活动盖(204)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种立地式重症监护病房护理工作站,其特征在于:所述护理立柱(23)采用储物箱装置(53)结构构造,所述护理功能组件包括医用影像图文数字信息装置(19)、工作平台(22)、手电筒挂架、负压吸管盒、隐藏式强弱电源控制箱I(21)、听诊器挂架(25)、键盘抽屉(54),医用影像图文数字信息装置(19)嵌装于所述储物箱装置(53)的活动柜门(5301)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种立地式重症监护病房护理工作站,其特征在于:所述监护立柱(4)的治疗监护功能组件包括呼吸机升降平台(2)、具有活动门(7)的内置储物腔室(6)与冷热两用冰柜(5)、医疗仪器平台(9)、设在医疗仪器平台下方的隐藏式电源插座盒I(8)、药液泵架杆组件(34)、呼叫对讲装置(35)、医气终端(36)、隐藏式强弱电源控制箱II(37),所述呼叫对讲装置(35)连接所述报警指示灯(17),在呼叫对讲装置(35)呼叫时所述报警指示灯(17)能提示报警,所述隐藏式电源插座盒I(8) 内设有电源插座和收线器。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种立地式重症监护病房护理工作站,其特征在于:所述监护立柱(4)的治疗监护功能组件包括呼吸机升降平台(2)、具有活动门(7)的内置储物腔室(6)与冷热两用冰柜(5)、药液泵架杆组件(34)、呼叫对讲装置(35)、医气终端(36)、隐藏式强弱电源控制箱II(37)、监护模块输入输出接口(52)、嵌入式监护信息显示屏(51),所述呼叫对讲装置(35)连接所述报警指示灯(17),在呼叫对讲装置(35)呼叫时所述报警指示灯(17)能提示,所述嵌入式监护信息显示屏(51)嵌入安装于所述监护立柱(4)并通过监护模块输入输出接口(52)配合提供监护信息显示。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种立地式重症监护病房护理工作站,其特征在于:所述药液泵架组件(28)为药液泵架箱体构造,所述药液泵架箱体包括吸引终端(29)、U型输液泵挂杆(31)、药液挂钩轴杆组件(30)、收线器、电源插座、弱电接口。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种立地式重症监护病房护理工作站,其特征是:所述输液药泵支承臂为固定悬臂(16)与旋转臂(27)组合结构,所述固定悬臂一端固定连接所述主横梁(12),所述旋转臂一端通过U型构造的输液药泵滑动总成(26)与所述固定悬臂上的滑轨(38)配合滑动连接,所述药液泵架组件(28)与旋转臂另一端活动吊装连接,使所述药液泵架组件(28)沿病床一侧滑动并展开旋转移动,所述报警指示灯(17)设在所述固定悬臂的前端位置,所述检查照明灯(32)是通过旋转支杆(14)和固定臂(15)配合设在所述固定悬臂上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种立地式重症监护病房护理工作站,其特征在于:所述输液药泵支承臂为固定悬臂(16)结构,所述固定悬臂一端固定连接所述主横梁(12),所述药液泵架组件(28)是由U型构造的输液药泵滑动总成(26)与所述固定悬臂上的滑轨(38)配合滑动连接,使所述药液泵架组件(28)沿病床一侧滑动,所述报警指示灯(17)设在所述固定悬臂的前端位置,所述检查照明灯(32)是通过旋转支杆(14)和固定臂(15)配合设在所述固定悬臂上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种立地式重症监护病房护理工作站,其特征在于:所述输液药泵支承臂为两个旋转臂(27)组合结构,所述两个旋转臂首尾两端上下连接,其一个所述旋转臂的一端连接所述主横梁(12),另一旋转臂的一端活动吊装连接所述药液泵架组件(28),使所述药液泵架组件(28)沿病床一侧展开旋转移动。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种立地式重症监护病房护理工作站,其特征是:所述医气管道安控装置包括与所述医气管道(40)连接的管道阀门(39)、氧气压力监测装置(41),所述氧气压力监测装置与所述报警指示灯(17)连接,使氧气压力监测装置检测到医气管道发生泄漏或压力不稳定时所述报警指示灯(17)能提示报警。
  11. 根据权利要求2-5之一所述的一种立地式重症监护病房护理工作站,其特征在于: 所述隐藏式强弱电源控制箱II(21)和隐藏式强弱电源控制箱I(37)分别包括强电插座、弱电接口、接地端子、断路器(49)、漏电开关。
  12. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种立地式重症监护病房护理工作站,其特征在于:所述医用影像图文数字信息装置为医用级影像显示器构造。
  13. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种立地式重症监护病房护理工作站,其特征在于:所述医用影像图文数字信息装置为医用级影像专用一体机电脑构造。
  14. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种立地式重症监护病房护理工作站,其特征在于:所述医用影像图文数字信息装置为触摸屏一体机电脑构造。
  15. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种立地式重症监护病房护理工作站,其特征在于:所述医用影像图文数字信息装置为平板电脑构造。
  16. 根据权利要求2-5之一所述的一种立地式重症监护病房护理工作站,其特征在于:所述呼吸机升降平台(2)和所述工作平台(22)分别包括具有抽屉的台板、设在台板下方位于抽屉(43)两侧的隐藏式电源插座盒II(42),所述隐藏式电源插座盒II(42)内设有电源插座和收线器。
  17. 根据权利要求4或5所述的一种立地式重症监护病房护理工作站,其特征在于:所述呼吸机升降平台(2)通过升降总成与所述监护立柱(4)连接,所述升降总成包括连杆(44)、导轨装置(45)和电动推杆(46)。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的一种立地式重症监护病房护理工作站,其特征在于:所述护理立柱(23)为医疗用品储物柜组件结构构造,所述护理功能组件包括听诊器挂架(25)、冷热两用冰柜(5)、手电筒挂架、负压吸管盒、隐藏式强弱电源控制箱I(21)、工作平台(22)。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的一种立地式重症监护病房护理工作站,其特征在于:所述护理立柱(23)上的医疗用品储物柜组件为具有开合门(57)构造的腔体(55)结构。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的一种立地式重症监护病房护理工作站,其特征在于:所述医疗用品储物柜组件为敞口结构构造。
  21. 根据权利要求18所述的一种立地式重症监护病房护理工作站,其特征在于:所述医疗用品储物柜组件为独立构造并外挂连接于所述护理立柱(23)的外挂柜/盒/框(58)结构。
